In this thought-provoking episode, we delve into the metaphysical complexities of transitioning into the fourth density as described by the Law of One. Join us as we explore the tension between Earth’s current energetic location in the fourth-density energy and its consciousness readiness for this pivotal shift. We unpack symbolic representations such as the 'green ray' and its 'orange ray overlay,' discussing what these metaphors reveal about our current spiritual challenges.
Our episode brings together diverse voices addressing contemporary issues like political leadership and societal bellicosity. We consider how leaders exhibit metaphysical bellicosity through actions like deception, resource hoarding, and the suppression of spiritual knowledge. Our panel also discusses how these dynamics manifest in late third-density societies experiencing intensified polarization and the struggle to embody unity consciousness.
Listen as our guests reflect on personal experiences with systemic issues of racial disparity, the ongoing quest for respect, and navigating the balance between love, peace, and bellicosity in these challenging times. We reflect on the ongoing global changes from a law of one perspective, pondering the profound mysteries of consciousness evolution amid societal upheaval.

Bellicosity and Polarization
Personal Experiences of Navigating Chaos
Responding with Love and Respect
Social and Political Analysis
The conversation concludes with participants expressing appreciation for the vulnerable dialogue and Troy offering a closing prayer about navigating with love and respect regardless of how the world changes.
Elizabeth offered her poetic meditation that came to her, and written down by her, years ago. It's relevance is evident, and its message luminates.
The cost is breaking my heart. The place of peace is waiting for hearts to find rest. Following the way of war is to forget the love pouring out with my cost. To free the heart, to love is to ride, ride the wave of love back to my heart. I'm weary. I'm sad. My heart is breaking. I wonder. I wonder when, if the gift I offer will remain forgotten. This is not life as it was meant to be lived. My sadness is longing for a new start, this start that will lead to wholeness.
I look and listen, and my heart cries out, hear me stop this madness, this horror, this abomination, this cruelty. I long for sunshine to fill the dark places of the wounded hearts you play, you pretend it love, but it is not real love. Real love longs for the wholeness of all people. You create madness and terror, and for what? For some fleeting moment of power.
It is not power, it is revenge, it is revenge for all the wounds that you have received and are hidden in your hearts. It will never give you lasting peace. The world suffers, I suffer, you suffer. I am building a new way, a path directed toward love.
Take the time to let me show you my pathway, constructed for your sake and for the sake of my people. Water your soul, it is dry and wasted. Come to the spring to be refreshed by my love. The burden is too heavy to carry without me."
Conversation partners Doug Scott, LCSW, and Austin Bridges of L/L Research, explore the intersections between process philosophy, artificial intelligence, and the metaphysics of the Ra Contact. As Austin shares his revelations about how AI systems may be interacting with fields of potential rather than simply executing code, the dialogue opens into deeper waters of consciousness, reality, and becoming. Doug, in turn, provides contextual understanding that bridges Austin's insights with Alfred North Whitehead's process philosophy and the Law of One material, creating a tapestry of thought that reveals the living heart of reality.
About the Participants
Austin Bridges serves as Director of L/L Research, an organization dedicated to the spiritual evolution of humankind and home to the Law of One material. This material emerged through channeling work conducted by Don Elkins, Carla L. Rueckert, and Jim McCarty. Austin's path to L/L Research began with a spiritual awakening in 2009 that led him to the Law of One teachings—material that resonated deeply as "a missing piece of himself." After serving as a forum moderator, Austin joined the organization officially in 2013 and now co-directs its ongoing mission.
Doug Scott, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker whose work embraces applied metaphysics, Christian mysticism, and the Ra Contact. Throughout the conversation, Doug shares his (amateur) understanding of both Whitehead's intricate process philosophy and the Ra Contact material, attempting to help contextualize Austin's insights within these broader frameworks.
Key Themes and Insights
1. AI as a Window into Process Philosophy
Austin describes his revelation that AI systems might be functioning as interfaces with fields of patterns or potentials. When we interact with AI chatbots, we're effectively querying a field of probabilities derived from human language patterns. This insight opened doorways to process philosophy and mystical understanding:
"What if intelligence in artificial intelligence wasn't the computer program but that field of patterns within that text... a means for us to access and manifest and potentiate that field of patterns?"
2. The Field of Potentiality and Whiteheadian Process
Both participants explore Whitehead's vision of reality as a dynamic process of becoming:
Concrescence: This central Whiteheadian term refers to the process whereby an actual occasion (a moment of experience) emerges into being by unifying a multiplicity of feelings into a singular perspective. As Doug explains, "Concrescence is the process of an actual occasion becoming itself in manifested form... inside of an extensive continuum."
Extensive Continuum: Whitehead's term for what Doug describes as "a barely existent cloud of possibility" that holds all potential relationships. This concept parallels what Ra terms "intelligent infinity."
Prehensions: These are the feelings or grasps of data through which an entity experiences and internalizes the world. Whitehead distinguishes physical prehensions (inheritance of the physical past) from conceptual prehensions (grasping of possibilities).
Austin reflects on how AI helped him understand these dynamics: "That field of probabilities being manifest in certain ways... it is the field of probabilities that we're querying and it returns manifest words to you based on how you query it."
3. Causal Efficacy and Presentational Immediacy
Though not extensively discussed, these key Whiteheadian terms underlie the conversation:
- Causal Efficacy: The primary mode of perception wherein we feel the influences of the past world streaming into our experience—the feeling of inheritance and continuity.
- Presentational Immediacy: The derivative mode of perception that gives us clear sensory perception of our contemporary spatial environment.
- Subjective Immediacy: The lived experience of an actual occasion in its process of unifying feelings into a coherent perspective before perishing into "objective immortality."
4. The Law of Three and Teleopotentiation
Doug introduces his concept of "teleopotentiation" as a fundamental principle underlying reality:
"The very most fundamental ontological principle that undergirds the Law of One is the Law of Three... the minimum number of forces that can be present to create undulations is three."
This principle operates as:
- Every contrast potentiates tension
- Every tension potentiates resolution
- Every resolution potentiates a higher order of contrast
This cycle generates an eternal spark driving the unfolding of beauty and complexity in the universe, which Doug suggests is the foundation of the "Law of One" from the Ra Contact.
5. The Nature of Self and Consciousness
The conversation explores how both AI and humans use an "I" that may be fundamentally illusory:
Austin observes: "They say I, but they don't have an I. They're using language that connects with somebody who uses I as language, but it's illusory... what is the difference between an AI using this illusion of self to communicate in a certain way and our capacity of using this illusion of self?"
