How To Surrender & TRUST The Universe's Plans, When Nothing Seems To Be Going Right..
Yesterday I had planned, gotten ready for and shot a FULL YOUTUBE video... BUT as I finish recording the entire video, I realize that NO audio has been recorded (it is not the first time this has happend lol)… This was a small little annoyance compared to other challenges that we humans face in life BUT I’ve been practicing this one method that helps me TRUST THE UNIVERSE’S PLANS through those either BIG or small annoyances that we all face frequently.

Michelle's Bio and background
Dr Michelle Braude qualified as a medical doctor (MBBS) at University College London (UCL). During her medical studies, she completed a BSc degree in Nutrition at King's College London.
Being passionate about nutrition and healthy living, soon after graduating she decided to set up her own nutrition practice, The Food Effect in 2012, which soon became hugely popular thanks to the results and success of many happy clients.
Michelle combines her knowledge in the fields of medicine and nutrition, as well as her passion for cooking and all things food, to help clients with medical conditions, as well as those looking to lose weight, improve their diet, and optimise their overall health and well-being.
Michelle also runs a popular online blog The Food Effect www.thefoodeffect.co.uk and she is regularly featured as an independent expert in The Times, The Daily Mail, The Telegraph, Hello! Magazine, Women's Health, Marie Claire, Healthy Diet, Byrdie Beauty and Healthy Food Guide Magazine.
She is the author of the bestselling book The Food Effect Diet, which was serialised by The Times UK in January 2018. She launched her second book, The Food Effect Diet Vegan in January 2020, and she is a Mum to 3-year old baby girl called Sienna (who is a food lover too!)

JennyRebecca’s journey as an artist started off in the opera world in NYC, then Berlin, where, in the midst of her classical music career, she discovered songwriting and spontaneous creativity through a daily song diary project (writing over 1,000 songs) that completely changed the course of her career from solely classical to folk- pop and songwriting. She has recorded with Grammy award winning producers like Charlie Peacock (The Civil Wars, Switchfoot) and Gordon Raphael (The Strokes, Regina Spektor), and has received favorable reviews from The New York Times and Musikfonds, Deutschland. She has released two albums and continues to write and release original music as well as perform classically at Monbijou Theater in Berlin.
JennyRebecca was a teaching artist for the Metropolitan Opera Guild in NYC and in Berlin, directed a theater project for middle eastern refugees called Theater Verbindet (Theater Connects) focused on healing and integration through creative arts. Her passion for wellness and healing through creativity led her to start a podcast and artist collective called ARTISTS RISING Co. She teaches voice & songwriting, as well as somatic singing and musical neuroplasticity, coaching artists in mental and emotional resilience and creative recovery.

I've chosen to name this podcast "Challenge Your Norm" because to me, it is when I step outside of my norm, of what I normally would do, and I challenge myself to do things that force me to grow, that I have felt the most fulfilled and joyful in life. It is when I experience myself take action and do that things that I previously had allowed my fear, discomfort and/or laziness hold me back from doing, that I gain the most confidence, self-trust and fulfillment. I want for us all to live life to it's fullest and to do so, we've got to Challenge our norm!
