Healing Is Happening

Welcome to another episode of Returning: A podcast to return to yourself and the wisdom within. In this episode we explore the ever-changing nature of healing. I also share the ‘Healing is Happening Activation Meditation’. 

Healing really is happening every moment of every day, but it is not just about reaching some kind of perfect, fixed state. Rather, it is about growing, evolving, transforming and allowing. After all, we are ever changing beings in an ever changing world, we are not meant to stay the same. The ‘Meditation Activation’ I offer in this episode is a healing transmission that you can soak up anytime, anywhere. I hope it returns you to your wholeness and allows you to experience deep healing in a gentle, easy way.