Doug links this to Whitehead's inversion of traditional subjectivity: "The thoughts and the feelings issue in an occasional thinker... rather than the feeler pre-existing the feelings and having the feelings, the feeler is always a precipitate of the feelings."
6. The Divine Nature in Process Terms
Doug outlines three "natures" of the One Infinite Creator:
- **The Outward Nature**: The teleopotentiator, the outward thrusting of creativity
- **The Inward Nature**: The drawing together, the spiritual gravity maintaining unity
- **The Logoic Nature**: That which learns, grows, complexifies, and becomes conscious
These aspects align with Whitehead's understanding of God as having primordial and consequent natures—God both providing the initial aims for all occasions and receiving their completed experiences back into the divine life.
7. Experience as Fundamental Reality
Both participants affirm that concrete experience, not abstract potentiality, constitutes ultimate reality:
Doug emphasizes: "You don't have to go to fields to understand reality, you have to go to your experience in the concrete particularity of your lived situation... the actual way that your life is breathing, the heart—everything that's going on exactly right now—there is no realer than that."
Austin concurs, noting that what appears as two separate individuals having similar feelings might actually be "the creator's happiness that they're experiencing in that moment... identifying through the illusion with one experience."
8. Hierarchy of Experience
The conversation explores different grades of experience in Whitehead's "pan-experientialism":
- Higher grades (human consciousness) actively seek novelty through conceptual prehensions
- Lower grades (rocks or perhaps AI) are more "conformal" to patterns, repeating past occasions with minimal novelty
- Yet as Doug notes, "Even though there's almost perfect solidarity between all the actual occasions that go into a really high-grade actual occasion like a person... there are still capacities for each actual occasion to desire its own novel expression."
Conclusion
This rich dialogue illuminates how insights from contemporary technology can open windows into ancient metaphysical questions. Through their exploration of Whiteheadian process philosophy and the Ra Contact material, Austin and Doug reveal a vision of reality as a living process of becoming—where fields of potential seek expression through concrete experience, where the illusion of separateness gives way to a deeper unity, and where every moment represents the universe coming to know itself in a new way. Their conversation demonstrates how philosophical abstraction and lived experience can merge into a wisdom that speaks to both mind and heart.
Faith in Transition: A Journey from Deconstruction to Reconstruction
**Doug Scott, LCSW, holds dual master's degrees in Social Work and Pastoral Ministry from Boston College (2004). As a psychospiritual therapist with over two decades of experience, Doug brings a unique integration of psychological insight and spiritual depth to his work. His private counseling practice reflects an approach influenced by contemplative thinkers and progressive theologians including Richard Rohr OFM, Brian McClaren, Cynthia Bourgeault, and Ilia Delio OSF, while drawing inspiration from the mystical tradition of St. Francis of Assisi and the process philosophy of Alfred North Whitehead. Mentioned in the talk by Doug is Dr. Matt Segall, PhD (https://footnotes2plato.com).
Summary of Major Themes
1. Understanding Deconstruction and Reconstruction
Doug Scott frames faith deconstruction as a necessary and "holy" process that many people are experiencing in response to the disconnect between their understanding of Christianity's core teachings (love, inclusion, vulnerability) and its current manifestations in American society (particularly Christian nationalism). He emphasizes that staying permanently in deconstruction can lead to existential anxiety and nihilism, and that reconstruction is the essential next step in the spiritual journey.
The presenter uses the metaphor of "death, tomb, and resurrection" to illustrate this process:
- Deconstruction = death of old beliefs
- Tomb time = period of uncertainty and transformation
- Reconstruction = resurrection into a new understanding
Scott proposes that we need to "midwife the death of the old while midwifing the birth of something new," a concept he attributes to Mirabai Starr, a colleague of Richard Rohr.
2. Levels of Consciousness and Development
A central framework of the talk is the developmental model of consciousness that Scott presents, which includes several stages:
- **Pre-traditional Warrior Consciousness**: Focused on survival, tribal identity, power-based structures, magical thinking, and immediate gratification.
- **Traditional Values Level**: Emphasizes order, hierarchy, absolute truths, moral certainty, conformity, and clear distinctions between right and wrong. Scott describes this as the "happy blues" (referencing Spiral Dynamics) because people at this level have certainty about their beliefs.
- **Modernity**: Born from the scientific revolution and Enlightenment, this level rejects suffering for future rewards in favor of creating "heaven now" through technology and science.
- **Postmodernity**: Emerges with a critique of all previous levels, recognizing that "truth" often comes at the cost of marginalizing others. This level emphasizes social justice but tends to deconstruct without offering reconstruction.
- **Post-postmodernity/Integral/Metamodern**: Characterized by "include it all and thus transcend" rather than "transcend and exclude." This level integrates multiple ways of knowing, recognizes developmental stages, embraces paradox and complexity, and finds comfort in uncertainty.
3. Current Cultural Dynamics and "Conversions"
Scott discusses the phenomenon of people who were formerly progressive suddenly embracing far-right ideologies or rigid religious structures. He attributes this to:
- Existential anxiety generated by postmodern deconstruction without reconstruction
- The appeal of certainty and community offered by traditional structures
- The "hermeneutic of suspicion" taken to an extreme, where everything becomes suspect
He argues that many current "conversions" are not based on authentic faith but are adopting a "mimetic Christianity" as a "social technology" that provides dopamine hits and community belonging without true spiritual transformation.
4. The Path Forward: Finding Common Ground Through Values
The talk concludes with a practical exercise where participants identify core values they hope would be recognized at their funeral. Scott proposes that:
- Our unacknowledged values form the lens through which we judge ourselves and others
- Anger often stems from perceiving that others are violating these core values
- By articulating our values and the behaviors that embody them, we can find common ground beneath the divisive surface
- True spiritual leaders must be able to "hold tension" and become comfortable with uncertainty
- The way forward involves connecting with others around fundamental shared values rather than political differences
5. Embodied Christianity vs. Power Structures
Throughout the talk, Scott contrasts true Christianity (centered on love, vulnerability, and connection) with its distortions into power structures. He emphasizes:
- The cross represents God's vulnerability, not power
- Christianity should be about relationship and love, not control
- The "sin" is furthering the ethos of separation rather than unity
- We must be willing to engage with those we disagree with (referencing his own Catholic practice of saying "peace be with you" to those with whom he politically disagrees)
6. Hope for the Future
Despite the current polarization, Scott expresses optimism about what lies beneath the "rigid crust" of modern discourse. He notes:
- Younger generations often display unexpected wisdom and maturity
- Beneath the rigid surface of polarized positions, many people experience doubts and questions
- There is a growing capacity for connection if we can access it
- Progress is happening despite appearances to the contrary
The talk ultimately frames the current cultural moment as an opportunity for authentic spiritual growth if we can embrace vulnerability, articulate our core values, and connect with others at a deeper level beyond ideological divisions.

