My guest today, Nika Ptushkina is hosting the first in person event for Women In Batteries at Stanford University. It’s in partnership with the Stanford StorageX Initiative and it promises to be an amazing event. They have an incredible panel of speakers lined up, with great food, entertainment and much more.

We unfortunately can’t attend and we feel very bad about it, so we wanted to give back and to help Nika promote the event, as well as the incredible work she’s doing in our battery community.

Nika is the definition of someone taking charge of DEI issues in our industry and she’s created a very powerful movement in a short space of time. The fact Women in Batteries has developed so much momentum is evidence that we have work to do to make our industry more inclusive. In this episode, hear from Nika on why she founded Women in Batteries and what her vision is for the movement!
