The following is a gratitude practice that you can use in for any application in your life, but especially for creating a gratitude wave for the nature spirits.
Common sense caution: This is a guided meditation and may put you into a trance state, do not listen to it while driving, or other performing activities that require your full attention.
Note:
This meditation pairs well with episode 6.19 on Elementals.
On this week’s podcast two best friends discuss the karmas associated with house chores, making friends with elemental spirits, a money wound update, and more. If you’re a fan of the podcast you will enjoy this playful, meaningful conversation.
This is our third episode explaining the very complex and channelled system called Human Design. Kristina educates us on how to read our charts to understand which our life purpose and how we filter information and energy.
Here are the symbols and a brief description of what they mean:
☉ Conscious Sun – Your Divine Invitation
Your conscious sun is the most important placement in your chart and is the “aim” the soul wants to experience. It makes up about 70% of your energy. Everything else in the chart supports the suns brightest expression.
⊕ Conscious Earth – Your Stability
The energy that keeps you grounded, stable, and able to show up authentically.
Note: The conscious sun and earth are part of your incarnation cross. I do a deep dive on all four gates of your incarnation cross in the human design map.
☽ Conscious Moon – Your Relationship with Self
How you relate to your intuition, emotions, and needs. Often, the moon will be a significant part of your inner dialogue and the way you talk yourself through situations.
☊ and ☋ Conscious Nodes – Your Petri Dish of Purpose
The way you will observe your own growth and expansion. From birth until Uranus Opposition, the south node is the petri dish, and after Uranus Opposition, the north node takes over.
☿ Conscious Mercury – Your Currency
How you communicate and exchange value with your energy (aka not what you are saying, what you are being).
♀ Conscious Venus – Your Sense of Beauty
What you find beautiful about life and likely to place immense value on.
♂ Conscious Mars – Your Poison Arrow
The thing you must express in the world lest it poisons your mind, body, and spirit
♃ Conscious Jupiter – Your Expansion Excellerator
The thing that expands your consciousness when embodied in the high frequency and shuts down your consciousness when embodied in the low frequency
♄ Conscious Saturn – Your Caution Light
The thing you must keep in check to receive the bounty of Jupiter.
♅ Conscious Uranus – Your Quirks
The unusual or unique thing about how you express that energy. These tend to be more generational than personal because of the long transit time.
♆ Conscious Neptune – Your Maya
The illusions you get trapped in and fight to escape. This also tends to be more generational because of transit time.
♇ Conscious Pluto – Your Key of Truth
The things that unlocks the truth in your expression.

In lieu of a TSF short today, we wish to address the pain and sorrow so many of us are feeling this week in response to the conflict and tragedies in the Middle East. It is a difficult time for many of us, it is a time when we feel overwhelmed with experiences of conflict, horror, betrayal, injustice, grief, and tragedy pull at our hearts and trigger our wounds. For me, It feels like a web of pain that begins along the border of Israel and Gaza and spreads across the world, tugging on all the hearts that are close to this space physically, religiously, and ethnically.
The conflict here is deeply rooted in historical, political, and religious complexities with injustices and violence on both sides. We must understand clearly that terrorism is never justified. No innocent human deserves to experience terror or violence. It's important to remember at this time that the actions of Hamas, a terrorist group, do not represent the beliefs of all Palestinians, nor do they represent the beliefs of all Muslims. The Israeli government's perspective is that swift and decisive retaliatory action is the only way terrorists like Hamas can be defeated. The Israeli government is not all Jews, just as Hamas is not all Palestinians. We wish for a speedy end to this war and for as few civilian deaths as possible on both sides.
Today, we would like to say a prayer for peace. For ourselves, for the children of Israel, for the children of Palestine, and for the children and inner children all over this planet. Polarization is a seed that can grow into violence, and to break our ties with polarity we must build our capacity for tolerance. Participating in active compassion practices for the children of the Middle East is a way for each and everyone of us to begin to bridge the divide and work towards a more peaceful future.
Compassion for children is an excellent starting point for this journey towards unity. As your compassion for innocent children on both sides of the border grows, you can build upon your compassion for their mothers, fathers, aunts, and uncles.
The suffering of children is a tragic consequence of our collective failure, and it is our responsibility as adults to work towards a more peaceful and inclusive world. As much as possible in these coming weeks, and years, please set aside your differences, your hurts, your political idealisms, and prioritize the well-being of all children as we strive for a brighter future.
And now, a small prayer:
Love is above me.
Love is below me.
Love is to my left.
Love is to my right.
Love is before me.
Love is behind me.
Love comes to me.
Love comes from me.
Love to the children of Israel.
Love to the children of Palestine.
Love to the children of the Earth.
Love to the Universe.
Peace is above me.
Peace is below me.
Peace is to my left.
Peace is to my right.
Peace is before me.
Peace is behind me.
Peace comes to me.
Peace comes from me.
Peace to the children of Palestine.
Peace to the children of Israel.
Peace to the children of the Earth.
Peace to the Universe.