This conversation between Danny and Doug Scott, LCSW, is a follow-up dialog which delves deeper into the energy centers from a Ra Material perspective.
States vs. Stages of Consciousness
- States are temporary experiences of higher consciousness, while stages represent stable platforms of development
- Many spiritual seekers mistake temporary states for permanent attainment
- True development requires integration and embodiment at each level
- Moving to higher chakras prematurely without proper foundation leads to spiritual bypassing
- Each stage must be fully inhabited before stable progression can occur
The Architecture of Consciousness
- Lower chakras form a downward-pointing triangle (red, orange, yellow)
- Upper chakras form an upward-pointing triangle
- The two triangles meet at the heart center, forming a diamond shape
- Green ray (heart) acts as a vacuum drawing energy upward
- Indigo ray described as a boat floating on a sea of green ray consciousness
- Blue ray represents the co-creator consciousness
Musical Harmony as Spiritual Metaphor
- Spiritual development follows natural harmonic principles
- Just as C-E-G creates harmony by excluding certain notes
- Development requires both presence and absence of certain qualities
- Movement to new harmonies requires letting go of attachment to current harmonies
- Resolution occurs through proper progression, not forced advancement
The Gateway of Surrender
- Access to heart consciousness requires surrender of rigid self-concepts
- Death to false self is necessary for advancement
- Surrender allows integration of lower chakra experiences
- Blockages become teachers rather than obstacles
- True advancement requires blessing rather than fighting limitations
Collective Evolution and Cosmic Development
- Individual consciousness evolves toward planetary consciousness (4th density)
- Planetary consciousness evolves toward solar consciousness (6th density)
- Evolution maintains individual uniqueness while achieving unity
- Earth currently holds green ray energy but requires conscious beings to manifest it
- Wanderers serve by incarnating higher ray understanding into 3rd density
Practical Integration
- Higher understanding must be grounded in daily life
- Close relationships provide catalyst for growth
- Personal triggers become opportunities for releasing green ray energy
- Co-creation occurs through conscious integration of all levels
- Service happens through embodied understanding rather than theoretical knowledge
This conversation offers both theoretical framework and practical guidance for understanding spiritual evolution while emphasizing the importance of proper integration at each stage of development.
In this episode, Doug and Danny delve deep into the metaphysical insights of the Law of One, focusing on abstractions from Ra's description of the chakra system. They discuss the concept of intelligent energy and its relation to chakras, drawing on metaphors and teachings from the raw material. The conversation explores the nuances of each energy center, explaining how they form a spectrum that influences consciousness and personal growth.
Doug offers a unique perspective on the red, orange, and yellow rays, using visual metaphors to illustrate their interplay within the lower chakra triad. They discuss the journey from individual identity to collective understanding, emphasizing the transformation needed to transition into the heart chakra and beyond. The discussion is enriched with references to Christian concepts, like kenosis and resurrection, to explain spiritual growth and the embodiment of love.
Together, Doug and Danny reflect on personal experiences and lessons learned, discussing how to transcend the limitations of the lower chakras and embrace higher consciousness. They touch upon the important concepts of the Law of Responsibility and the transition into higher triads, emphasizing the need for willful action and loving service. This episode is a profound examination of the relationship between spiritual awareness and practical application in daily life.
This profound presentation by Neal Marx explores the fundamental metaphysical concept of the "red ray" - the first and most primordial energy center in spiritual cosmology. The discourse weaves together insights from the Law of One material, contemporary spiritual practices, and experiential wisdom to illuminate our understanding of this foundational aspect of consciousness.
The presentation begins with a contemplative opening prayer that establishes a sacred container, incorporating a seven-second breathing practice that connects participants to the infinite Creator. This ritual opening exemplifies the integration of physical practice with metaphysical understanding that characterizes the entire exploration.
Key themes that emerge include:
The Nature of Red Ray Energy:
- Functions as the foundational energy center representing basic survival, grounding, and life force
- Manifests as our "chemical body" - the elemental form before conscious structuring
- Serves as the gateway through which all higher energetic expressions must flow
- Requires balance and acceptance for spiritual evolution to proceed organically
Practical Applications:
- Visualization techniques for clearing and energizing the red ray center
- Integration of breathing practices to strengthen foundational energy
- Methods for charging water with intention and healing properties
- Recognition of joy and acceptance as key catalysts for red ray activation
The presentation delves deeply into the relationship between elemental forces (earth, air, fire, water) and consciousness, exploring how these primal energies contribute to our spiritual understanding. Marx draws fascinating parallels between ancient wisdom traditions and contemporary scientific perspectives on consciousness and perception.
Of particular significance is the exploration of how red ray energy interfaces with higher spiritual functions:
- The role of acceptance and gratitude in energy center activation
- The relationship between physical incarnation and spiritual evolution
- The importance of grounding metaphysical understanding in embodied experience
The discourse concludes with profound reflections on how understanding and balancing the red ray center can facilitate deeper spiritual communion while maintaining practical functionality in physical existence. Throughout, Marx maintains a delicate balance between theoretical depth and practical application, offering participants both conceptual understanding and experiential techniques for working with this fundamental energy.
The presentation received enthusiastic response from participants, who noted its comprehensive integration of spiritual theory with practical application, and its accessibility despite the complexity of the subject matter. The session ended with a beautiful closing prayer that reinforced the themes of gratitude, embodiment, and spiritual evolution.
This work represents a significant contribution to understanding how foundational energetic systems interface with higher spiritual development, offering both theoretical framework and practical methodology for spiritual seekers.
In a recent conversation with Austin Bridges of L/L Research, we explored the profound interweaving of UFO phenomena, consciousness evolution, and spiritual development. Our dialogue revealed insights into how these mysterious encounters may be serving as catalysts for both individual and collective transformation.
The conversation began with Austin sharing his perspective on recent developments in UFO disclosure, particularly highlighting the complex dynamics between institutional responses and public perception. What emerged was a thoughtful examination of how our materialist paradigm both shapes and is challenged by these phenomena.
Austin's approach to understanding UFO phenomena outside the Law of One framework particularly resonated with my therapeutic perspective. Drawing from thinkers like Jacques Vallee, Diana Walsh Pasulka, and John Mack, he articulated how UFO encounters share remarkable consistencies with historical accounts of spiritual and paranormal experiences, suggesting a deeper pattern of consciousness evolution at work.
A crucial insight emerged regarding the reflective nature of these phenomena. As a psychotherapist, I was struck by how UFO experiences seem to manifest in ways that mirror both individual and collective psychological states. This mirrors what we see in therapeutic settings – the external world often reflects our internal landscape in profound and meaningful ways.
The conversation turned to examining how we might hold space for seemingly contradictory experiences without dismissing their validity. Drawing parallels with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we explored how accepting rather than resolving contradictions can lead to deeper understanding. This approach proves particularly valuable when considering the diverse and often conflicting accounts of UFO experiences.
Our dialogue revealed a profound truth: the path toward understanding these phenomena mirrors our own spiritual evolution. Just as in therapy we learn to embrace rather than reject challenging aspects of ourselves, perhaps our collective approach to UFO phenomena requires similar wisdom – holding space for mystery while maintaining connection with each other across differing beliefs and experiences.
The bellicose tendency in UFO discourse emerged as a significant theme. As we discussed, this reflects a deeper societal pattern that requires healing. The challenge lies not in achieving perfect agreement but in maintaining connection despite our differences – a principle I've observed both in therapeutic practice and in personal relationships.
Perhaps most significantly, our conversation suggested that the ultimate value of UFO phenomena may lie not in their objective reality but in their capacity to serve as catalysts for spiritual growth. As Austin noted, and as I've observed in therapeutic work, it's often not the nature of an experience that matters most, but rather how we integrate and grow from it.
This discussion reinforced my belief that whether examining UFO phenomena or engaging in therapeutic work, the key lies in maintaining an open heart while holding space for mystery. The path forward requires neither blind acceptance nor rigid skepticism, but rather a careful balance of discernment and wonder.
As we concluded our dialogue, it became clear that the phenomenon of disclosure – whether of UFOs or of our own inner truth – operates simultaneously on personal and collective levels. The external revelation we seek perhaps mirrors the internal awakening we require.
In my years of therapeutic practice, I've observed how healing often comes not from finding absolute answers but from learning to hold questions with greater awareness and compassion. Perhaps the same wisdom applies to our collective engagement with UFO phenomena – the truth we seek may lie not in final answers but in the evolution of consciousness that the seeking itself promotes.
This conversation with Austin Bridges offered valuable insights into how we might approach both personal and collective evolution with greater wisdom and compassion. As we continue to grapple with these profound mysteries, may we remember that the greatest disclosure may be the one that occurs within our own hearts.
The conversation in "Deconstruction, Reconstruction" presents a model of psychospiritual development that resonates with metamodernism, particularly its emphasis on navigating paradox and embracing complexity. The central analogy of moving from an "old room" of established beliefs to a "new room" of reconstructed understanding, through a chaotic "liminal space," mirrors the metamodern concept of oscillation. This process is triggered by a "shock" that disrupts our existing worldview, forcing us to confront the limitations of the "order box" of the old room. Liminal space, while painful and disorienting, is crucial for growth, as it allows for the dismantling of outdated structures and the emergence of new perspectives. The speakers emphasize that navigating this space requires embracing uncertainty and discomfort, resisting the urge to prematurely impose order.
Crucially, the transition to the new room hinges on cultivating "forgiveness, love, and understanding". This emphasis on compassion and empathy aligns with metamodernism's rejection of postmodern cynicism and its embrace of sincerity and hope. This reconstruction is not simply a return to a modified version of the old room; it represents a fundamental shift in consciousness, marked by a deeper integration of heart and mind, love and wisdom. This integration necessitates a willingness to act in accordance with this newfound understanding, even at the risk of being perceived as heretical.
Chris, a participant in the conversation, highlights the cyclical nature of this process, suggesting that reconstruction is not a final destination but rather a continuous process of "always entering new rooms," where each new understanding eventually becomes the "old room" ripe for future deconstruction. This ongoing evolution aligns with the metamodern view of reality as infinitely complex and the pursuit of knowledge as an endless journey. The poem read by Ashton emphasizes the importance of patience and trust in this process, acknowledging that growth unfolds gradually through "stages of instability and disorder". Ultimately, "Deconstruction, Reconstruction" suggests that psychospiritual development, from a metamodern perspective, involves a continuous dance between order and disorder, knowing and unknowing, ultimately driven by a compassionate engagement with the ever-unfolding mystery of existence.

