382 - Batweiser beer, Fender shopping, and Analogman fakes

Brian, Blake and Richard are back with an all-new episode of the Chasing Tone Podcast!

The guys reflect on last week's guest appearance from the GristleMeister Greg Koch and Richard has already ordered a beanie. The guys then talk about the news from Chase Bliss and Cooper FX and Blake has some insights into the origins and back story of the deal - some of which sound very familiar to the situation Brian found himself in.  Brian then gives us some insight into the inner workings of a pedal company and the things that excite him about the business. 

Fender have bought Presonus in a move that brings them firmly into the world of DAW software and hi tech music production hardware so the guys talk about what this may or may not mean before flying off on a total tangent.  Brian then tells us about a video that Mike from Analogman posted showing him destroying fake King of Tone pedals which caused some controversy on the internet.

JHS bought out their take on the classic RAT circuit with their new multi rat pedal and Brian gives us a view on the technology with a wry look at some of the criticism that has been unfairly piled on JHS. Richard then imagines an ultimate fighting competition between Josh and Brian and it just gets very silly.
