Meditation: Tranquil Night

Just close your eyes, and let?s begin. Bring your hand to your heart,  And let?s begin our meditation with an intention. Tonight may you easily surrender to the sleep of the tranquil night. Let your chest feel the heat of your hand, And let your hand feel the rise and fall of your chest as you breathe. Lower your hand, And let yourself snuggle into your favorite sleeping position. PAUSE? Relax here, Calmly noticing your breathing, Feeling the cool air on your nose as you breathe in, And warm air on your nose as you breathe out. Breathe? PAUSE? Now see if you can hear the soft singing of the crickets in the background, Playing their music just for you. Imagine yourself going outside to see them, To thank them for their songs. You step out onto a patch of soft, green grass, and immediately feel its coolness refresh you. Feel the calming vibrations coming up from the Earth to meet your feet,  Reminding you that you are one.  PAUSE? You look around and see the darkness of the night,  As if the sky blanketed everything around you with a deep, black sheet. A few stars here and there shining through as if holes were punctured through it. The quiet here is palpable, And makes you feel like everything is close. No noises in the distance.  No hums from the daytime movement. Just silence.  And the orchestra of crickets, Playing just for you.  PAUSE? Relax, And melt into your bed. The tranquil night welcomes you, Protects you, Restores you. PAUSE? Look up at those stars, And notice that those few turn into many, The diamonds appearing one by one as your eyes adjust, And pretty soon litter the black sky with their glittering fairy dust. Breathe in their magic, These distant stars whose twinkles hypnotise you into sleep. Breathe? PAUSE? When the feelings of not enough start creeping in, When you feel lonely, When nothing seems to make any sense, Return to gratitude.   So breathe deeply, And really feel the miracle of your breath, The intake of oxygen fueling your life, The releasing settling you here into this moment.  Breathe? And let the fresh air circulate through your body. Cleansing what?s dark inside, And releasing it all out with every exhale.  Breathe? PAUSE? Allow all those thoughts to pass you by, As you return to yourself with every single breath. And return to gratitude. PAUSE? Gratitude for this breath. Gratitude for your shelter.  Gratitude for your health. Gratitude for your beautiful body. PAUSE? Return to gratitude for those who love you, For mother nature all around you, For the sunshine and the rain, And for all the experiences you?ve had that have brought you here today. PAUSE? Observe your breath, The faint, breezy sounds of your nose for every breath in and out.  The growing of your chest and stomach as you breathe in, And the shrinking as you breathe out. The natural slowing down of your body as you breathe in a little longer,  And breathe out a little more.  The increased warmth within you as you flood your body with oxygen. Breathe? PAUSE? This beautiful, complicated machine that literally carries us around in this life that we can so easily take for granted.   Maybe you?ve had moments of ignoring her or even loathing her. Perhaps you?ve celebrated her and treasured her. No matter what your relationship with your body has been or currently is, the intention of tonight?s meditation is to give you the opportunity to pay homage to her and to soak in gratitude for the incredible and beautiful body you have. So you can end your day feeling full of love and deeply connected to your body, as she carries you peacefully into dreamland. Close your eyes, And allow your attention to settle onto your breathing.  This simple action your body does for you without you having to think about it. This intake of oxygen that feeds your entire life. Now expand your breath a little bit more,  Inhaling in deeper, And exhaling out longer. And notice as your body naturally slows down, Naturally feels heavier, Naturally relaxes. PAUSE? Allow your shoulders to drop, Your cheeks to soften, And your chest to open and relax. Breathe out the day, With every exhale, And relax further into your bed. PAUSE? Your body is special. And so beautiful.  Bring your attention to your feet,  Imagining warm, golden rays of sunshine lighting them up, Feeling the tingling of attention reminding you of the gift of movement they give you. Think of all the miles they?ve carried you and let the gratitude fill you up and lighten you.  