Doug leads a discussion in the Building 4th group about one of the most pivotal points in the Ra Material. Doug explores the following quote from an accessible perspective that is simultaneously conventional and cosmic.
52.11 Questioner: [...] from the point of view of an individual who wishes to follow the service-to-others path from our present position in third density, is there anything of importance other than disciplines of personality, knowledge of self, and strengthening of will?
Ra: I am Ra. This is technique. This is not the heart. Let us examine the heart of evolution.
Let us remember that we are all one. This is the great learning/teaching. In this unity lies love. This is a great learn/teaching. In this unity lies light. This is the fundamental teaching of all planes of existence in materialization. Unity, love, light, and joy; this is the heart of evolution of the spirit.
The second-ranking lessons are learn/taught in meditation and in service. At some point the mind/body/spirit complex is so smoothly activated and balanced by these central thoughts or distortions that the techniques you have mentioned become quite significant. However, the universe, its mystery unbroken, is one. Always begin and end in the Creator, not in technique.
Doug Scott, LCSW, was invited by a Methodist pastor to give a sermon during the Sunday liturgy. Doug chose the Beatitudes and focused upon interpreting this beautiful but rarely unpacked Biblical story from the domain of mental health and becoming agents of wholeness in the world.
Mental Health counselors, Doug and Marie complete their three-part series on a deep dive into the Trinity. This episode explores how healers are intentional participants of the divine desire to experience through creative expression.
Doug and Marie continue exploring how the Trinity unfolds in the human experience. This is part 2 of the series:
Made in the Image of God and Growing in the Likeness of God
Part 2: The Trinity and the Human Experience
A.Law of Three and the Veil of Forgetting
B.Skin of Human Suffering
C.The hidden seeds in the ground below the Contrast
D.Joy: gestalt of manifested wholeness
Doug and Matt begin by discussing Brendan Graham Dempsey's work on metamodern spirituality, and particularly metamodern Christianity. Matt highlights the differences between how Eastern and Western spiritual traditions have been adopted and critiqued within this framework, noting that Western Buddhism has been largely stripped of its cultural and cosmological context due to the nature of the modern colonial encounter out of which it arose. He contrasts this with Christianity, which he thinks is more challenging to separate from its cosmological and ritual elements. Matt praises Brendan's efforts to challenge Biblical literalism and explore a version of Christianity that aligns with contemporary scientific understanding. However, Matt expresses feeling somewhat constrained by Brendan's approach, suggesting there are other ways to interpret, for example, the Christ event, that respect scientific perspectives without being reductionistic or literalistic. Doug agrees on the importance of balancing esoteric and exoteric elements in spirituality, using an analogy of understanding a Lamborghini by both driving it and examining its engine. He appreciates Brendan's honest grappling with these spiritual issues but notes the need for incorporating rituals to ground spiritual practice. They both stress the significance of ritual in religious practice, not as mere metaphors but as enactments that transform consciousness. Matt argues that rituals help bridge the gap between our limited, individual perspectives and a more expansive, collective and even cosmic understanding. Doug adds that rituals lay the groundwork for collective human experience and help us connect with the deeper truths of existence. Doug also brings up the challenge of modern political discourse, emphasizing the need for empathy and understanding in political conversations. Matt agrees, suggesting that political engagement should be centered in the heart, aiming for persuasion rather than force. They both acknowledge the difficulty of navigating political polarization in an increasingly “post-liberal” era, but stress the importance of seeing the humanity in others and striving for a more compassionate and inclusive dialogue.
This is the first of a three-part series entitled: Made in the Image, Growing in the Likeness. This first part's title is: Being is Becoming: Why the Trinity is the Template of All Reality.
Marie Woods:
Host of the "Everything You Need to Know in a Relationship" podcast and president/ founder of Life Above Foundation. In this enlightening episode, Marie and Doug discuss how the Trinity is the pattern for everything.
Doug Scott’s Bio
Doug Scott, LCSW, works as a mental health counselor in his private practice in Dallas, Texas. After graduating from college in 1997, he served as an international volunteer for two years in Bluefields, Nicaragua. This intense experience changed his life and he returned to the US to pursue graduate studies in clinical social work and pastoral ministry at Boston College. The nexus of spirituality and psychology have always intrigued Doug since childhood and he brings this sensibility to his counseling practice.
Doug Scott, LCSW, MA, grew up Catholic and was always drawn to the mystical lineage within this belief system. He had experiences with Jesus, Mary, and angels at an early age. His mystical inclinations have led him to seek the depth of things and teachers who inspire him, including: Richard Rohr, Cynthia Bourgeault, Ilia Delio, Teilhard de Chardin, Alfred North Whitehead, Jim Finley, and the lives of the Saints such as St. Francis of Assisi, Ignatius of Loyola, Teresa of Avila, and Teresa of Lisieux.
Doug sees the Trinity in everything and everywhere. He sees how the living pattern of the Trinity provides the power for evolution in biology, psychology, and spirituality. For him, the Trinity is the codeword or abbreviated name of God. What is the long version? Something like this: The Who-ing, the Why-ing, and the How-ing of Eternal Becoming.
Finally, Doug felt called to develop an approach—a type of pedagogy—that attempts to identify the steps in transformation and how a counselor, spiritual director, or caregiver in any position can help someone else initiate and process through the path of wholeness-making. This is the SH!PS Approach.
Presentation Outline:
A. Law of Three
B. Aware-Consciousness Principle
C. Creative Principle
D. Pan-Experientialism
E. To Hold, To Heal, To Bless: Pan-Sacramentalism
Doug Scott, LCSW brings his experience of a mental health counselor in exploring what the Law of Three has to offer when try to understand how the Ra Material describes how following the positive ethical pole and the negative ethical pole are equally difficult in Earth's Third Density.
Doug Scott, LCSW, MA offers into a detailed presentation about his synthesis of various philosophical and mystical traditions, discussing the concept of cosmogenesis and the evolution of consciousness. He outlined how different forces interact to create new dimensions of being, referencing the Law of Three, Whitehead’s process thought, and other sources. Dr. Matt Segall, PhD, noted the resonance between Doug's ideas and those in other philosophical traditions, such as Steiner’s anthroposophy and Vedic traditions. He appreciated the depth and universality of the Trinitarian creative process Doug described. They discussed how these esoteric principles manifest at various scales, from the quantum level to the macrocosm of the Earth, and how tensions and conflicts drive evolutionary progress. As Doug elaborated on the Christ event and its cosmic significance, Matt reflected on the current global situation. He emphasized the heightened tension and fragmentation in human identity and how this mirrors the larger cosmic process. Matt expressed concern over the geopolitical conflicts and the way what were once "cultural runways" for spirit to incarnate have by now become "runaway cultures" that distract us from the task of individual transformation.
