Equal Pay Day: Closing the Gender Pay Gap with Katica Roy

March 31st, 2020 is Equal Pay Day. This date symbolizes how far into the year women must work to earn what men earned in the previous year. Katica Roy, a gender economist and the CEO and founder of Pipeline, joins Sophia to break this all down.