Let those golden rays soothe your feet,  Allowing them to part and settle, As they relax deeper into your bed. PAUSE? Now bring your attention to your legs, Your calves, knees, quads and thighs, And see all the images of their powerful strength moving you and balancing you, And let the gratitude flood in, Inviting the golden light to calm you, And melt you further into the night. PAUSE? Bring your attention to the beautiful bundle of your sexual organs, This magical garden that exudes the essence of your womanhood. Pleasure and life can live here...can thrive here. And even when they haven?t, this garden is here for you, working on your behalf. Breathe in gratitude, and feel yourself grow lighter.  Imagine that golden light soothing you here, Easing you deeper into sleep. PAUSE? Now let your attention travel up to your stomach, your heart, your breasts and your chest. Feel this entire area expand with golden light with each inhale as it reminds you of who you are. All your major organs inside are working just for you. Feel the gratitude arise and expand with each breath. And let the golden light soothe you, Melting you even deeper into the beauty of the night. PAUSE? Now allow your attention to rise to your shoulders, arms, hands and fingers. Meditation: Turn Off the Thoughts

Bring your attention inward. Noticing the weight of your body on your bed. Feeling the softness of your sheets or blankets. Hearing the soft whispers of your breath as it enters and exits your nose. Observing where your body may be tight and inviting those areas to relax. Relaxing your cheeks and jaw. Lowering your shoulders, Softening your belly, Relaxing your arms and legs. Surrender to the soothing rhythm of your body, And breathe. PAUSE? One by one, the thoughts may bubble up to the surface of your consciousness. Begging for your attention. They tease you with a false sense of importance, Making you feel like you have to give into their cries. But you don?t.   Their dramas don?t need to be played out right now.  Now is your time for sleep.  Your time to restore your mind, body and soul. Your time to be embraced by the loving arms of the night. Nothing needs to be done.  Nothing needs to be figured out.  Just breathe? PAUSE? The thoughts will continue to arise and that?s normal.  They may be helpful thoughts, trying to manage or organize your days. Or maybe they?re excited thoughts, swirling with people, ideas and experiences that make you smile with hope and exhilaration. Or maybe they?re anxious thoughts, soaked in worry, fear and stress. They could even be seemingly random and strange thoughts, depicting memories or insights that don?t make much sense. Whatever is coming to the surface,  See if you can imagine each of these thoughts as a small glowing ball of light, floating in the air around you. And every time you breathe out, Imagine that your breath extinguishes the light on one of these thoughts, one of these balls of light. Breathe out and turn off the thoughts. One by one.  With each breath out.  Darkening the space around you as each ball of light turns off and vanishes into the night.  Breathe out. Breathe out. PAUSE? As another thought comes up, imagine it again as a glowing light around you, And as you exhale, blow out the light, and watch it dissolve into the night. Breathe in, And blow out another light. Breathe in, And blow out another light.  PAUSE? What was once bright with all the glowing lights of thoughts, Is now dark. Empty. Peaceful. Quiet. Inhale and feel the fresh air filling your belly, And exhale into the darkness. PAUSE... Anytime another thought comes up, Just see it as a small, glowing light, And then blow it out on your exhale.  This is your special space of stillness. Meditation: Neck Pain Relief

Rest deep into your body, Bringing your attention here. Far away from the thoughts, And the movement of your mind.  PAUSE? Sink a little further, And as you do, allow your body to stretch. Straighten your arms,  And your legs out wide, As far as they can reach. Hold them here for a moment,  Squeezing and gathering up every bit of pain, Stress, And detail inside.  PAUSE? And then exhale,  And release the stretch, Letting it all go,  And softening your body even further. LONG PAUSE? Now place your hand, On the side of your head, And slowly pull it down to one side, Stretching the side of your neck. PAUSE? Breathe into the stretch, Expanding the space inside, And inviting in relief. PAUSE? Now reverse the stretch, Gently pulling your head down from the other side,  Feeling the stretch on the other side of your neck. Breathe? And feel every fiber stretch out all that tension.  