The feminine - a muse, a mystery, a divine force, a divine mess, a paradox, a goddess. Who is she indeed?
The question continues to travel through ages, navigating through the culture, time and tradition.
People, across various philosophies and cultures, have yearned to understand, to learn, to resonate with her essence, yet she often remains a mystery, often covered by misconception and misrepresentation.
The feminine, for many centuries, and even in these modern, progressive times, finds herself suppressed, bounded by the shackles of social norms and expectations. often trapped in the collective noise that chants only one mantra: "Do this. Don't do that. Don't expose yourself too much. Behave!”
Over and over again, the feminine has been conditioned to play a suppressed role, to silence her own desires and dreams to meet the needs and desires of others.
But what if this perspective was all a grand misunderstanding? a haunting tragedy that continues to multiply like a virus?
What if I proposed that the feminine, in her truest essence, is wild and unapologetically free?
She exists beyond structures, rules, and norms.
She is as uncontainable as the wind, as vast as the night sky. Just like the Goddess Kali in Tantra.
In the temple of ancient goddesses, she spreads her wings wide, shaking off the oppressive weight of social and cultural expectations.
Like a wildflower, she radiates her fragrance, claiming her space,.
The feminine, in her true essence, is courage in its finest form.
She is sensuality personified, a testament to the divine aesthetic of existence.
She is a free spirit, untamed and unchained, dancing in harmonious rhythm with the cosmic currents.
In her being resides the divine spark that fuels creation, poetry, and warmth.
She is the muse that guides the heart and hand of the artist, the essence that breathes life into art.
The feminine is intuitive, that transcends the mundane, pouring right frequency at the right moment.
She is creative courage embodied, an artist whose canvas is the world itself, and whose books are filled with stories and experiences of lifetime. and beyond. More than a mere storyteller, she is a dream weaver, spinning ancient tales from the very fabric of her soul.
These tales possess the strength to melt the mountains, to heal the heart, to ignite the fires of imagination and arouse an entire universe.
Breathe, let go.
Don’t overthink this.
Open the gateways to the divine feminine within you, embrace the wholeness of your conscious self-expression.
Let your life be a canvas for your art, painting with the shades of wonder and playfulness, or with the rich tones of fiery passion that consume you.
Let the whispers of intuition be your sacred compass, guiding you to the boundless beauty that resides within you and in the world outside.
Awaken the dormant magic within you, waiting for your touch to bloom the full moon. The time has come for you to step into the spotlight, to reveal the gorgeous radiance of your divine femininity.
Shed the cloak of invisibility, and allow the world to witness the magnificent masterpiece that is you, painted with the strokes of your unique experiences and expressions.
Embrace the feminine, the goddess within, the very embodiment of life and love. I see you I witness the nurturing mother, the passionate lover, the insightful sage, the resilient warrior, the boundless creator.
Your roles are manifold, her essence as vast as the cosmos. Embrace your sexuality. Claim your orgasms. Step into the abundance you know you deserve. Let the collective consciousness rewrite your story.
I dedicate this to you. I dedicate this to the goddess kali who continues to hold me, heal me, and breathe through me. I dedicate this to the lionesses and wolves and women who raised me. I dedicate this to you.

In this episode, Chandresh delves deep into exploring the root cause of emotional suppression. Emotional suppression occurs when we fail to acknowledge or process our emotions as they arise, and actively - consciously or unconsciously - try our best not to feel them by distracting or numbing ourselves. Emotional suppression has a lasting impact on our joy, our ability to enjoy relationships, our career, and our overall life.
Chandresh discusses the signs and symptoms that might be telling you that you are experiencing emotional suppression right now. He talks about the “why” or the origin of emotional suppression and how to heal it from its roots.
At the end of the episode, Chandresh shares the tantric perspective, and insights and solutions on how to break free from the chain of emotional suppression and finally start moving towards a life where you can live your creative best, your spiritual best, and live as an authentic expression of who you truly are - as a storyteller, a seeker, and an artist.

This episode explores the tantric ways of deepening intimacy and cultivating sexual healing with oneself and your partner. On a deeper level, this episode answers the following questions from one of our listeners:
“Two specific questions I’m particularly interested in - does Tantra have a guideline upon how frequent or infrequent sexual activity should be? I know it varies, but I guess is there a benchmark for healthy vs unhealthy? Or does Tantra align with Ayurveda which refers to the seasons and the Doshas to help guide a healthy level of sexual activity?
Secondly, you spoke in one of your podcasts about how in Tantra, sexual activity should be done with an element of detachment… would you mind briefly explaining this point to me?”