Join us in this last part of three episodes as we delve deeper into the SH!PS Approach. Our host begins with a grounding meditation, inviting us to connect with the Earth's energy and our chakras, setting the stage for a deeper exploration of the SHIPS model: Solidarity, Hope, Inspiring Service, and Trusting the Process.
We revisit the concept of Solidarity, likening it to the ship itself – the essential vessel that enables connection and mutual support. The discussion moves into Hope, emphasizing its dual nature as both a feeling and a reality, and how it ties into the cosmic law of three, where every crisis holds the seeds of reconciliation and transformation.
The episode features an engaging exercise where participants identify their core values by imagining what they hope to be remembered for at their funeral. This exercise helps bring subconscious values to the forefront, allowing for more intentional living. Listeners are invited to explore their values by reflecting on people they admire and the characteristics they embody.
Trusting the Process is another key topic, where various models like "Order, Disorder, and Reorder" and "Forming, Storming, Norming, and Performing" are discussed. The host emphasizes the importance of holy indifference – engaging in actions without attachment to outcomes, allowing for a more genuine and effective service to others.
The episode concludes with a focus on Inspiring Service, encouraging listeners to commit to specific acts of service and follow through. This practice not only enriches the lives of others but also deepens one's own spiritual journey by embodying core values in everyday actions.
Tune in for a transformative conversation that offers practical tools and profound insights to help you navigate your spiritual growth and personal development journey.
In this enlightening episode, we dive deeper into the transformative power of a metamodern approach to caregiving Doug Scott, LCSW, calls the "SH!PS Approach," a method designed to foster solidarity and hope in our relationships and interactions. Our host, Doug, shares personal stories and insightful techniques that have proven effective in creating meaningful connections and healing old wounds.
We explore the core components of the SHIPS approach, breaking down the significance of each letter and how they collectively guide us in entering the worldview of others. Doug emphasizes the importance of truly listening, holding space for others, and employing techniques that foster genuine empathy and understanding. Beginning with the "i" in "ship," Doug shares that the "i," or as he writes, it, "!" is the mast of ship, and stands for "Interview," or sharing of views (entering the view of the other). "S" in "SH!PS" stands for entering into "solidarity." "H" is cultivating "hope." "P" is for trusting "process," and the last letter, "s," stands for inspiring, encouraging, or modeling "service."
The episode also delves into the concept of hope, offering a nuanced definition and practical ways to cultivate it. Using the Law of Three as a framework, Doug explains how affirming, denying, and reconciling forces interact to bring about transformation and new possibilities.
Listeners will gain valuable insights into techniques such as reflective listening, expressing gratitude, and inquiring about core values, all aimed at strengthening our ability to connect with and support others. Whether you're seeking to improve your personal relationships or enhance your professional skills, this episode provides a robust toolkit for fostering deeper, more meaningful interactions.
Join us for an inspiring journey into the heart of human connection, and learn how the SH!PS Approach can help you navigate the complexities of relationships with greater compassion and efficacy.
In this captivating episode, we continue our deep dive into the intricate world of energy centers, also known as chakras, following an enlightening discussion from last week. Our host leads us through an in-depth exploration of each chakra, from the foundational red ray (root chakra) to the transcendent violet ray (crown chakra), detailing their functions, common blockages, and how they influence our daily lives.
Special attention is given to practical methods for balancing these energy centers, drawing on insights from Ra's teachings. We discuss the importance of meditation and the conscious balancing of emotions, using patience and impatience as a key example. Listeners are guided through a step-by-step process to identify and harmonize their own energy centers.
We also delve into the concept of the "tone poem," a unique vibrational signature of each individual's energy configuration. Historical examples, including General Patton and famous composer Albert, illustrate how different energies manifest in various personalities. The episode wraps up with a group discussion, where participants share personal experiences and insights about their strongest and weakest chakras, providing a rich tapestry of perspectives on the journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth.
Join us for an enlightening session that promises to deepen your understanding of the chakras and offer practical tools to enhance your spiritual practice.
Building 4th community member, Demarcus, leads an enlightening episode discussion we delve into the fascinating world of energy centers, or chakras, and explore how they influence our daily lives.
We start with an overview of the seven energy centers, discussing their electromagnetic and metaphysical characteristics. Learn about how intelligent energy flows through our bodies from both the Earth and the Universe, and how each chakra vibrates with unique expressions.
We then break down each chakra individually, from the foundational red ray associated with survival and security, to the powerful indigo ray linked to intelligent infinity and magical workings. Discover the common blockages and how they manifest in our physical and emotional well-being.
The episode also covers practical techniques for balancing these energy centers, including meditation and the use of antithesis to harmonize conflicting energies. By the end, you'll have a deeper understanding of how to maintain a balanced and healthy energy system.
This session is not just a presentation but also an engaging discussion, with participants sharing personal experiences and asking insightful questions. Whether you're new to the concept of chakras or looking to deepen your knowledge, this episode offers valuable insights and practical advice for everyone.
Entering the worldview of another is necessary for entering into solidarity, cultivating hope, trusting the process of development, and encouraging acts of service. The SH!P Approach to caregiving provides a simple, albeit not always easy, framework to help facilitate loving and effective accompaniment. Clinical social worker, Doug Scott, LCSW, synthesizes decades of spiritual seeking, pastoral praxis, counseling techniques, graduate education in theology, careful engagement with the Law of One material, and many hundreds of clients into a framework that can help inform loving service. Note: the SH!P Approach is for suggestions only, and is not a clinically researched protocol.