PAUSE? And then release the stretch, And feel the warmth of the relief, As you melt further into bed. LONG PAUSE? Feel into your body, And bring your attention to your neck.  Imagine all the points of pain, All those spots of tension, Are glowing soft red.  PAUSE? Breathe into those places, From the bottom of your skull, Down the sides of your neck, And into the contours of your upper shoulders. PAUSE? Imagine everything opening, And softening.  Opening, And softening, As you breathe in relief, And breathe out tension.  LONG PAUSE? Notice that the soft red glow, Becomes a little dimmer now, And your head feels a little lighter.  PAUSE? Now imagine your spine stretching, From the bottom of your back, All the way up to the top of your neck. Pulling, Extending,  Straightening. Opening up the space between every vertebrae. One by one, Making space, And releasing the pain.  LONG PAUSE? The glowing red dims again,  Almost completely. And your body feels spacious. Root yourself deeply in the truth of your soul, The knowing that you are whole, You are magic, And you are infinite rays of love. PAUSE? Let those thoughts dissolve, Let their hold on you release. Breathe out the worries,  And let go of the blame, And allow yourself to surrender to deep sleep. PAUSE? Imagine the wand of forgiveness tapping lightly on the crown of your head, Its soothing sparkles of magic relaxing you, As your eyes get heavier, Your cheeks soften, Your jaw releases, And your lips lightly part. PAUSE? Watch as that fairy-like wand travels down your face, And taps your shoulders,  Your chest,  And your arms, Causing them all to relax, And release. One by one. PAUSE? And as the beautiful wand of forgiveness continues, Feel its warm sparkles touch and heal your belly, Your hips, Your thighs, Your legs, And your feet. And feel them all deeply soften, And relax. PAUSE? Sink deeper into your bed, Covered in the blankets of forgiveness, Comforted by its warmth,  Kindness, And grace. You are safe here, my love, Protected from your own inner demons who want to make you wrong, Shame you, And challenge your worth. Safe from others who want to hold you to a standard of perfection, Who want to make you less than, Or withhold grace. You are safe here, In the blankets of forgiveness. My mind craves action and movement. It doesn?t want to be still. PAUSE? So I lower my shoulders, And slowly deepen my breath. I expand my chest, Imagining my heart opening, As my body melts into relaxation. LONG PAUSE? So much has felt heavy, Like I?m caught in the middle of a storm.  The skies might clear for a moment, But then the rain comes down again.  PAUSE? All I see are dark skies, The clouds are eerie. I feel each drop saturate me and weigh me down. I?m cold and lost, And all I see is gray. PAUSE? But suddenly, My eyes are clear, And my body comes alive. I look around and realize, There?s beauty in this storm. LONG PAUSE? I raise my hands to the sky, Honoring the drops of life. Watching the water sink into the Earth, Feeding the plants and animals, And flowing into the rivers. PAUSE? I feel the rain on my skin in slow motion. The sensation awakens me, Thrills me. The wind runs through my hair, And makes me feel wild and free.  PAUSE? Soon I?m dancing in the rain. Arms outstretched, Head raised high, Legs moving in rhythm.  PAUSE? The thunder, wind and rain, Create music I can finally hear. LONG PAUSE? I am dancing in the rain, Alive, Magical, Free. PAUSE? What was once dark, Is now light. Nothing has changed, Except my sight. Meditation: Healing Old Wounds

For this is an opportunity to heal deeply, To transcend the pain, And become more you in the process. So rest now, dear one, Falling gently into your bed.  Give yourself the freedom to move around a bit, Until you find that sleeping position that feels so good. And then take a deep breath in, And as you breath out, Melt further into your bed. Deeper, Ready for sleep. PAUSE? Let your body relax, As you find the soothing rhythm of your breathing. Breathing in the fresh air of the night, Breathing out the movement of the day. Breathe in, Breathe out. PAUSE? Let go of all those thoughts, Plans, Tasks, And emotions that linger inside.  Now is not their time.  PAUSE? Let them release from you as you exhale, And fade away into the darkness of the night. PAUSE? Sink deeper, With every breath out. And come home, With every breath in. Breathe and relax, Breathe and release.  