Urban warfare expert, John Spencer (@SpencerGuard on X), demystifies the Israel Gaza War. He's been on the ground both in Israel and in Gaza since the war began (and many times before), and has seen first-hand what both sides are doing and how they're trying to accomplish their goals.
In this conversation, John breaks down the myths and facts of the Israel Gaza war so you know the truth about what's going on.
John discusses:
- Israel's use of 2,000 pound bombs
- Hamas's use of human shields
- The total loss of life on both sides and Israel's response (is it proportionate?)
- The extent of Hamas's tunnel system (you won't believe this)
- Israel's state-of-the-art facial recognition system to identify enemy combatants
- And much, much more.

In this episode of The Jordan Syatt Mini-Podcast, I discuss how fear can often be your greatest motivator with my podcast producer, Tony. I talk about how my fear of getting fat led directly to my binge eating habit, but also how a greater fear of not being able to live my life led me to stop binge eating altogether. I also discuss situations in which fear needed to be overcome in order to make progress in life, how fear can tell you what you need to do, my insecurities at a young age about my height, why discipline isn't always applause-worthy, why people need to get better about being offended, and finally, what my own worst fear is right now. In this episode of The Jordan Syatt Mini-Podcast, I bring along Tony, my podcast producer, for an in-depth discussion on program design and, specifically, how to design your own workout program.
We walk through, step by step, how to design your own workout program, leaving no stone unturned and no rabbit hole unexplored. We cover goal setting, exercise frequency, exercise order, rest periods, exercise selection, periodization, and more. This is a master class in the conjugate method and how I like to think about how to design your own workout program. So grab a notebook and buckle up, this is a long one. There was so much to cover that we will be recording a Part 2!

- How to fuel workouts in a calorie deficit? I feel so depleted!

In this first installment of Jordan Stinks, I asked those who follow me on Instagram (@SyattFitness) to tell me what I've said with which they disagree. Not because I want to "blast" anyone (I don't). So.

Tracie is a mother of two.
She works full-time.
She had severe and chronic knee pain her doctor told her would never heal.
And she was 260lbs.
Then - after trying and failing year after year - on January 5th, 2015, Tracie decided it was time to take her health into her own hands once and for all.
And that's exactly what she did.
Yes, she lost 100lbs.
But she gained so much more in the process. Mental health. Physical health. Emotional health. Confidence. Strength. Courage. And grit.
I hope you're ready...because this episode is nothing short of magical.
And in the next 40-ish minutes Tracie shares with you everything about her process (the good and the bad) so you can draw from her experiences and use that knowledge to move one step closer to achieving your goals.

I'm a young white guy.
I've never been through menopause.
I never will go through menopause.
But at this point in my career I've helped hundreds - if not thousands - of women improve their health and fitness while going through menopause.
And I've spent a major portion of my career scrutinously studying and researching menopause and how it effects women especially in regard to their fitness.
Now, I'm sure some people will get mad and say, "you have no right to talk about menopause because you're a young white guy and you've never been through it."
And if that's what you believe, I respect your right to believe that.
But call me crazy...I don't think anyones race, gender, or age prevent them from learning, studying, and understanding a given topic.
With that said...I hope you enjoy the podcast.