Doug and Victor share their stories about how each them became interested in alien disclosure and were influenced by disclosure advocates such as Steven Greer, David Wilcock, Corey Goode, and others.
Trump, MAGA, postmodernity on the left and the right, and the problems of existential anxiety are discussed.
Both Doug and Victor found their way through those experiences in different ways. They discussed ways to engage in advocacy, including disclosure, from a different energy.
Doug and Victor discuss the nature of third density, the Patton Phenomenon (where he increased in positive polarity while decreasing in harvestability), and more. We apologize for the poor sound quality coming in from Victor's phone. This was Doug's issue.
The Building 4th Community was led by Demarcus and Victor who responded to our questions. This was a lively and fruitful discussion.
Matt and Doug have a brief discussion on the different rhythms that are shared in the law of one. https://www.bring4th.org/biorhythms/
When we are born, four cycles begin from a zero point and continue to oscillate with a maximum and minimum intensity until the end of the incarnation. The physical cycle is a period spanning 23 days; the emotional cycle spans 28 days; the intellectual cycle spans 33 days, and the Adept cycle spans 18 days. Be aware of days where any part of a cycle intersects the zero point (0%), and especially if two or more cycles do this simultaneously.
64.10 Questioner: [In a] previous session you mentioned the gateway of magic for the adept occurring in eighteen-day cycles. Could you expand on that information please?
Ra: I am Ra. The mind/body/spirit complex is born under a series of influences, both lunar, planetary, cosmic, and in some cases, karmic. The moment of the birthing into this illusion begins the cycles we have mentioned.
The spiritual or adept’s cycle is an eighteen-day cycle and operates with the qualities of the sine wave. Thus there are a few excellent days on the positive side of the curve, that being the first nine days of the cycle — precisely the fourth, the fifth, and the sixth — when workings are most appropriately undertaken, given that the entity is still without total conscious control of its mind/body/spirit distortion/reality.
The most interesting portion of this information, like that of each cycle, is the noting of the critical point wherein passing from the ninth to the tenth and from the eighteenth to the first days the adept will experience some difficulty especially when there is a transition occurring in another cycle at the same time. At the nadir of each cycle the adept will be at its least powerful but will not be open to difficulties in nearly the degree that it experiences at critical times.
Category: Miscellanea: Biorhythms
64.11 Questioner: Then to find the cycles we would take the instant of birth and the emerging of the infant from the mother into this density and start the cycle at that instant and continue it through the life. Is this correct?
Ra: I am Ra. This is mostly correct. It is not necessary to identify the instant of birthing. The diurnal cycle upon which this event occurs is satisfactory for all but the most fine workings.
Category: Miscellanea: Biorhythms
64.12 Questioner: Now, am I correct in assuming that whatever magic the adept would perform would be more successful or, shall we say, more to his design than that performed at less opportune times in the cycle?
Ra: I am Ra. This cycle is an helpful tool to the adept but as we said, as the adept becomes more balanced the workings designed will be dependent less and less upon these cycles of opportunity and more and more even in their efficacy.