It is changing the way students are showing up in their creativity, personal fulfillment, and professional growth. In this episode, Chandresh explores the meaning and structure of sacred hours and how they can benefit you. In addition, Chandresh explores a template listeners can apply and use to create their own signature style of sacred hours, while also discussing how to overcome challenges and distractions that may show up along the way. In this week’s episode, Chandresh covers the fundamentals of intentions. Intentions are not the same thing as goals. Instead, intentions are the sankalpa or the conscious desire of your soul.
In the tantra traditions, we bring a very sacred focus on the sankalpa because meditation without sankalpa is considered irrelevant and sankalpa without meditation is considered useless. They both work together in an important way. In this episode, we take a deep dive into the roots of the intention and look at the following questions:

Dharma has always been seen and revered as one of the essential elements of living a harmonious, happy, and meaningful life. In modern spirituality, dharma has taken new meanings and interpretations. While some of the dharma narratives in the modern times empower us to think deeper about our existence, there are certain meanings of dharma that take us away from the authenticity of this powerful work. In this episode, Chandresh shares the tantra and eastern wisdom traditional perspective of what dharma is and the various questions around it. Chandresh covers the following questions:
What is the difference between karma and dharma? How are they related?
Does dharma change with time/as you get older?
Is dharma viewed differently in different religions and cultures?
How is dharma different from religion?
How has new age spirituality changed the understanding of dharma? What are the benefits and downsides to this?
Is dharma related at all to astrology/can it be determined by astrology?

In Tantra, we honor the divine feminine in many of her forms. Each form represents a part of us that we need to heal, expand, and evolve. In this meditation, Chandresh guides the students to tap into the rooted feminine that lives within all of us. The rooted feminine represents the one who is willing to understand the roots, heal the roots, and go beyond the trauma, anger, and resentments that are all holding back the nurturing of the roots. We invite the students to do this meditation during the upcoming Navratri time, as it will be a powerful meditation to invoke the rooted feminine energy. If doing this meditation in nature, simply be connected to nature as you do this practice. If doing this meditation inside, we recommend also lighting a candle and keeping roses at the meditation altar. We hope this meditation is helpful to everyone as they connect with the powerful healing energy of the rooted feminine within.

In this episode of Conversation with Seekers, Chandresh sat down with a fellow seeker, Barjdeep. Barjdeep and Chandresh have facilitated meditation gatherings for many years, and she is also a part of the Leela school. Something that makes Barjdeep’s journey so special is her balance between a thriving career in Wall Street and continuing to keep in touch with her inner work. The two sat down to record this conversation in March of 2022, prior to Roe vs. Wade being overturned. We hope this episode brings insights into the divine feminine journey and path toward conscious abundance.
More about Barjdeep:
Barjdeep has over a decade of investment experience and focuses her days on investing in private markets (venture capital, buyouts, and private real assets) for non-profit institutional investors. She holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and MS (Mathematical Finance) and BS (Finance) degrees from Rutgers University, New Brunswick. She is also a CFA®️ Charterholder.
Barjdeep is grateful for her spiritual journey and the guidance and growth that she has received through it. Her passion for gender equity is one of the many things that led her to her spiritual journey. From a young age, Barjdeep has been interested in the power that financial independence can have to transform individual lives and organizations.
When she is not investing or meditating, Barjdeep enjoys spending time in nature and traveling to new places. She lives in New York.

How can we honor the divine feminine more in this world where women are forced to lead and drive, which are, I believe, more masculine traits?
Is it okay to express our sexual energy without shame?

In this episode, Chandresh shares the tantra perspective on the divine feminine. The modern scenario of the divine feminine is very glossy, glamorized, and sexualized. However, in tantra, the divine feminine is seen as a very raw, fierce, and powerful form of the feminine. In this episode, Chandresh shares some specific insights on what the divine feminine truly is. What are the tantra principles to heal and nurture the divine feminine within? Why is the tantra meditation practice dangerous for the divine feminine and why is this the main reason you should be doing these meditations? In this episode, Chandresh invites the listeners to understand where they place unnecessary and unwanted force, and where they can let go and invite in more flow. We are wired by stories and belief systems to think hustling, struggling, comparing, and analyzing are the only ways to survive and bloom. In tantra, we let go of that struggle and invite in the energy of gentleness, calmness, and love. We invite the way of Shiva and the divine forces where nothing is forced and yet everything moves at its pace. How does karma relate to destiny and free will choice? Is destiny predetermined? How can it be changed? Are there any healing tools in the tantra system to work deeper with destiny? In this episode, Chandresh shares the idea of love from a different perspective. Rather than receiving love without conditions, we often take it for granted and put our terms and conditions onto it. We also chase it in other people and impose our idea of what love should be onto one another. As a result, love becomes an anxious and exhausting experience for everyone involved. In this episode, we invite the listeners to reflect deeper into how you experience love, and if you are able to receive and honor the presence of love as a guest in your life.

