I have been both a teacher and a student my whole life. Whether it is teaching in an official
capacity, sharing what I have learned with my grandkids, or taking a community education or
online course, it’s just what I do.
I teach people, not subjects, and I learn from teachers, not books or courses. I have found that
it’s as much about the teacher / student connection as it is about the material being taught and
learned.
My education began when I was born. Some very early memories revolve around the built-in
bookshelf in the hall of my childhood home. Even before I could read, I would choose a book
and sit by the floor furnace and pretend that I was reading. I would make up stories of what I
had read and share them with my younger brother or my mom. One set of books that I
remember was a series of Dale Carnegie books. It’s no wonder that later in life I taught adults
these principles as a Dale Carnegie instructor.

In my first career, I taught high school students. They thought they were taking English classes,
but it was so much more than literature, grammar, and writing. They learned who they were –
some more than others, as we are all on our own path of learning.

From a lifetime of spiritual exploration, world travel, and working in the Healing Arts, I eventually discovered my true calling as a teacher of Reiki. I've been a lifelong teacher and coach of other skills, but teaching Reiki is truly my purpose and passion in this life. All of my past experiences have molded me into the teacher and mentor I wished I’d had many years ago, and I'm very happy to be able to share with my students the essence of my accumulated knowledge and wisdom so they don't have to spend decades of searching and learning as I did.

Life is an interesting evolution of one thing leading into another that takes us in unexpected directions. As a surfer from the Big Island of Hawaii, I never could have guessed that my fitness trainer background would lead me to become a massage therapist, which would then lead me to Reiki and becoming a Reiki Master Practitioner, and then an ICRT Licensed Reiki Master Teacher. Nor did I ever imagine that I'd end up traveling to different parts of the US and other countries, teaching Reiki to others!

I love teaching Reiki and bring to my classes a combination of excellent training, real-life experience, hard-earned wisdom, Love, Compassion, Humor, and Grace. Because of my background, my classes are taught in a relaxed “Hawaiian style.” But despite the relaxed style, my students leave their training feeling confident with their new skills, empowered and excited, ready to go out into the world to share their knowledge. After completing their classes, I continue to offer support for their well-being and success in whatever way they choose to use Reiki, whether professionally or for home use.

After nearly 70 years on this planet, I have experienced a lifetime of
preparation and practice for this amazing Reiki and Animal
Communication work. My groundwork has included being a good friend,
confidant, and reciprocal teacher/ mentor to the people and animals in my
life. I started early on my teacher path and, along the way, discovered my
healing and mentoring gifts. My life has been filled with family and friends
of the human and animal kind, and I have had the privilege to experience
healing from them through their love and devotion. In turn, my life of
service honors their love and Reiki energy. My devotion to my spiritual
path for 50 years of being conscious of its purpose in my life has been
varied and inclusive of many great teachers, with the one constant:
Staying in relationship with Divine Energy through journaling, meditation,
and service to others. I am a Certified Reiki Master and teacher, working
with both humans and animals, as well as a Certified Animal.
Communication Practitioner and teacher. I blend these skills with the
beauty and healing of Reiki to support the health and well-being of my
clients, my animal clients, and their humans.

Simon Tansley was attuned to usui reiki one and two on the weekend of 28th and 29th October 1989 by independent reiki master Mari Hall, who also introduced him to a deck of tarot cards, which he liked so much that he has been working with them and other decks ever since. he liked the weekend reiki course so much that he repeated it six weeks later. In 2000, after a year's apprenticeship with reiki master Farnham Haywood, he was attuned as a reiki master himself. ina Presman is the owner and founder of Energy Work Unlimited, Advanced Rapid Healing, and Anti Aging Center of Boca. Nina came to the United States from Soviet Union in 1979. After her own struggles with emotional and physical issues, weight and trying to live up to the competitive standards of American beauty and body image she became a personal trainer and nutrition consultant.

