The Perception & Action Podcast

Should we take a conservative approach, giving them more rest days and not pushing them so hard in practice? Or should we believe what doesn’t kill them will only make the stronger? A review of the book “The Arm: Inside the Billion Dollar Mystery of the Most Valuable Commodity in Sports” which explores these questions in the context of baseball pitching injuries.