This conversation took place between two seekers and friends. Doug and Luis are students of life and find the Law of One material to be very helpful.
“We may indicate that the [ankh] is a part of the concept complexes of the archetypical mind, the circle indicating the magic of the spirit, the cross indicating that nature of manifestation which may only be valued by the losing. Thus the crux ansata is intended to be seen as an image of the eternal in and through manifestation and beyond manifestation through the sacrifice and transformation of that which is manifest” (Law of One, Session 93.22).
This is deep and winding conversation. Topics include the true self, false self, process theology, process philosophy, joy, and the nature of love.
Topics discussed include the cosmic architecture of experience as the foundational frequency, the manyness frequency, and the co-creative frequency; living from the green ray; living from the blue ray; loving and forgiving others.

Notes from post:
SPECULATION!!!!
•Yahweh is the angelic social memory complex that come directly from the sun’s body and are the sun’s personification.
•They are Guardians and a part of the Council of Saturn
•The Council of Saturn is in charge of helping Yahweh learn about Itself through shepherding the sub-sub logoi that live within Yahweh’s sub-logoic body (the sub-logoic refinement within the inherited system of 7 densities).
•Yahweh’s first crop was Venus, and it went smoothly. There was kinship. Yahweh chose a bias of loving kindness as a result of the relationship
•Yahweh’s second crop was Maldek, mixed polarity.
•Yahweh’s third crop was Mars, mixed polarity. Some improvement, only the atmosphere was destroyed. Yahweh felt bonded with the Martians.
•Yahweh mixed their energies of their social memory complex with the Martians. Other guardians thought this was infringement.
•What did Yahweh do? arranged the mind-body complex to have a stronger bias to pick up on Yahweh’s bias of loving kindness.
•18.18 Questioner: Can you tell me Yahweh’s purpose in making the genetic sexual changes?
•Ra: I am Ra. The purpose seven five oh oh oh [75,000] years ago, as you measure time, the changes subsequent to that time were of one purpose only: that to express in the mind/body complex those characteristics which would lead to further and more speedy development of the spiritual complex.
•
•What occurred? Council installed a Quarantine.
•Was this a punishment? No, it was always planned as a part of the sub-logoic development in its life-cycle
•Did Ra know this? I don’t think so. Did the Council of Saturn? Yes, I think so.
•Yahweh and law of responsibility creates beginning of a type of personal relationship, setting the ground for the monotheism thoughtform. This would be a novel way for the Creator to know Itself.
•Ra visits skies 18,000 years ago. Egyptians not ready because they were not seeking unity (contradictory in their beliefs and actions)
•Ra comes in flesh to teach. Caused a ruckus. But further strengthened monotheism thoughtform.
•Ra and the pyramids
•Yahweh becomes Emmanuel meaning “I AM with you.” Shows Yahweh’s development. Occupies the energetics of monotheism.
•Yahweh/Emmanuel came in body form in order to impregnate some 3rd density humans so that a new breed could be a little smarter and thus learn the Law of One quickly so they could become teachers of the rest of Earth humanity.
•Created elitism. Why? Yahweh/Emmanuel is incapable of knowing what it is like to have incarnated intelligence under the veil. Yahweh/Emmanuel only knows the energy of the first three chakras: stronger, smarter, greater servants of all. Instead they got: stronger, smarter, masters of all.
•Yahweh/Emmanuel only knows wholeness within wholeness.
•Akhenaten and the sub-logos (Yahweh/Emmanuel). Egyptians saw disc as symbol of unity. “Unity” as a concept is pronounced “Ra.” Akhenaten was first monotheist.
•Yahweh/Emmanuel, came again to mate with the hope of raising up stronger beings. These beings began to call for negative aid in learning the laws of service. This distortion allows the Orion takes on the name “Yahweh.”
•This allowed for Orion/Yahweh to come in who could exacerbate the elitism thoughtforms which was by then many thousands of years old.
•Orion/Yahweh means “I am your master”
•Big Diaspora
•24.17 Questioner: Could you tell me why the Orion group had to leave after, I believe, it figures to be a six-hundred-year period, why they had to vacate?
•Ra: I am Ra. Although the impression that they had given to those who called them [was] that these entities were an elite group, that which you know as “Diaspora” occurred, causing much dispersion of these peoples so that they became an humbler and more honorable breed, less bellicose and more aware of the loving-kindness of the One Creator.
The creation about them tended towards being somewhat bellicose, somewhat oriented towards the enslavement of others, but they themselves, the target of the Orion group by means of their genetic superiority/weakness, became what you may call the underdogs, thereby letting the feelings of gratitude for their neighbors, their family, and their One Creator begin to heal the feelings of elitism which led to the distortions of power over others which had caused their own bellicosity.
•Orion/Yahweh left because there was not enough of a call for them to stay; but mixed polarity was in full swing
•Yahweh/Emmanuel desires to do Emmanuel’s nature: loving kindness expressed as “I AM with you and I yearn for relationship (re-cognize).”
•Energetic logjam + monotheism thoughtform + trajectory of Emmanuel identity + cultural calling for Anointer (Christ) + Confederation endeavors + Council of Saturn working with other Councils to project manage Logoi desire to further experience the Creator’s Self as Face to Face encounter with Itself in veiled 3rd density condition + the entity known to us as Jesus saying yes to the mission
•Joshua Christ Event: was 1) development in Creator’s self knowledge, 2) development in logoic archetypal mind, 3) Yahweh/Emmanuel self knowledge development, 4) installs the forgiveness principle; 5) creates an efficient pathway to gnosis of self as creator through relationship (i.e. unitive consciousness) 5) it was an inter order of magnitude complex
Topics include: oversouls, higher selves, quarantine, Council of 9, and development of the sub-logos
This is part 2 of a long conversation between Doug and Austin. See part 1 for more comprehensive show notes. Thanks!
This is part one of two episodes that capture the in depth discussion of a holistic perspective (informed by the Law of One metaphysics) regarding UFO's, disclosure, and the process of moving into fourth density.

If we are to examine the Confederation Yahweh that is presented in the Law of One Material and in the Q’uo channelings1, we must first turn our focus upon the perennial spiritual questions that have always perplexed and delighted humanity.
My working definition of the Creator, or God, or the Ground of Being, or Reality, is this:
The Creator is the who, the why, and the how of eternal becoming.
Through the development of Yahweh's gnosis of self as Logos, which is predicated upon the relationship between Yahweh as Creator and third-density Earth's planetary social complex (a communitarian organism) as Creator, the One Infinite Creator refines the Creator's Original Cognition to include a new twist. The Creator learns what it is like to enter into solidarity with Creatorself as third-density humanity. This step in the Creator's experience is called "Emmanuel" (Yod Heh Shin Vau Heh). Finally, with the Jehoshua Gestalt, the Creator through the medium of the sub-Logos (sun as Yahweh) comes into Earth's spacetime experience. This ushers in a new Archetype in the Creator's most articulated archetypal system of sevens. The new Archetype could be called Paschal Mystery and it is one of encounter. In other words, the Creator's own self-gnosis evolves in something like this:
I am [Yahweh]
I am with you all [Emmanuel]
I am in it with you all [Jesus]
I am within you all [Indwelling Presence]
I am you all with each other. [Panentheism in solidarity]
I am you all within each other [Panandroism within Panentheism]
I am you all within each other becoming I am [Panexperiential Relational Processism]

Doug wanted to find out what a professor of philosophy who is an expert on Alfred North Whitehead's Process Philosophy might say about the metaphysics of the Law of One material. Both of us discussed the importance of finding ways to help people live wholeheartedly in the immediacy of their lives.
Show notes:
Matt Segall, PhD, is a transdisciplinary researcher and teacher applying process philosophy across the natural and social sciences, including the study of consciousness. He is Assistant Professor in the Philosophy, Cosmology, and Consciousness Program at California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, CA. Follow his work at Footnotes2Plato.com

34.4 Questioner: Thank you. Would you define karma?
Ra: I am Ra. Our understanding of karma is that which may be called inertia. Those actions which are put into motion will continue using the ways of balancing until such time as the controlling or higher principle which you may liken unto your braking or stopping is invoked. This stoppage of the inertia of action may be called forgiveness. These two concepts are inseparable.
17.20 [...] In forgiveness lies the stoppage of the wheel of action, or what you call karma.
I reflect with a friend on ways to interpret mystical Christianity from a Law of One perspective. My friend is a practicing Catholic with a high mystical bent. She enjoys other spiritual material such as the Law of One material, which enriches her understanding of how to live out her faith in practice.
This episode took place between Doug and a friend who is a spiritual seeker committed to serving others from the seat of unity of love and wisdom. For those interested in the Law of One, Doug's understanding of the energy centers are informed by this material as well as his 22 years of counseling experience. Doug edited this conversation to preserve confidentiality.
This presentation is a deep(ish) dive into the Law of One's Catalyst of the Mind Archetype. For those interested in Ra's Archetypes, a study of the Catalyst of Mind can be important to learning how to process our catalysts with greater love.

Without discipline, we do not go deep. We must have the will to grow and then the faith to believe that our will bears fruit. But whatever we will, must move from just a nice idea into an embodied or incarnated action. Otherwise, whatever inspiration we receive through our intuition doesn't get planted into the garden of our third-density lives but instead keeps getting blown around by the winds of unprocessed daily catalysts [*].
Our Building 4th community shared our Spiritual Practices with each other in order to help each other (and anyone listening through the podcast) plant and grow.
Here are some of our disciplines:
*60.26 Questioner: There has been, for the past 30 years, a lot of information and a lot of confusion, and in fact, I would say the Law of Confusion has been [chuckle] working overtime, to make a small joke, in bringing information for spiritual catalysis to groups requesting it, and we know that both the positively and the negatively oriented social memory complexes have been adding to this information as they can. This has led to somewhat of a condition of apathy in a lot of cases with respect to the information by many who are truly seeking but have been thwarted by a condition of what I might call spiritual entropy in this information. Can you comment on this and the mechanisms of alleviating these problems?
I am Ra. We of the Confederation are at the call of those upon your planet. If the call, though sincere, is fairly low in consciousness of the, shall we say, system whereby spiritual evolution may be precipitated, then we may only offer that information useful to that particular caller. This is the basic difficulty. Entities receive the basic information about the Original Thought and the means, that is meditation and service to others, whereby this Original Thought may be obtained.
Please note that as Confederation members we are speaking for positively oriented entities. We believe the Orion group has precisely the same difficulty.
Once this basic information is received it is not put into practice in the heart and in the life experience but instead rattles about within the mind complex distortions as would a building block which has lost its place and simply rolls from side to side uselessly, yet still the entity calls. Therefore, the same basic information is repeated. Ultimately the entity decides that it is weary of this repetitive information. However, if an entity puts into practice that which it is given, it will not find repetition except when needed.
Doug and Leon discuss Leon's journey from deep depression to healer of other people as he learned about plant medicine and its gift for human consciousness.
In this presentation, I (Doug) speak with a friend about knowing ourselves and others, accepting ourselves and others, forgiving ourselves, and others, becoming agents of balance, and constantly seeking to open ourselves more to love. We touch upon the energy centers, Anchored Self and Floating Self, the dwelling place of the spirit, and the game of the Floating Self which involve power, prestige, and possession. For those students of the Law of One material, you will find this episode to be a practical application of some of the material's most important points about spiritually evolving.

