Anger isn’t just a raw, uncontrollable force; it’s often a reflection of what is truly important to us. It holds encoded within it our deepest passions and longings. Society often teaches us to suppress it, yet, when harnessed, anger can hold such potent wisdom. From a raw outburst from my husband to the rage I felt postpartum, I’ve witnessed the deep sacredness of this emotion. This episode uncovers the journey of listening, expressing, and transmuting anger into powerful creations.
