Cori Bush

Cori Bush is a nurse, single mother, ordained pastor and community activist running for US Congress in Missouri's 1st District, who just won the Democratic primary. She joined Sophia for a live podcast recording at The Wrap's Power Women Summit 2019. They discussed what led Cori to realize she was an activist, how she embraced her ambition, the lessons she's learned from her community, the differences in campaign donations for male and female candidates, and so much more.
