J&J COVID-19 Vaccine and Thrombosis + Medtronic’s Harmony Transcatheter Pulmonary Valve Approval

More cases of blood clots in those vaccinated against COVID-19 — this time in six women who took the J&J shot — has US regulators recommending that vaccination efforts be paused.
