It's one of my favorite stress relieving breaths this week - nadi shoshana, or alternate nostril breath. I use this one almost daily for general stress relief and then extra in times of anxiety or stress. It calms and balances your physical body and your energy body, giving your nervous system a chance to relax and heal.