In 2013 she graduated from Argosy University with BA in Science of Psychology, in addition she entered a school to learn about skin and esthetics and completed multiple degrees in advanced skin care field. The big dream for her was to combine the understanding of self-actualization and happiness together with expressing it outward and developing the outer beauty to match the inner self. While working and building the business at Anti Aging Center of Boca Nina discovered different types of abilities of self healing. After successfully eliminating her own disorders including compounded PTSD from childhood abuse, spousal domestic violence, and death of her stalemate, together with the genetic and chronic heart disease, and depression, she founded Advanced Rapid Healing where she directly facilitates the healing of body, mind, and spirit to anyone seeking help.

Amanda McCordic is a mother, wife, lawyer, entrepreneur, terminal cancer survivor, and Holy
Fire® Karuna Reiki Master.
In December 2019, Amanda was diagnosed with aggressive Breast Cancer, and by April 2020,
the cancer was deemed terminal. A classic type “A” personality, Amanda made the conscious
decision to live with hope and to focus on healing, rather than dying.
Through divine intervention, Amanda had her very first Reiki session 12 hours after finding her
first cancer tumor. Amanda’s cancer journey kicked started her spiritual journey, and she leaned
heavily into Reiki to help her heal all parts of her body, mind, and soul. Defying her oncologist's
expectations or understanding, Amanda was able to heal her cancer metastases, and her
scans have remained clean since November 2020.
While pushing through her healing, Amanda witnesses her husband, Matt, losing his battle
with his mental health. In March 2020, Matt committed suicide in their home, leading to some
of the most emotional and spiritually challenging days of her life. Amanda again leaned into
Reiki, making peace with his choice and the difficult path they had walked together. Amanda
openly chronicled the ups and downs of her cancer journey and her loss of Matt on her Facebook
page, “Amanda’s Tango with Terminal Cancer.” Offering candid insight into her path and the
lessons she had learned.
Amanda credits Reiki with guiding and healing her. Amand has such gratitude for all that Reiki
is and does for her, she felt called to help spread the light, hope, and love of Reiki to all those
who seek it, while also assisting Reiki Masters with sharing their light through entrepreneurship.
It was as a result of this calling that Dragonfly Marketplace was created.

Nathalie has been in practice for more than 30 years. She first trained at a top Beauty school at Jeanne Gatineau in Paris before being qualified in holistic and therapeutic massages and treatments. She worked in Paris, and Monaco, and then decided to open her own business. She had an opportunity to work in Hong Kong, first as a beauty trainer for a Cantonese company, then as a senior therapist for the biggest Spa in Central - Frederique Deleage. Whilst in Hong Kong she gained numerous diplomas and a wealth of experience and discovered new treatments. 

It was whilst in Hong-Kong that she became enthralled with the ancient Japanese art of Reiki developed by Dr Mikao Usui and achieved her level 1 in 1994 over there. She became a Reiki therapist to enhance her skills further -using her healing powers during her holistic and therapeutic treatments. 

After arriving in London she decided to pass her different levels with different Masters taking years between each levels and was a Teacher in 2021.

Thanks to Reiki Nathalie’s life changed and her passion for Reiki led her to write her own creative handbooks for all

levels and one adapted for children.

Hi There! My name is Jay V. Jackson. I would like to welcome you on your Reiki journey. Reiki has been such an incredible and pivotal experience in my life. I love sharing Reiki with others and assisting people to find a loving and peaceful path that will enrich their lives.

I grew up in the remote Blue Mountains of East Central Oregon. As a child I loved to play with stones and would study them and meditate with them. In my teen years my parents started a gem faceting business, cutting precious gemstones. By my late teens, I became a Master Facetor. I found that if I would study a gemstone carefully and “listen” to the stone I would come up with a design that ended up becoming an incredible work of art. These stones became my teachers in learning about the metaphysical aspects to our life experience.

In the 1990’s I saw an ad for a Reiki Class. Immediately something in me clicked and I started to study everything I could about Reiki. In 2004 I became a Reiki Master/Teacher. The call of healing modalities kept calling me and in August of 2004 I completed the massage program at the Utah College of Massage Therapy.