LONG PAUSE? Feel the gentle hand of the night, Place itself upon your heart. Feel the heat as her hand rests here, Touching you with love, And sending warm healing deep into you. PAUSE? Her hand glows softly with the golden light of love, Compassion, And wisdom. PAUSE? Open yourself to her healing touch, And imagine the soft golden glow seeping deeper and deeper into you, As your breath travels deeper and deeper. PAUSE? Invite the night?s golden hand of love to drench you with healing, Finding those holes that have been buried inside of you for so long, And filling them up. LONG PAUSE? Feel the warmth spread from your heart, Out from your chest, And into your right arm. Then into your left arm, Down the entire length of your back, And down into your belly. PAUSE? Watch as the healing glow lights you up, Down your left leg, Then your right. Let it heal you, Let it absolve you, Let it transform you. LONG PAUSE? Feel the healing hand of the night gently lay upon the crown of your head. The warmth penetrate you, As the healing energy cleanses and restores the precious space of your thoughts. PAUSE? Feel the darkness release, From your head, Your heart, And your entire body, As the healing glow of the night saturates you, And emanates from you. PAUSE? You are free. You are healed. You are whole. So close your eyes and settle onto your bed. And go ahead and stretch your arms and your legs out as far as they can go, Imagining your spine straightening and aligning, and inviting any physical discomforts to  release. And then release the stretch, bringing your arms and legs back in,  And let yourself settle into your favorite sleeping position. PAUSE? Notice your breath, Observe its rhythm, Its consistent and reliable cadence.  Feel the air as it fills your lungs and breathes life into your body. See if you can imagine all that oxygen traveling throughout your body,  Feeding you, Warming you, Loving you.  And let yourself silently whisper, thank you, as you think about how precious each of these breathes are.   What a miracle it is for you to be here right now. Feel the glow and the warmth of gratitude inside of you.   PAUSE? Now take a deep breath,  And see if you can melt your body just a bit more into your bed. And let the following words of gratitude lay over you like a soft blanket,  Wrapping you in comfort and covering you as you drift off to sleep.  Thank you for this breath. Thank you for my body. PAUSE? Thank you for this place to lay my head, And for the food that nourished me today. PAUSE... Thank you for the people in my life whom I love and who love me, Who are constantly teaching me how I can be a better person. Thank you for the challenges, for all the ways they encourage me to grow.  PAUSE... Thank you for my work and the services I get to provide.  Thank you for the happenings of the day. Thank you for all the technology and tools I have access to that bring so much convenience into my life.  PAUSE? Thank you for the times I?ve been brought to my knees; they?ve taught me how strong I am. Thank you for the help and support around me,  I know that I am loved. PAUSE? All day long,  Little pieces of toxicity have entered your body, And snuck into your mind.  PAUSE? The food you ate, The water your drank, The words that landed upon your ears, The visions that played before your eyes, And the thoughts that bubbled up in your head.  PAUSE? They?ve accumulated within you, And now you can consciously let them go, Clearing your mind,  Cleansing your body, Leaving you light and free.  LONG PAUSE? So see if you can imagine a soft, gentle hand hovering over you.  She?s warm and kind, And places herself on your heart. PAUSE? Like a magnet, she calls all those pieces of toxicity to her, And one by one, They come. Releasing their hold on you, And landing in this gentle hand. PAUSE? Your heart immediately feels lighter, Cleaner, And whole.  LONG PAUSE? The gentle hand finds her way to your belly. You feel the warm energy of her touch, And see her calling all those pieces to her. PAUSE? One by one they leave you, Leaving everything in this area clean, And clear.  LONG PAUSE? The soft hand places herself on both your legs, And the toxins are in her pull. PAUSE? Feel them gather up and release their hold, From your toes,  Your feet, Your ankles, Up to your knees, And all the way to your hips.  PAUSE? Your legs are clean, And clear.  LONG PAUSE? The gentle hand now hovers over your back. Watch as all the toxins detach from your lower back, Slowly up your spine, All the way up to your neck, Releasing their hold, Helpless against the magnetic pull of the detoxifying hand.  LONG PAUSE? Now feel the warmth on the crown of your head, As the soft hand rests here. Millions of toxic pieces swim in your mind, And one by one,  They are pulled into the palm of the loving hand.  PAUSE? Let her absorb them all,  Releasing the toxins from your mind, Leaving you clean, And clear.  LONG PAUSE? Rest now, dear one,  And float through the land of dreams. Follow your breath into your soul, And bring yourself right here. Breathe deep into this moment,  Let the anxiety disappear.  PAUSE? Let it all go? And release all that?s here. Let it all go? Meditation: When Your Thoughts Are Haunting You At Night