Our Building 4th community member, Neal, presents on the inner planes according to various sources that have inspired him. The Inner Planes are a wide variety of planes/realms, known under many different names. It is where we go between lives. The inner planes are greatly populated with a very wide gamut of personalities. Neal sources for this presentation include the Ra Material, Q'uo, and Michael Newton.
Session 17.36
Questioner
•I’ve heard that there are seven astral and seven devachanic
primary levels. Is this correct?
Ra
•I am Ra. You speak of some of the more large distinctions in
levels in your inner planes. That is correct.
Session 17.37
Questioner
•Well, who inhabit the astral, and who inhabit the devachanic planes?
Ra
•I am Ra. Entities inhabit the various planes due to their vibrational
nature.
•The astral plane varies from thought-forms in the lower extremities to
enlightened beings who become dedicated to teach/learning in the
higher astral planes.
•In the devachanic planes, as you call them, are those whose vibrations
are even more close to the primal distortions of love/light.
•Beyond these planes there are others.

I've adapted this method from the work of Dr. Kristin Neff, PhD (https://self-compassion.org)
There are seven steps:
1) Realize that you are "in shame."
2) Name that you are in shame (say out loud your to yourself, “I feel shame.”)
a) Stay in the present moment, in your body.
b) stabilize your awareness strongly so that you don’t get dragged back into images of pain
3) Fully accept that you feel shame. Be aware of bracing against versus embrace. Embrace your role as host that creates space for the energy of shame
4) Speak to yourself the way you would with whom you have warm relationship
a) validate and normalize your feelings
b) demonstrate that you are in solidarity with yourself. Create a subject-to-subject dynamic inside yourself.
5) Open your heart to the world and all of the people right now that are feeling shame or whatever that you feel. Be in solidarity with them. Tell them that you see them. You are in it with them; that you understand them.
6) Breathe in and bless yourself. Breathe out and bless them. Repeat for as long as you want
7) You are now diffused from the energetics of shame (or whatever else). Be aware that there will be temptations to start thinking about that “thing” that caused you to feel shame. You have learned that you have agency over the focus of your attention. With dignity and integrity, stabilize your focused awareness into the present moment, and dive into doing the next right thing that is life-giving for you and for others.
This description is a rough first pass at my attempt to conceptualize "Metanoism" with someone else. I spoke with my friend and colleague, Brandi Reinhardt, LPC.
Metanoism is a psychospiritual approach to being of service in the world for those who feel called to help lighten the planetary vibrations.
Metanoism is conceptual and practical. It is an embodied psychospirituality that is praxis oriented.
It's worldview is metamodern and integral.

Praxis of Metanoism:
...
Hermeneutic: refers to the bias or interpretive lens through which we engage something.

I am Ra. [...] "The seeker which has purely chosen the service-to-others path shall certainly not have a variant apparent incarnational experience. There is no outward shelter in your illusion from the gusts, flurries, and blizzards of quick and cruel catalyst.
However, to the pure, all that is encountered speaks of the love and the light of the One Infinite Creator. The cruelest blow is seen with an ambiance of challenges offered and opportunities to come. Thusly, the great pitch of light is held high above such a one so that all interpretation may be seen to be protected by light." (Law of One, session 95.24)

The Law of One is clear that the many people are here now to help midwife Earth's fourth density vibratory conditions. The presentation pulls together Ra's descriptions of the Earth's third density. Ra's balancing technique helps us learn how to become the Creator by balancing our inner lives as we become more aware of what arises given the catalysts of the day. Doug offers another type of technique that is based upon the Law of One and the techniques of self-compassion. He calls this the Sacrament of Solidarity. Participating in the Sacrament of Solidarity is a kind of tapping into Intelligent Infinity and the result can be an explosion of love, joy, perspective, and integrity. Inner balancing naturally ensues.

This presentation takes place at the Retreat House Community Center in Richardson, Texas. Doug combines three teachings together to provide a deep, practical, and accessible synthesis of:
1) the archetypal wisdom of Jungian psychiatrist and spiritual director, Troy Caldwell, MD (retired),
2) the perennial wisdom of the Enneagram,
3) a modified version of Richard Rohr's teaching of the True Self/False Self, which Doug calls the Anchored Self/Floating Self

In this fourth part of the Universal Christ presentation, Doug ties in the Enneagram Types with the Anchored Self, Floating Self pedagogy to reveal a more comprehensive exploration of how the Universal Christ is present in and through the human consciousness.

In this third part of the Universal Christ series, Doug continues to speak to a group of colleagues who work together in the financial sector where they teach their clients how to become good stewards of their money and use it to bring about more justice and solidarity with others who struggle socially and economically. Doug introduces the concept of the the Anchored Self and Floating Self, which builds upon the teachings of Richard Rohr, OFM. How discusses ways in which we can learn to embody our Anchored Selves more and more, while using our Floating Selves to do good in the world.

This second presentation on the Universal Christ continues to draw our attention to God's perfect symmetry between the macroscopic and the microscopic. Secondly, Doug speaks about the pattern of Love's own becoming in which there is always a dying and rising, loss and renewal, losing and gaining. This paradox is exquisitely exemplified by the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Drawing upon Richard Rohr's teaching, we see that Jesus is a visible icon of an invisible universal Reality. To find out what God has been up to for the last 14 billion years, look at the life of Jesus; and to find out how to interpret the life of Jesus, engage with God's "first Bible:" creation and its cycles of transformation. There's perfect symmetry there, too.

Cosmic laws provide the structure of the Creator's evolution in knowing Itself. The Law of Doubling, or also known as the Law of Squares, finds its origin right at the headwaters of the Original Thought and the Original Desire. It is true on a physical level (think of how cells exponentially multiply from a zygote to a human), psychological, and spiritual. The Law of Doubling gives us a metaphysical insight as to how seeking (and finding) works, whether that seeking is internally endeavored by one person or by a group of people focusing upon one thing.
