As the saying goes, we’re spiritual beings having a human experience - everything we do is part of our spiritual development. First up, we’ll start with sexual healing as a spiritual practice. It’s a conversation I had with sex therapist Heather Shannon, where we explore the idea that our sexuality isn't just linked to the sacral chakra, or even the heart chakra.
