Vishnu & Shiva - like milk & yogurt / great souls voluntary accept suffering to help others / religious pretension blinds one / false ego makes us intolerant to the happiness of others (sick in the head) / offering respect to God in the heart of everyone / the pretentious see the faults in others - the spiritual see whatever little good there is, and magnify it / mean-minded people are already dead (no need to campaign against them)