In this episode, Chandresh shares one of the most profound teachings of the eastern wisdom traditions. Through the teaching of maya, we are invited to look at how we become surrounded and dominated by the illusions around us.
Whether it be the illusion of career, ambition, relationships, making money, fear of abundance, the illusion is everywhere. In eastern traditions, teachers have always said that our suffering comes from not understanding our maya. This episode is a gentle reminder to understand the illusions, how they condition you, the fear and suppression they cause, and how to go beyond it.

This week’s episode invites listeners to reflect on what they are denying to themselves, what they are resisting, and the roots of the resistance. Why is it something we resist continues to show up in one way or another?
Chandresh shares two very profound stories in this episode. One of them is one that inspired Chandresh to find his voice, and the other is one he was a part of. We hope this episode helps people reflect on what they are resisting, the way out of the unconscious pattern of resistance, and how to cultivate more acceptance for who they are and the elements and emotions unfolding within them.

We have been trained and conditioned to understand ambition as working too hard, becoming successful, and fitting into society’s norm of how they define ambition and success. However, over time especially with the pandemic, many people started to realize what they called ambition was not at all ambition but simply a way to fit in and escape their deeper calling because deeper callings require a lot of changes.
In this episode, we are inviting the visitors to reimagine and revisit what ambition looks like to them. There is a tantra perspective, a meditative suggestion, and plenty of other tools that we hope will help people realize the importance of reimagining ambition so the stress, anxiety, and fear do not multiply and limit your peak potential.

In our society, the focus is so much on becoming something that this idea of becoming starts to take away from your reality. It starts to take you away from who you are beyond the labels and roles that you play for others. When you keep struggling to become this and that, you lose the courage to be yourself.
In this episode, Chandresh invites people to really understand and reflect upon the difference between being and becoming. Being is a state of awareness where you bloom, and express yourself creatively, fearlessly, and joyfully. Becoming is a state of mind where you are constantly hustling between the past and the future.

This episode is a reminder for all of us to tap into our creative courage. Chandresh has blended creativity with courage in this episode because he feels to truly be creative we must have courage.
True creativity may not have any reference points. It does not mean manufacturing or assembling things that are already recycling themselves. Instead, true creativity goes beyond our logic, calculations, comparisons, or even our vision of how we want things to be seen.
In this age in time where our ideas are so influenced by what is trending and what is making the news, we need to go back into a space where we are not creating anything out of the demand and pressure, but are simply honoring that creativity within us.
We hope this episode takes people beyond the fear and need to satisfy the noise out there, and simply gives you the courage to show up in your most creative courage and fearless version of who you are.

This episode is directly derived from the teachings of Vigyan Bhairava Tantra, a tantra scripture that means the science of going beyond consciousness. This scripture shares a lot about honoring and nurturing the divine feminine.
Chandresh shares a part of how to honor the mystery of the divine feminine. In three specific ways, Chandresh invites the listeners to dive into the divine feminine to understand its depth and mystery. The three layers are nurturing, stillness, and sensuality. In these three sensitive lessons, we encourage people to listen with a lot of pause, stillness, and reverence to the divine feminine within them and around them to invite any questions and curiosities that may arise.

This episode reflects on the mental race we all are in. The race to be first, to fit in, to look better, to know better before another person has the information. All of this oversupply is unnecessary and creates competition with things that do not matter.
In this episode, Chandresh reminds you to make your life simple again, to know when to pause, and to ask important questions to keep a check on mental health. What we are experiencing right now is a teaser. If we do not keep a check on our mental health and creativity, then this current and collective anxiety may become even more challenging to handle.

Each chakra has power, strength, and healing energy. When we do not understand the strength in the chakras, this same energy can go unconscious, becoming destructive and possibly leading to addiction and mental health challenges. In this episode, Chandresh shares the potential we hold in each energy center. A mindful use and understanding of each energy center is key to awakening, enlightenment, and mental peace. By the end of this episode, we hope people have more practical tools to understand the blessings and curses that are held within and have the information to lead with the right choices ahead.

