Rachael Amarante is on the podcast today! Rachael is the mother of 4 boys and she has recently started The Awakening Motherhood Project. She created The Awakening Motherhood Project when she looked at social media and saw that we are all filled with noise, expectations, perfection and anxiety. She wanted to talk about motherhood in a way that felt real so through her newsletter and social media she shares ways to remind us of how to find ourselves again in motherhood and how to show up for our kids in the best way.
In this episode, we talk about finding joy as a parent even when it is really hard. Rachael also really gives us some really great tips on transitioning into summertime with your kids, with the schedules changing and all of that. She has some tips that I am definitely going to try in my own life!
