This is a recording of a live yoga class, a private 1:1 session, in which I'm guiding a woman in her 20's (she's a beginner in yoga) through a series of hatha yoga poses. She has back pain from working at a desk all day, slouching. She would like to improve her social confidence and charisma. She's been hunching over to protect herself and hide. This class was intuitively created to help her (and you) strengthen the muscles in the back of the body and gently open up the front of the body for the purpose of improving posture. This is an all levels hatha yoga class. Caution for those with back injuries -- move into these poses gently and ease off at any sign of pain or pinching.