In this episode, we will be diving deeper into how to honor the ones who have passed away. Either due to an accidental death, the pandemic, murder, suicide, or a premature death (under 75 in the USA). Chandresh shares a few basic insights including how we understand the concept of death, what you can do to honor the dead and give them peace, how you can help them in the transition, and what really is the transition for them.
Chandresh also discusses how to let go during this process, go beyond the body and physical existence, and understand this existence on a conscious level of awareness and the level of tantra. This episode dives deep into the tantra perspective on honoring the dead for those who have had an accidental or premature death.

This episode is about understanding whether we live as consciousness or keep doing things as a human-robot. While we may think we have control over everything, there is almost nothing that we can control. When we start to become available to higher consciousness, we start to understand the difference between what we can manage and what we just have to cooperate with.
This episode is an invitation to dive deeper into your elements of sexual energy, ego, greed, anger, happiness, and all of the other emotions that really define you. Then to understand how these emotions are controlling you rather than you managing them. Once you understand that, we arrive at the tantra perspective on how we can truly maximize the power and strength of our consciousness and go beyond those robotic, unconscious life patterns that keep dictating how we should live and love.

This episode is about understanding how we need to handle our expectations. Whenever we feel angry, stressed out, or anxious, it is mostly when our expectations are not fulfilled. Those unfulfilled expectations turn into misery and anger.
Meanwhile, the fulfilled expectations give us pleasure and happiness for a moment, but that is only for a moment. If you continue to live your life around expectations, you will never be satisfied. This episode is really a reminder of how we need to revisit our expectations because so much of what we crave for and see in our success and failure is really connected to our expectations. These expectations come from family conditioning, cultural conditioning, and when our mind starts to compare and calculate our journey based on what is happening outside.
In the age of social media, expectations really start to dictate and dominate how you should live and that is where the misery shows up. We hope this episode brings you an awareness of what your expectations are and how they are dominating you.

In this episode, Chandresh discusses why masculinity is toxic, angry, or unconscious, and suppressed. He explains why anger seems to be the most common expression of men when they are going through a conflict, why it’s difficult for men to be vulnerable, in touch with their feelings, and why this problem is not addressed and seen in the most open way.
Chandresh shares the tantra perspective on the suppressed masculinity and how the feminine and women have taken a revolutionary approach toward liberating themselves from conditioning. However, men are still slow in taking those steps because patriarchy has damaged the fragrance and foundation for both men and women.
This episode is all about going deeper into how a man can go beyond their conditioning and invite a new awareness and strength for the new man that they need to be in these times. The man of this century is required to be vulnerable, poetic, mystic, emotional, spiritual, and a mix of all the seasons and elements. The anger, aggression, and possessiveness need to finally go away, and our hope is this episode will open a conversation and dialog in the heart of men to be receptive, open, and find their spiritual liberation.

This week’s episode is about how the ego glorifies things and makes something that is meaningless, our entire existence. This could be the job, getting the next material item, the unnecessary drama that we love sometimes, or the need to always win an argument.
The list is countless, but the point is when the ego makes you think you need to win or be the first in the race, even though it’s a rat race, that makes you feel that everything revolves around you. The deeper you go in your awareness, you realize we do not matter and our silly ideas about success and failure do not matter.
This is all a product of social and cultural conditions. In this episode, Chandresh shares this uncomfortable insight that so much of what we do is actually a meaningless, unconscious repetition of things and when we realize that none of that matters, then the real experience of life starts to wake up and expand through us. Then we realize that surrender, devotion, and liberation from this kind of conditioning matters and we have to get out of our own way to experience that.

In this episode, Chandresh shares how being in a meditative state is different from meditating. Most people put in the effort to meditate in the moment, but forget about what happens beyond the mat and meditation session.
This episode is all about reflecting on how each of us handles everything within and around us both on and off the meditation mat. When you are showing up for meditation, you can recharge yourself. If you are not paying attention to how you handle and respond to life at other times, you might lose that recharged energy in the blink of a moment.
It is very important to stay aware and witness all of the chaos, calmness, pain, and suffering that show up from awareness. This episode encourages everyone to make aware choices and to show up for their awareness 24/7.

