I’m so excited to share with you that the Women’s Meditation Network has released a brand new podcast! It’s called Sleep Sounds for Women. It’s filled with relaxing sleep meditation music, ambient noise, nature sounds, binaural beats, white noise and more, created with love for women and those who identify as women. Each episode is 1 hour long, so all you have to do is press play, close your eyes and let the sounds ease you into deep sleep.
I have been using sleep sounds for my girls for years now. And I tend to love the sounds of running water and simple white noise. The sounds always help my mind shut down while my body melts into my bed at night.
And I’ve heard from so many of you that having relaxing music and sounds play as you fall asleep has helped you so much!
My intention in creating the Sleep Sounds for Women podcast is that you have it as a magical tool to use anytime you are having trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, so you can get the deep rest you deserve, and live the vibrant life you are meant to live.
