Sheena Heinrichs is a writer and teacher living on the west coast of British Columbia with her husband and four children. She has written for Christian magazines on a variety of topics including parenting and Christian living. Sheena loves speaking to groups of women, encouraging them to seek Jesus passionately while not taking themselves too seriously. Her readers have enjoyed her ability to combine both the sacred and absurd aspects of our Christian lives. Take Courage, Dear Heart is her first book. Sheena explores the ways in which we can cultivate intimacy with God through the fears and challenges of our lives.