In this episode, Chandresh shares what could happen when virtual reality and technological developments take over human intimacy. There are many devices and sex toys being developed right now that bring more pleasure, excitement, and help to eliminate the loneliness in human connections.
Chandresh shares questions we may be thinking if technology takes over intimacy. For example, what will define consent or cheating? What would be the state of aloneness and mental health as the robots and sex toys start to take over human companionship? Above all, what happens to the sacredness in the act of sex, and the healing that happens when we speak and connect with a human.
Intimacy goes way beyond the physical connection and is a deeper experience. The bright side is if you handle the present state of your intimacy, then the future of intimacy will be bright and fine for you. If your present connection with intimacy is blurry and uncertain, then this will translate into the future as well.
We hope this episode allows people to reflect on the tough questions that they need to meditate on right now so they can handle their future better with the technology that is taking over intimacy.

In present time silence is often associated with the idea of suppression, weakness, or some sort of bypassing of important emotions. However, silence has always played an important role in the tantra traditions and in the different paths of meditation. Silence here does not mean suppression or bypassing something. Instead, it is a really powerful bridge and pathway toward experiencing, obtaining, and cultivating self-realization.
In this episode, Chandresh shares a lot of simple and deep teachings on silence. Through tantra, we can see that something as simple as silence is taught in the twelve steps of silence and the ancient wisdom traditions because although it looks simple, there is a science behind the silence. If you learn this the right way, it can open up some extremely powerful doors toward your healing and self-realization. We hope this episode resonates with you and helps you.

We play many roles in life. Some of them excite us, some exhaust us, but we try our best to show up for all of the roles. The problem happens when we get stuck in one, forget that it is a role, and make it our identity. That is when stress, anxiety, depression, and deeper psychological problems start to happen. In this episode, Chandresh shares how you can understand that you are playing the roles and get unstuck in the ones you are stuck in. He also shares what solutions you can implement mindfully so that you do not become the roles you play.

This episode was recorded because there is so much misunderstanding about the divine feminine and wild feminine soul. Chandresh shares his tantra perspective on the witches, goddesses, and how these elements are so deeply present not only in women and feminine but also in nature and the cosmic consciousness.
Chandresh explains witches and particular goddess energies based on each chakra. Each witch and goddess has a particular chakra and mantra. In this episode, you will get to know about the tantra witches and how they resonate with a certain chakra in our body, in our being. By meditating under careful guidance, these witches and powerful energies will be activated within you. The tantra witches described in this episode include:
Dakini
Rakini
Lakini
Kakini
Shakini
Hakini
Bhairovi
Yakshini

In this episode, Chandresh shares how the complexity between love and lust ruins the energy of love. The falling in itself is a negative word in love. Falling in love will continue to cultivate attachments, anxiety, stress, and control in relationships. In tantra, we have another way of experiencing love which Chandresh shares in this episode. He also shares the poetry of Kahlil Gibran which was the foundation of this episode.

In this episode, Chandresh shares one of the teachings of the tantra science and rituals to honor and understand the divine feminine within.
The Goddess Womb practice takes you to the space where you were even before you were conceived. This is a very deep and intense practice where you can transcend the family trauma, karmic contracts, cultural conditioning, and deepest fears.
The goddess womb has nothing to do with your biological connections, but everything to do with your conscious connections and divine consciousness. It is a teaching that is very deep and very layered.
This episode is a tiny introduction to this concept. Our hope is people will find this episode as a good kick start toward this journey.

In this episode, Chandresh discusses the heated debate that is going on about the cultural appropriation of tantra, yoga, and eastern spirituality. Chandresh shares his perspective and experience on how we can arrive at a solution.
The cultural appropriation debate is asking for the respect that the eastern spirituality deserves. Chandresh discusses questions like: What problems are being faced in western society that are becoming a challenge in healing the cultural appropriation problem? What exactly is missing in the western culture that is not enabling the cultural appreciation part to happen?
He also shares various solutions and discusses how we can turn this problem into a solution. Some of these include mantras and teachings from various teachers and masters who have talked about being in the global village and treating the world as your family. The truth is, spirituality is for everyone. It is not a monopoly of a certain religion, color, or community. In order for us to channel and expand into any form of art or spirituality, we have to learn how to use it in the most respectful way. This is the basic, most fundamental part.

In this episode, Chandresh shares a human behavior dynamic. Sometimes we give symptoms or signs and others say that you can’t be trusted or are not ready to be a part of the group, but the truth is maybe they are not feeling safe or ready yet. If you judge them too quickly, you will take away the opportunity for yourself and them to learn something really important.
In this episode, Chandresh asks people to reflect upon some fundamental questions. How do I make others feel safe? Do I feel safe with myself? What is my love language and the love language of the people I surround myself with?
This episode is a reminder of how you respond to the vulnerability and energies of others, and an encouragement to check in with how you interact with others and make them feel safe.

