Four hundred miles below the surface of the Earth is an ocean of fresh water that is three times larger in volume than all the water [salt and fresh] on the surface of the Earth. This reservoir of water -- hidden in the Earth's mantle -- is like our vestibular mechanism in the inner ear. It’s the balancer of this planet as it spins and orbits in free space. Earth is a living creature with Soul and with lungs that breathe, just like all of the life that exists on her.
The human body has up to 70 trillion cells, but it has over 100 trillion microbes inside. This combination of health is within us and we are all the microbes with-out that live on the body of Mother Earth. Just like with our microbes, we depend on the body of our host. The vestibular system in our inner ear and neurology in the head brain processes our sensory information for balance and movement. The vestibular system of this planet Earth controls her balance and movement in our solar system.
As we celebrate Earth Day, let us celebrate how our host, gives the water and balance to life in our bodies… How we can open ourselves and graciously receive the gift? Honor the Earth today and every day and reconnect with our botanical sense... as above, so below, as within, so without… celebrate!

Now that we’ve settled into a cosmic forward flow and recalibrated the nervous system within and without, we get a fresh understanding of the three brain centers in the body; the gut, the heart, and the head.
When these three neurological centers and the circulations of the body are deeply engaged, we really feel a sense of balance, and when we experience a sense of balance and equilibrium, we feel that we have a tremendous amount to offer. When we have a tremendous amount to offer, we tend to give… And when we give, we receive because the universe has no vacancies. Whatever goes around comes around…as we give, we will receive…as we serve, we will de-serve. Coming full circle; when we work at the core of the nervous system with yoga, meditation, and breath work, it becomes robust…and that's when we will start being that person who is giving and receiving, who is serving and deserving…anything we wish for comes through!

Every animal is searching for the nourishment of connection, including the human animal. Until an animal registers in a broader frequency it seeks comfort in the 3rd dimensional nature of the gut-brain… We can assist others to touch in with the needs they are feeling; if they haven't met those needs they're not going to rise into a higher awareness. Do this by serving and then surrendering, serve and surrender… by serving you help others, by surrendering, you allow others to help you. What we end up with is a relationship with time in which we all start to feel like there is enough time for everything, everyday… Balance from the base to the Crown and deal with your circumstances, your sensations, your feelings. Then you can feel the sensations and feelings of others and experience another's experience without becoming emotionally attached. It’s a graceful way of existing and allows an ease-filled “blossoming” and sharing of your unique “fragrance”.

Our response to shame in many instances is similar to how we respond socially, intellectually, spiritually…the sensations of shame correlate with the sensations of anger. And in the midst of all these poignant emotions, the lower triangles of chakra are picked up and translated through the muscle systems and then into your tongue, which allows you to express… if you don't fully express then the outside world will impress. When you are impressed upon more than you are expressing it creates depression…use the muscles of the body to leverage your movement and circulate the breath. Use the emotions of “drain” as ignitors for a replacement, productive emotion. The emotions of drain can come through as sadness and hopelessness. Talk with the emotion…ask the sadness, what are the alternatives? What will likely happen is that sadness catalyzes frustration and shifts into anger. Anger is dynamic as opposed to the passivity of sadness. And this dynamic force from anger will move you into internal action. We have this force within our finite being that enables life; it's known as the soul. And the soul translates its force into prana as spirit. We breathe that prana in -- we in-spire. That's why the diaphragm is known as the muscle of inspiration. When the outside pressures and uncertainties become ever more grave they become ever more attached to gravity...such as the time we are in right now.
Now is when we must multiply our efforts because not one of us is immune to this pandemic of deep outside pressure with internal uncertainty.
One of the components that we must understand about this greater outside pressure with the inside pressure, is that it's a stimulant. It produces crisis, and crisis is an evolutionary stimulant. So then, when we feel the circumstances of the world right now, at large and around us...we must comprehend the greater picture...the parasympathetic picture is that this is a pause before a new beginning.

Heads = hope-enthusiasm-audacity-determination-solution Up = understanding-purpose. Think of this all of the time. At any moment ask yourself; is this moment giving me a heads up opportunity; am I heads up as I move through the day? It’s an easy reminder to take anger and sadness from the gut-brain, weave in hope and enthusiasm and turn it into the high risk of audacity. Move the energy up through the diaphragm and through to the heart-brain, breathing to believe. And then allow that audacity to fill your cup, without any reason and logic. When we stimulate and work with the resonance of our physical body, we can directly empower the voice. How do we do it? By befriending the pelvis, the lower triangle of the chakra system. Specifically, knowing this area with circular and inclusive movement of the hips, pelvis & sacrum brings a multidimensional stimulation to our intention, motivation, and purpose. This is one of the main portals to the higher dimensions. When we leverage the lower triangle of chakra with our devotions, all of the incredible components of our higher physical self; hope, will and courage, faith, trust, belief and inspiration, connect and rise, permeating the physical body. It gives forward from anything that is holding us back. We are moving it into THIS moment so that its energy can fill this presence. We can then engage our voice with our strong, emboldened body.

There is a sensation when the soul is intermingling in the lens of consciousness. And then intermingling within the matter of the physical body. When you can leave the channels open, you can have a new experience of hope; and when you experience hope, you become awakened to this sensation that permeates the entire cosmos… The sensation is called Love… This awareness produces growth, which creates time. You grow into the future which allows the future to move into the present moment for an experience to take place. Then you have a memory of this 'sensation' taking place, which produces the past.. And if we are to really get ahold of what's happening here it is only one thing; the I AM.
