Trashing Through Snow comes to a close with the Joe Dante horror-comedy Christmas classic, Gremlins! Despite being a huge success, this flick caught a lot of heat for being marketed as a kid friendly movie and ended up being deemed too scary according to some parents. If you ask us, those folks just need to grow a pair–of mogwai that is! Gremlins is the perfect gateway horror movie, and we'll stand by that! So, remember those three important rules, and don't buy your kids exotic pets because you just might end up with a gremlin in your house!

Discovering that the ring acted as a gateway to alien planets and alternate dimensions, he began sending various probes into the ring to investigate whatever might be on the other side. During his one of his tests, he accidentally brought back Keena (Penelope Ann Miller), a woman from another planet who he eventually fell in love with, leading to the somewhat improbable circumstances leading to his arrest.

With the passing of the Mama Loa, Lisa Fortier (Pam Grier) inherits the title of high Voodoo priestess. However, the Mama Loa's son, Willis (Richard Lawson), is not too happy about the decision. After consulting Torgo from 'Manos: The Hands of Fate' and given the bones of the cursed African prince, Mamuwalde – Willis ressurects Blacula (William Marshall) from his sanguineous slumber on the other side. Things quickly go south and it's up to Lisa, her boyfriend Justin (Don Mitchell), and some completely incompetent cops to stop Blacula's curse once and for all.
Will Pam Grier resist the vampires kiss and be able to cure Blacula via VooDoo? How much evidence is adequate to prove vampires exist? Why are these extra characters here except to beef up the kill count? Just exactly WTF happened with this horror movie? And even though we muse about possible improvements, we need this ending explained from a filmmaking stand point. It's not the best vampire movie, but it's certainly not the worst!
