Life, with all its inherent challenges, is something Danica understands deeply. She believes that while we might not always control the outcomes that life presents, we can equip ourselves with the tools to face any challenge head-on. In October 2021, a personal tragedy struck when her father took his own life. Not long after, in September 2022, Danica showcased her resilience by participating in Channel 4’s SAS Who Dares Wins: Jungle Hell.

She attributes her strength during these trying times to specific, practical tools and methods she's cultivated over the years. Danica is passionate about not just sharing these techniques but also ensuring that those she works with are committed to them.

If you've ever wanted to run through a brick wall - watch this episode first.

This week, we feature the motivational speaker and author with an unbelievable story, Hal Elrod. Hal has not only faced one, not two but three major life-changing wake-up calls.

In 1999, Hal was in a car crash with a drunk driver and he was found dead at the scene from losing so much blood. When the economy collapsed in 2007, Hal racked up over $50,000 in credit card debt and his home was foreclosed on by the bank. Lastly, when Hal was 37, he nearly died again when his heart, lungs, and kidneys were on the verge of failing. Hal was diagnosed with a rare, aggressive form of cancer: acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). The doctors Hal that he had a 20-30% chance of surviving.

Even going through all of that, Hal is here with us today and he's sharing his story of how he overcame all of his struggles with one of the most powerful morning routines there is. Enjoy!

Jenna Phillips Ballard is one of the most powerful coaches in the industry, having worked with Hollywood Royalty, Saudi Arabian Royalty, and thousands of people from around the globe through her virtual and in-person training. After waking up from a coma in 2000 with brain damage and no short-term memory, she was confronted by a choice point. She either had to listen to her doctor’s prognosis and accept that she wouldn’t ever recover, or she would choose to be her own self-advocate and believe she’d make a full comeback. She discovered that her head injury actually saved her life. Before her accident, she felt unloved, depressed, stuck, and had no sense of self-worth. Upon waking up from her coma, she realized it was time to finally love herself enough to unleash everything she thought was outside of her. With newfound awareness and strength, she was able to make a full recovery and lead a life of joy, purpose, and abundance. This week's episode with John Rios is by far the most emotional one we have ever recorded. John has spent the last 2.5 years on a spiritual journey to find out exactly what was causing his health issues. On this journey, he went deep with many different plant medicines to find that many of his health issues were rooted in deep trauma. Along his journey, he realized that a significant part of his healing was around forgiving his father and healing their relationship.

Danny and John come from similar backgrounds and similar trauma regarding their father which creates the foundation for a very emotional episode.