In this week’s episode, Chandresh shares how resolutions are not the right way to manifest your vision. Resolutions limit your creativity, the playfulness of your conscious energy, and the power of your intuition. They also restrict how your soul wants to grow and expand in the future. Instead, Chandresh recommends a solution that goes beyond the limitations that our society imposes through the cultural norm of setting a new year's resolution. To hear these helpful tips, take a listen to this week’s episode and let us know what you think!

In this episode, Chandresh shares how personality compromises of the ideas, narratives, labels, and stories we receive from society, family, religion, school, and so on. This notion of personality becomes so strong within us that we are not able to go beyond that personality. Ultimately, we start living as an idea of someone which is not ours. We tend to neglect our own blooming because we get so stuck in this idea of personality. In this episode, Chandresh shares how awareness does not have personality, but that is our reality. The point is to go beyond becoming and start being. Chandresh shares a few points like having the willingness to go beyond the personality, and to disobey consciously in order to transcend the personality. It is also important to plant the intention to live with courage and clarity. In addition, he shares two mantras for those wanting to integrate this in their meditation which are soham namana and aham brahmasmi.

In this episode, Chandresh shares how anger is not the real problem. The problem comes when we are not ready to understand the root of anger and heal the unconscious patterns that elevate it. As a society, we are not comfortable with anger, but taught to suppress the anger so it never really comes out in its pure form. Instead, it is blended with ego, control, and violence. This is one of the reasons anger creates multiple troubles in our mind and emotions. In this episode, Chandresh shares the tantra perspective on how to release and channel anger into creative conscious outlets. Anger has the potential to become ultimate compassion, but can only do so by understanding it, respecting it, and then using the power of meditation to flow through it. Chandresh also shares his own personal story with anger and an inspiring story from Buddha’s journey in how he led others in healing their anger and finding a home for their bliss through it.

In the age of social media, we have become so judgemental. We are constantly giving advice to people without really implementing or understanding the application and affect in our life. We are eager to share the information without really experiencing the science of the advice for us. Not only has this become a norm in social media, but across the wellness field. It has become normal for someone to give advice that they have no connection with. In this episode, Chandresh shares a personal experience with going through the experience of that life lesson and then sharing it with others. In addition, he shares a very profound story from the life of Mahatama Gandhi and how that changed his journey.

This week's episode is about understanding and healing your roots. These roots may be connected to your ancestors, parents, or your own energy layers. There might be so many extended branches of these roots. Taking the time to understand each root and then bringing it the reverence is what invokes our true healing. Chandresh also mentions a tantra ritual called Navratri, which means the nine of enlightenment. It's taking place from October 17th to the 25th. He encourages everyone to meditate consistently during these few days and nights of Navratri. There will be live meditation on his Instagram channel too.

This week’s episode is all about understanding how unconsciously we start to control all aspects of our life. We start to control our relationships, our emotions, everything around us. In that entire process, we start to control our spiritual journey too. The spiritual journey is all about releasing control and understanding that every control we are trying to exercise is nothing but an illusion. In reality, you can not control anything in this path. This episode is a reminder to understand the areas of control and release them.

This episode is all about understanding social media from a mindfulness perspective. The way we use social media has a lot of impact on our mental and spiritual health. Chandresh shares his experience, how he handles social media usage, and his experience with other people. A few of the problems shared include the reaction and validation of others becomes an important thing to us, in which we start doing things to get validation from others. Many times it decreases our ability to connect with people past the digital screen, and creates an easy delete/block to people with different opinions rather than being able to connect with them. Chandresh shares solutions to these dilemmas such as beginning to make conscious decisions around social media usage, creating a conscious plan on how you will use social media, and asking yourself who you follow and why. He also shares the importance of being open to new perspectives, ideas, and ways of thinking rather than building a bubble in your social media universe.

In this episode, Chandresh talks about the stages of love through the lens of tantra. There are four stages: the stage of the mind, the physical stage, a psychological stage of awareness, and finally the stage of love through soul and cosmic consciousness. Chandresh takes us through each stage, the challenges, obstacles, and offers guidance on how to get through each stage and go beyond. Our hope is that this episode helps people to realize which stage of the relationship they are in, where they are stuck, the obstacles they are building, and how to find a way out.