They dance together in your mind, Weaving their stories and haunting you with each scene. Your stomach is in knots.  And your adrenaline is pumping. So begin with a deep breath in, my love, So those demonic thoughts can disappear once and for all. Breathe? Deeply, Fully. Extracting your attention from those thoughts, And bringing them here onto your breath. Following the air in through your nose, Down your chest, And deep into your belly. PAUSE? Feel your inhale expand your body, As you breathe just a bit deeper with every breath in, And extend your exhale with every breath out.  Slow it down. PAUSE? You are perfect right here. Just the way you are.  Exactly where you need to be in this moment.  Breathe, And as you breathe out, Relax your body deeper into your bed, Falling heavily into the sheets beneath you. PAUSE? Gather up those fears, Those worries, Those regrets, Those upsets and discomforts. All of those ghostly thoughts haunting you, And gently blow them away with every full exhale.  Breathe? And blow away the thoughts. Breathe? And let go of it all. PAUSE? Let go of your anger. Let go of your fear. Let go of your self-judgments, Let go of your discomfort.  Let it all go, As you breathe out fully, And sink further into your bed.  PAUSE? Forgive yourself, my love, And set yourself free. Forgive others, So you can truly heal.  PAUSE? Tomorrow you can lean into the lessons learned, Or the logic of it all. But tonight,  Right now, Fall back into the comforting arms of sleep, And let her protect you here in the night, Shielding you from those thoughts, And dissolving them all away. PAUSE? Relax deeply, And watch those haunting thoughts float further and further away from you, Releasing their hold on you, And you releasing your hold on them.  Watch as they fade into the night, Leaving you feeling free, Light, And whole.  You are safe here, my love. LONG PAUSE The breath opens you, sending peace and calm unfolding throughout your body, and creating the sense  that anything is possible. LONG PAUSE Bask in the calm. Bask in the possibilities. And allow yourself to  just go with what  manifests in and around you. LONG PAUSE Now, get in touch with your body, feel it becoming light and buoyant, but alive on the inside. PAUSE And imagine now that through your mind?s eye  you see the cosmos within you, galaxy after galaxy spinning gently. PAUSE And you float in the cosmos, pausing briefly  at each galaxy that unfurls  like a celestial carpet. PAUSE You draw in a breath and immerse yourself in a distant galaxy, gently sliding around and around on its spiral until you land in its heart. PAUSE And there is light all around  in the heart of the galaxy, twinkling brightly against the inky sky of the cosmos. PAUSE Then, through the silence you hear a voice in the distance. It?s a far off whisper at first and then it becomes slightly louder. PAUSE You open your ears, and focus your attention To hear the cosmic whisper say, ?You are beautiful.? PAUSE As the words echo in you, your inner galaxy lights up, touching and comforting you. PAUSE You bring your awareness back to your mind?s eye beholding all the  cosmic beauty  expanding within you. PAUSE After a moment, you feel yourself being lifted to another galaxy, one that is elliptical in shape. PAUSE Instinctively, your feet skate around the ellipses  until you?re ready to softly jump into the galaxy?s center. PAUSE This galaxy hums and purrs like a factory of  blinking stars and whizzing comets. PAUSE You feel the life of this galaxy as it thrums within you, energizing you with a confidence you?ve not felt before. PAUSE After a few moments, you catch a calling from the far reaches of the galaxy, A calling that says, ?You are powerful.? PAUSE You breathe in the words, as they hover in and around you. The words stir feelings of strength and renewal.   