As I continued to study Reiki, I was drawn to the International Center for Reiki Teaching. I was impressed with how the classes were organized, and with great resources being made available. Veronica Verdin, for the past 20 years, has been a dedicated real estate agent. However, I’ve always had a heightened sensitivity to the energies around me, leading to mystical and paranormal experiences. I’m joyfully married with five children in a loving, blended family. Over a year ago, I underwent a profound spiritual awakening that opened my third eye. As a survivor of domestic violence and sexual molestation, Karen battled depression and low self-esteem
for years. Reiki helped her heal, and she loves sharing this Japanese relaxation technique to help others
heal, empowering them to achieve their divine purpose on Earth. Bringing her expertise in Reiki,
teaching, writing, comparative literature, and language together, she teaches students from all over the

Since 2008 when she attended her first Reiki class, Melissa has undertaken a truly transformative spiritual journey, embracing all the tools at her disposal to lower stress, relieve pain, and over time become the full embodiment of her truest self. 

While the spiritual community can at times feel inaccessible, full of untouchable, unrelatable Gurus, Melissa stands out with her gentle, warm, and welcoming nature.

When she was a girl, her hypnotherapist Grandmother would take her “over the rainbow,” opening her mind to new possibilities.

AI came into this world with Reiki.  From a very young age, I remember being with my father, a Naval Surgeon, when he was attending to patients.  All he wanted me to do was hold their hands and listen to them.

Over time, the ways and worries of the world, empathic stress, took it's toll and my inauthentic self was brought forth.

I am blessed to be an accomplished world traveler from a young age as well.  I have worked with and for the US government in the USA and overseas as well as foreign governments, private businesses and companies.  My husband and I retired in 2008 and returned to the USA with our children whom we went on to homeschool until high school graduation.

I worked several MLM businesses before founding The Central Firm which helped individuals, families, businesses (for profit and non profit) and governments by analyzing what they had and what they needed to be more economically effective and efficient.

COVID19 had us all in survival mode...

In April I began searching online for anything which would calm me and help me focus given the world situation and circumstance.  I found a number of modalities which I utilize personally.  And yet, I began searching more.

Jerry Mikutis is Licensed Reiki Master Teacher with the International Center for Reiki Training, a yoga teacher and crystal practitioner. She has been enthralled by yoga ever since her first class in 2005 as a means for mental clarity from the stresses of life. The sense of peace the practice cultivated kept her coming back to the mat and the physical benefits soon made themselves evident. Her yoga practice eventually led her to subtler practices such as Reiki and other methods of energy harmonizing, such as connecting with the beauty of crystals. Coventina Waterhawk earned her Usui Reiki II certifications in March 2006. She was conducting

tarot readings at a metaphysical store in the San Jose, California area and the owner was aReiki master/teacher.

When she started her Reiki business, Coventina offered sessions at a local spa. Her first client

was one of the spa owners. During the session a deceased loved one stepped forward to give

her client a message. Coventina was unaware of her gift until that moment. Throughout the

years, every once in awhile a loved one will show up to relay her client a message. She has

accepted this and believes her Reiki guides assist her with relaying the messages.

Coventina combines tarot readings and Reiki in one session and lovingly calls it, Reiki and Readings.  She

conducts the reading first for clarity, then Reiki for relaxation. Coventina also clears your

chakras during a Reiki session and places crystals on the body to enhance the healing.

Coventina recently moved to Las Cruces, New Mexico and plans on obtaining her

master/teacher level to help others discover their own healing gifts.

Autumn is the founder and owner of Breathe Yoga. She opened this studio in 2018 with her vision to bring yoga to EVERY BODY. To that end, she offers classes and training for people of all ages, sizes, and abilities.
Autumn has been practicing yoga since 1992. She is an E-RYT-500 yoga instructor (an experienced registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance with over 3500 hours of teaching). She is the founder and lead teacher of Breathe Yoga’s 200-hour & 300-hour Registered Yoga Schools. She majored in Psychology at Robert Morris University, and is trained in working with people who have specific physical and mental health issues.