This week’s episode is all about understanding how sometimes in life we over give, and that over giving is never healthy. Sometimes we do it out of compassion. Other times we do it out of our own conditioning, childhood or adult experiences, for our job, money, and more. However, overgiving never turns out to be a healing experience for anything. In the spiritual traditions, we replace over giving with conscious giving. Conscious giving then leads to conscious receiving. In this episode, Chandresh shares his personal journey with over giving and the lessons he has come to understand, and continues to practice and implement.

In tantra, the most powerful teaching is the transformation of energy. Tantra does not teach us to suppress, but instead is very inclusive and inviting toward whatever kind of energy you are going through. Tantra encourages the transformation of the energy whether it be sexual, anger, greed, attachment, etc. It especially welcomes energies we consider dark or unwanted because these are the emotions that create suppression, anxiety, and other psychological problems in our being. Tantra teaches us to understand the root of these elements and eventually transform these energies into higher creative outlets. In this episode, Chandresh explains the main aspect of energy transformation along with solutions to it.

This week’s episode is a guided meditation related to going beyond fear. We hold onto fear in the subconscious layers of our mind. The mind itself goes back and forth into all of the suppression and karmic contracts. Many times we are not aware because the fear is so deeply rooted in our brain. With the help of meditation, we can give a conscious outlet to fear. In this guided meditation, we use two powerful mantras including Vum Hroom (h is silent) and SA KA LA HAREEM. We hope this meditation helps you to cultivate conscious outlets of fear so it may be released.

In this episode, Chandresh speaks about how the seeds of fear are planted in childhood. Many times, they are planted when we are conceived in our mother’s wound, transferring the fear of our parents to us. Our own past life patterns may also show up. The bottom line is, all of the fear is a symptom of a deeper rooted problem. We are taught to run away from or operate from fear, which does not solve the problem. If we unconsciously move into fear, it builds blind obedience and unconscious rebellion. Both of these elements do not solve the problem. Chandresh shares specific solutions on how to understand fear, go beyond it, and how meditation can be a part of the solution. In next week's episode, we will share a meditation to help us go beyond fear.

In this episode, Chandresh talks about our relationship with ancestors. In the western culture, there is no specific ritual to honor the ancestors and include them in our day to day life. However, in many traditions of the world, there are specific ways to honor ancestors. In this episode, Chandresh discusses tantra and eastern wisdom traditions, sharing his own experience with ancestors and how honoring them starts to unblock conditioning and heal suppression. Even if we believe we are an original piece of art, we all have pieces of recycled material from our ancestors within us. Honoring our ancestors can help us expand our strength and potential. Chandresh shares many tantra practices and rituals including Kul Deva, deity of the lineage, and Kul Dosha, fault or blocked energy in the lineage. We hope this episode brings insight, specific solutions, and ritual practices for not only healing the connection with ancestors, but also bringing more strength, clarity, and courage in how your life is evolving and unfolding.

It has become so difficult for us to experience self realization and peace without looking for the answers outside of us. It is very easy for the mind to constantly blame and look for the answers externally, but the truth is the solution lives within us. In this episode, Chandresh talks about the spiritual interpretation of the Black Lives Matter Movement, including the problem with selective compassion- when we are not able to perceive humans through the lens of awareness, but instead through division and different belief systems. He also discusses the relationship between collective karma and individual actions, and concerns with protests as they relate to the WallStreet and Me Too Movements. Instead of reacting with anger, it’s important to cultivate and work on finding solutions. With the help of two mantras, we hope this episode helps all seekers cultivate a deeper meaning to the protests, and a stronger connection to the path of self realization.
The two mantras from this episode include:
Bhagwad Gita:
yada yada hi dharmasya
glanir bhavati bharata
abhyutthanam adharmasya
tadatmanam srjamy aham
vasudhaiva kutumbakam which means the world is one family.

In this episode Chandresh shares his childhood experiences in recognizing the privilege he grew up with in the Brahmin Caste in India. Through these experiences, he learned to channel his privilege to bring empowerment and strength to those around him through unlearning and rewiring a lot of the belief systems around him. After moving from India to the US, he started seeing a different caste system heavily influenced by race. In this episode, he discusses how racism is deeply rooted in our minds and why change has to happen from a deeper fundamental level to make permanent change. He also discusses how to rebel with awareness by choosing your own path, and by stepping away from shaming others if their path looks different from your own. Rebellion is not a one dimensional lane, and we hope this episode guides you to find deep everlasting change along your rebellion journey.