PAUSE Slowly, you?re lifted out of the galaxy and transported to a new galaxy, one that is asymmetrical  with red, white, and purple colors pulsing throughout. PAUSE You wait for a moment and breathe, taking in the Universe?s magnificent art, and allowing yourself  to float into the galaxy?s core. PAUSE The galaxy is filled with  stars and matter that form a gauzy web all around. PAUSE Lights flicker in and out in a hypnotic rhythm  that calms and comforts you. PAUSE Then a celestial wind begins to blow, a swell of cosmic dust that  flows before you like a river. PAUSE And in the wind, your name is whispered, again and again, until you hear it say, ?You are loved.? PAUSE The Universe then elevates you above the galaxy and carries you to another? a spiral galaxy with two tail-like streams of stars. PAUSE While floating in the galaxy, a pair of interstellar clouds  shaped like two fingers pointing upward stretch out before you. PAUSE  ??? You don?t have to hold them, Let go and be free.  LONG PAUSE? Step by step you venture,  Into the magical night.  Each step brings you closer,  To the pools of peace beneath.  PAUSE? You look up at the stars,  And ask for their guidance.  You know they hold wisdom,  And you don?t have to do this alone.  PAUSE? Pulled by wonder, and led by the great divine. You arrive at the magical waters,  And step your toes inside.  PAUSE? Meditation: Fireside Sleep on a Cool Night

LONG PAUSE Now, shift your focus  yo your breath, and as you do, notice that each breath you take relaxes you more deeply. LONG PAUSE As you relax, feel any area of your body that?s holding stress give way to relaxation. LONG PAUSE Now, imagine sitting outside with a slight chill in the air. You?re stretched out on a lounger with a dying fire  in front of you. PAUSE The embers of the fire glow in and out, and every now and then, a piece of wood falls deeper into the fire, with ashes and light Bursting forth. PAUSE Marshmallows and chocolate bars rest on another chair, a reminder of the sticky sweet treats you enjoyed earlier. PAUSE The last life of the fire crackles in relaxing tones,  sometimes louder, sometimes softer, a melody of tranquility PAUSE A breeze adds an extra nip to the air, and so you drape  a fuzzy blanket over your shoulders. PAUSE Sitting back, gazing at the fire, you sip a cup of tea  brewed with lavender and chamomile. PAUSE The tea relaxes and calms any nerves or stress in your body. It warms you to the perfect temperature, balancing the brisk air around you. PAUSE An incredible sense of  comfort and safety envelopes you, as if all is well with you and with the Universe. PAUSE You take a deep breath letting the security and tranquility expand within you. There is peace and comfort beaming from inside you. PAUSE You gaze at the sky, and watch as the thousands of stars  look like they're moving, and only you can see. They?re your magic stars. PAUSE Deep relaxation envelopes you wraps you in a soft blanket of love and coziness. PAUSE You snuggle deeper  into the soul of the blanket, as a fresh chill in the air arrives. PAUSE A pillow appears behind you head, soft like a swan, and you rest your head and neck on it, letting the pillow gently cradle them. PAUSE Your eyes are heavy now, so you close them, and just continue listening to the gentle sizzle and snapping of the fire. PAUSE You snuggle more with the blanket, shifting it slightly  to find the perfect position. PAUSE The fire crackles again, releasing a tiny orange flame that shimmies and bounces before falling back into an ember. PAUSE Take a breath and feel the cool air touch your chest and core. And as you do, you feel the sweet weight of sleep coming over you. PAUSE It?s time to rest, by the fire, under the stars, cocooned in your blanket, feeling relaxed, safe and  deeply comfortable. Meditation: When You Feel Unsafe at Night

So you can enter softly into the arms of deep sleep.  So close your eyes, Giving them a tight squeeze for just a few seconds, And then release the tension, And feel the heaviness of your eyes settle into your face. It?s okay to close your eyes, my love, You are safe here. PAUSE... Breathe? And see if you can imagine each part of your body melting into your bed, Like drops of rain merging with the ocean, Becoming one with your bed. Imagine your face relaxing, Your shoulders dropping, Your arms and hands heavily falling into your bed. Imagine your chest softening, Your stomach releasing, Your hips and legs and feet melting into the ocean of your bed. Breathe? PAUSE? I know you?ve been shaken, my love, Made to feel unsafe, Made to feel like the armor of protection around you has dissolved. Maybe your heart feels exposed, Maybe your body or your space feels vulnerable.   