Welcome to mini-episode between episodes where we take a break from shadow work to discuss current events and special interests. Today, we discuss the recent studies highlighting the superior outcomes of female surgeons as well as the concept of Madeline Murdock's heroine's journey. Also, Anna’s TSF TikTok ended up in a British Tabloid.
First, we discuss two recent, groundbreaking, studies revealing that on average, female surgeons achieve better short-term and long-term patient outcomes compared to their male counterparts. The results revealed that patients treated by female surgeons were more likely to experience lower mortality rates and fewer complications (like infection or stroke) compared to patients treated by male surgeons.
Then, we explore Madeline Murdock's Heroine's Journey, a concept inspired by Joseph Campbell's monomyth. The concept was developed by renowned author and mythologist, Maureen Murdock, as a response to the predominantly male-focused hero's journey. The heroine's journey focuses on the unique challenges and transformative experiences faced by female protagonists.
The stages of the heroine’s journey include:
- Separation from the Feminine: the heroine embarks on a quest for self-discovery, breaking away from societal expectations and limitations.
- Initiation and Descent: She faces trials, confronts her fears, and undergoes a transformative experience that leads to personal growth.
- Return and Integration: the heroine integrates her newfound wisdom and strength into her life, creating positive change in herself and her community.

On today’s episode of This Spiritual Fix, two best friends discuss another possible paranormal phenomenon: Missing 411s, which are mysterious disappearances in National Parks or the wilderness. These cases have baffled investigators for years, with no clear explanation for what happened. The cases share several commonalities, including the suddenness of the disappearance, lack of evidence or clues, and the strange circumstances surrounding the disappearances.
Some speculate these disappearances are linked to Bigfoot, cryptids, aliens, or other paranormal activity. A more rational explanation is that these disappearances are simply the result of accidents or foul play. However, this doesn't explain why so many people seem to vanish without a trace. Where do you think these people are going?

On Thursday evening, after the show was recorded, Anna tested her electroculture research by wrapping a copper wire around a stick, and burying it halfway in a pot with a very slow-growing lavender plant in it. She has an identical pot with an identical lavender plant in it that did not get the electroculture. After 36 hours the electroculture plant was taller and wider.
Both plants receive the same amount of sun, water, and are made from the same bag of soil dirt.

Upon the wedding day, Deva Joy's students commit to love, honor, and obey their multidimensional Self, expanding in presence with the vows they to their Self.

6) Address the protectors (managers & firefighters) first and then the exile within each pod.
7) After the entire cluster has been addressed, have all those parts do ho’oponopono to each other.

This bonus is unlike anything we have recorded to date. We demonstrate for our listeners a real shadow-work process (Internal Family Systems) and Agape process (channelling).

In today’s episode Kristina leads, discussing the book “No Bad Parts” which challenges the “mono-mind” theory. The book's author, Dr Schwartz proposes that we are not singular beings, we have many parts, and they live inside us. He says, “these parts are not imaginary or symbolic. They are individuals who exist as an internal family within us—and the key to health and happiness is to honor, understand, and love every part.”
Our podcast hosts explain the basics of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and how it has transformed modern psychology. It is also a simple and break-through shadow-work method that can be done in any setting. Today you will learn how to identify, give voice to, and love, all your many parts.

Happy Solstice!
In this second part of a three part series on The Mother Wound, Kristina dives into the deeper layer of the Mother Wound: the pain we carry with respect to The Great Mother - the feminine aspect of creation. The Great Mother is maya. Maya, comes from Advaita Vedanta philosophy, which is a branch of Hinduism which subscribes to the idea of non-duality. That is, ultimately we are all one. In this context, maya is “the magic power with which a god can make human beings believe in what turns out to be an illusion. By extension, it later came to mean the powerful force that creates the cosmic illusion that the phenomenal world is real. For the Nondualists, maya is thus that cosmic force that presents the infinite brahman (the supreme being) as the finite phenomenal world. Maya is reflected on the individual level by human ignorance (ajnana) of the real nature of the self, which is mistaken for the empirical ego but which is in reality identical with brahman” (Britannica, 2021). In this episode two silly best friends break down this philosophy to make accessing and healing The Great Mother Wound palpable for all.
Also discussed today: extraterrestrials, alien technology, John Lennon, Ram Dass, Stevie Nicks, and more.