We all are looking for freedom, but when we are stuck in the limited dimensions of the mind, we look for freedom from things. Often the material- all the things that are bothering us in a moment. We never look for the bigger freedom, which is the freedom to rather than the freedom from. In freedom to, the seeker seeks the freedom to simply be, to bloom, live our truth unapologetically, and exist fearlessly. In this meditation, we use the mantra aham brahma which means “I am the infinite awareness,” or “I am the extension of the universe and the universe is the extension of me.” This mantra instantly brings us to that ultimate freedom. The hope is that this meditation will allow you to experience that infinite freedom. The mantra can be used with this meditation, along with many other sacred meditations to heal and awaken your highest potential.

We are born as pure consciousness. This pure consciousness is filled with infinite possibilities. It is away from all the suppression, anxiety, and fear. It’s our natural state of being. To be in union with this pure consciousness is what Chandresh calls as the soul’s desire. The soul is free from all impulsive desires. It simply wants to be. It simply wants to evolve. And that’s why we go through this human experience - to work toward simply being. This is a meditation not only to realize our soul’s desire but also to invite the strength and guidance in truly living our conscious purpose.

What is spiritual healing? Is there a way in tantra to cultivate self healing? In this episode, Chandresh shares his insight on cultivating self-healing on the level of mind, body, and soul. To understand healing, one needs to go through the hidden, dormant layers in one's psyche and become available to all the energy within them. He recommends his friends, Sahara Rose (Highest Self podcast) and Sarah Anne Stewart (Awesome Inside Out podcast), to understand healing on the level of physical body. Here are the meditation steps that Chandresh recommends to cultivate inner healing on a daily basis:
1. Set up an altar with fresh flowers. 2. Wear newly washed set of clothing before you sit. Even wearing minimal clothing is helpful. 3. Do the conscious breathing. 4. Set up the intention to cultivate self-healing everyday in every way. 5. Do the mantra Soham Namaha focusing on your navel. 6. Let go of the mantra and let the awareness move wherever the healing is needed. 7. Keep asking to go to the root of your healing. 8. End the meditation by touching your third eye, throat, and navel. or wherever you feel a certain heaviness.

True tantra accepts everything in you - anger, greed, joy, desires, ego, lust - and channels it all into a higher unknown awareness.
A true tantra practitioner won't see life as right or wrong, good or bad. But she would rather witness it all as a part of this mystic creation. We complicate life by trying to repair it through mind. The mind knows a little but pretends that it knows it all. Awareness know it all and pretends nothing.
In this episode, Chandresh dives into the topic of greed and dissect it from a tantra perspective. You have come all the way. Don’t stay lukewarm. Don’t die in installments. Be raw. Be you. Laugh. Cry. Die. Live. Hug. Kiss. Meditate. Feel what you need to feel. Life waits for you In its glory. The universe celebrates you And your story. Be compassionate. Be forgiving. Be unconditional. But don’t waste your time in trying to prove it. You and I Exist here In this moment To find each other In each other. Let’s get rid of ourselves. Let’s accept our divine mess. Let’s ask to be guided. Let’s ask to be healed. You have come all the way. Don’t stay lukewarm.

“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” - Rumi
Attachment is a disease that we mistakenly label as love. Attachment only gives you the illusion of being in love. It’s not love. Attachment is a huge barrier in discovering love. We have our insecurities and fears. But these insecurities & fears are the symptoms of what really is wrong with us. To suppress the insecurities and fears, we seek attachments to living and non-living things.

Before you bloom,
You may go through storms,
Earthquakes, and
Just plain dirt.
It’s not because
Moon or mercury
Are plotting something against you.
It’s simply because that’s how blooming happens.
Every lotus goes through the mud.
This powerful episode starts with Chandresh’s poetry on embracing and understanding the darkness. When we know more about tantra deities such as Shiva and Kaali, we realize how healing could happen through darkness. And how we limit our life’s experiences because we are so obsessed with finding divinity only in light. Chandresh has been working with clients for almost a decade now who struggle with their darkness and this episode reflects his visible love for the human potential. Enjoy!

In this episode, I share my personal encounter with anxiety. Before my book Break the Norms launched, I was panicking. The book hadn't even been published and I already felt like a failure. I was worried about disappointing my father, His Holiness the Dalai Lama, and Deepak Chopra, who had all contributed to my book in a beautiful way.
I felt like I had no control, and I experienced the haunting feeling of anxiety for the first time in my life. It hit when I was having lunch, and I foggily recall gripping my chair tightly, thinking I was going to faint. It was getting worse!
In the episode, I talk about how anxiety could makes us feel immensely shattered within but there’s always a way out. Listen to the episode for some practical advice on anxiety and cultivating gratitude within.