It?s okay to feel it all, beautiful.  But here, in this moment, You are safe.  And it?s time to relax into the protective arms of sleep. PAUSE? So breathe it all out, All those swirling thoughts, Those what if?s, Those anxieties. And find the safety of this present moment. PAUSE? Be here. And feel the warm, comforting arms of sleep wrap themselves around you, Like a soft blanket, Full of tenderness, Full of love, Full of safety. Breathe? And let yourself fall deeper into her arms. PAUSE? Feel those gentle arms of sleep around you, As you envision a big bubble forming around you, Around your bed, Around your home, Around your community. PAUSE? This bubble is strong,  And keeps out anyone or anything that is causing you fear.  Breathe in deep,  And feel the weight of your worries release as you breathe out. PAUSE? Now imagine the people you love the most, coming calmly and gently into your bubble. Entering your safe space one by one,  And fortifying it with their love. Feel their love enhance your bubble of safety, And ease you deeper into sleep. PAUSE? Relax, my love, And let that bubble keep out the thoughts, Keep out the worries, Keep out the emotions, And keep you here, In this moment, Protected, Loved, Safe. PAUSE? When your mind feels like it?s about to explode, And your heart feels like it will escape your chest, When the tears beg to be released,  Let your breath bring you home.  LONG PAUSE? Let each inhale, Clear away the clouds. Over and over again. Until the blue sky reveals itself. Until the sunshine trickles through, And warms your heart.  Warms your soul. And reminds you that it?s all okay.  LONG PAUSE? Let each exhale release the gray, And make more room for the sun.  More room for the warmth. More room for love.  LONG PAUSE? For love is what you are. Beneath the layers of plans, Stories, Worries and fears, Who wrap you in their promises of importance.  PAUSE? You are love.  Energy that magically dances with the stars,  And sings with the wind.  PAUSE? You are perfect in this moment.   Nothing can break you. PAUSE? You are love. PAUSE? Meditation: Reimagining Time

Give yourself over to a moment of peace, And take a break from all in your midst. PAUSE? Sometimes, you just need to slow things down, To give yourself time to think. But when time itself evaporates before your eyes, It feels impossible to slip away. PAUSE? There?s always something that needs doing, Always someone to make a request. You say yes, and yes, and yes some more, And then run out of time and space. PAUSE? You feel like a fool for agreeing, But you?d feel like a jerk for saying no. There?s no good approach to pleasing everyone, And the clock works against you at every turn. PAUSE? Don?t blame yourself for your kindness. Don?t beat yourself up for trying. If anything, change your perception of time, Stop competing with an invisible opponent. PAUSE? Think of time as a powerful tool, A way of ordering your world. Use it to serve your purposes, And set it aside as often as you can. PAUSE? Decide when you are off the clock, And when it just doesn?t exist. Take a block of time back for yourself, And don?t worry about the risk. PAUSE? We may owe the world certain things, And we definitely have bills to pay. But our hearts and souls have clocks of their own, And the world at large doesn?t have a say. PAUSE? The freedom to reorder time like this Is already in your grasp. You don?t need permission, it?s more like a decision, One that belongs to you alone. PAUSE? It?s often difficult to claim what we own, Even when we desperately want to do so. We think we owe others more than ourselves, And we pay the price without question. PAUSE? In truth, your allegiance must be to you, For you are your greatest ally. When you need affirmation of your own importance, Your heart and soul will gladly comply. PAUSE? Though things get cloudy in the outside world, Making it tough to see what?s real, The view is always crystal clear, When you peer out from deep within. PAUSE? So push that outer clock out of the way. Consult it only when you must. You don?t want waste even one soul minute, Giving power to an unnecessary device. PAUSE? So let it all unravel, this image of time, That makes you feel like there?s not enough. Feel yourself fly free, aligning with your soul, Knowing that this is the stuff.    Namaste, Beautiful  ???
