how knowledge is received / in a sattvic (lucid) mind it is natural for the right questions to arise/ questions - with the right attitude - asked of the right person - constitute the proper combination for spiritual understanding / the posture of the hearer counts too / bad attitudes for learning / the relationship with the guru / what’s the value of etiquette / shanti mantras / knowing the entire universe in Krishna’s mouth
