19. 16-Minute Meditation to Connect with Earth and Ground in Your Body

Connecting with Earth consciousness in meditation has been a very powerful tool for me in cultivating peace and presence in the moment, grounding, managing fear and anxiety, and strengthening my intuition.  I created these meditations on the Wild River Podcast (a 30 minute episode, a 16 minute meditation, and a 6 minute meditation) to support you in your every day life, as often as you want.

I learned this meditation style from Rachel Pfotenhauer at Vast Earth. Rachel is an extremely gifted Earth channel, meaning she channels the consciousness and energy of Mother Earth, for readings and healings. I have attended dozens of group healings led by Rachel, where she leads us in a meditation to connect with Earth and then amplifies Earth energy in each of our energetic bodies. These experiences were instrumental in me leaving my job as a full-time lawyer and pursuing a career and lifestyle that felt authentic and expansive to me because Earth helped me to clear fear and connect with my body’s wisdom. I highly recommend her work - particularly her Wednesday healings, her retreats, and her readings.
