Today, I’m going to talk about a more valuable aspect than a couple of random signs you ask for to show you are in the flow..

Signs you’re not in alignment.  These are the ones you don’t want to ignore.

We all know that when things don’t work out as planned you’re not in alignment.  It's a hard pill to swallow, but it is true.

The good news is, you can always work to get into alignment.

So don’t stress if things are going well.  You’re probably wondering if you can get in more in alignment.  There are pieces in this episode for you as well.

Signs you’re not in alignment:

1. You avoid taking action.
2. Your body starts speaking louder.  It will never lie!   You’re not sick, you are out of alignment.
3. You will not be able to see where you are struggling.
4. Things get delayed, held up, or one in a million roadblocks get put in your way.

Don’t ignore these signs.

Being aware, taking action and aligning yourself will allow for bigger changes and faster growth in your personal life and business.

There is a saying that goes, you only have one body so treat it like gold.

So many entrepreneurs continue to put it last. I’m not talking about eating right, meditating, or taking supplements. Those are all great, but putting these ‘healthy actions’ into place while ignoring your body will keep you unhealthy.

When we start our business, we typically have 2 goals.

Make money and create a lasting impact.

Then out focus remains on money and attaining those monetary goals.

I’m not saying there is anything wrong with making money.

In that pursuit, most entrepreneurs lose themselves as they continue to follow the ‘greats’ because they forget to check back in and align with their bodies and what will support them.

I did this, and I watch other amazing entrepreneurs do this. On the outside, they look so successful, but on the inside, their energy is out of alignment, they might disappear for a few weeks, have health conditions pop up out of nowhere.

This is because of their energy alignment. Or lack of it.

In this episode, I share with you 7 steps to connect with your BODY so you can obtain success your way without having your body block you on that path.

I see so many entrepreneurs get sick when they reach their definition of success because their bodies aren’t being supported. It’s not just about the food you eat or how you move your body.

7 steps to get aligned:

• Connect with your heart space
• Remove others beliefs, opinions, and traumas
• Discover why you want the things in your life
• Know your body and what it's communicating to you
• Get out of your head and release your ego
• Tap into how your body feels
• Connect with your soul

Bonus: Connect with your higher self(your actual higher self)

Taking these steps will help you get in alignment with your success so you can be the queen of your empire.

Some of the most powerful leaders have unknowingly used energy in their business.

Riches, Wealth, and infamous success.

That ‘knowing’ is never mentioned out of fear of being too ‘woo woo’ and scaring off their clientele.

They get Ideas out of the blue(downloads)

Can say something and it becomes a reality(affirmations)

They can see something and it becomes real(visualization)

They get a dream and follow it(psychic dreaming)

They just know and create it(connection to truth)

They can feel what needs to be done and take action(Empathic knowing)

So often you are taught to focus on strategy and logic and reject the downloads, affirmations, visualizations, being aware of your dreams, connecting to your truth and your knowing.

All of these are the missing pieces of why that success isn’t 100% re-creatable for you.

That strategy is not yours. You are different. Your frequency is different and that’s a good thing.

I fell into those same marketing traps.

I pushed, I bought the fear, I bought the trend, every time I sold a piece of my knowing. Each time getting poorer results and draining my confidence.

I knew I had to change.

This week fear is creeping back up in a very powerful way, but you don’t have to allow fear to control you. In this reading I show you when to give fear your attention, when to ignore it and how to move through the fear you’re feeling.

This week there are a lot of things coming to the surface to help you understand what is truly manifesting in your life. It’s important to make sure that you’re not allowing fear to manifest your future. Whatever lies deep often controls your future. The energy is helping you to access the depth of what you’re feeling. Use this to determine if you are going to choose to continue with these thoughts, or if you are going to choose new ones.

Your true sense of self is pushing to be heard and seen but fear is in the way. This is why fear is coming to the surface to help you to reconnect to who you truly are. You get to decide if you listen or not to the fear.

This week is about finding your “true north". Your “true north” is that light you can depend on and that truth that you allow to guide your life.

You’ll need this “true north” as things around the world begin to pick up.

This month conflict and controversy are imminent but you don’t have to get involved. Tap in to what your true north is and decide what deserves your attention.

This decisions is going to be the push for what is created in your future.

Things are shifting in the world. Don’t let fear change who you are or what you do. There’s a lot going on behind the scenes. You staying committed to what you truly want, desire and believing in can help you to manifest the things you choose in your future.

This week the energy is bringing some space for calmness and a bit of a reprieve so you have a chance to ground, catch your breath and check in with yourself. In this reading I’m gonna share with you how to find that calmness, embrace the reprieve and what you can do this week to set a strong foundation for moving forward and into May.

The last two weeks have been intense. Filled with fear, anxiety, frustration and exhaustion. Many people have been incredibly tired and have faced a lot of fears and overwhelm. The start of this week is giving you a chance to look within and to clear what’s coming up.

Take advantage of that space and don’t let things fester. Do you work and clear what arrises.

As we start the week you are going to start to to feel the energy lighten up and you’ll feel even lighter as you continue to do your healing. This slight let up in energy is giving you a chance for calmness and peace. But you must be the one to create that. You must be the one to ground yourself, center yourself and release the fears and doubts.

This space is also giving you an opportunity to align and to take action. Taking action is important and it’s vital for you to be able to move forward in the energy that you choose to. This week you might feel a burst of energy to start. Use this burst of energy in order to help you to take action.

This is also a week with a lot coming at you. Learn how to juggle things and place priority on them. There’s things that need your attention and there’s things that do not. The things that do not need your attention please be sure to let those go.

The energy this week is also encouraging you to connect with more like-minded people. Find people who resonate with you and you with them, to help support you as you move forward.

This week you are going to feel slightly better as long as you do the work. However, we’re not out of this energy yet. May is bringing in a lot of excitement and new opportunities but there also will be a lot of ups and downs and things that need to be taken care of. This week is a great opportunity to re-ground yourself, set your focus, set your intention and set that groundwork for the stability you are going to need as you enter into May.

The energy is intense! I’m not gonna lie.. There’s so much coming forward and emotions are running high this week and will continue to increase over the next couple weeks. In this reading I’ll offer insight and give steps you can take to feel more in your power and less emotionally charged.

There’s a lot going on right now in the world around you. Most of it is out of your control but has your full attention. The emotions you are feeling is showing you’re wrapped up in the details of what you see and experience in your life and around your life daily. You’re allowing these to control you.

It’s important you remember that everything you experience is based on your perception of what you are living and facing. Your perception is often NOT build ton truth, but rather your limited perspective, knowledge of the situation and the fear you have around it.

Last year you were asked to learn to stand in your power and now you are being tested. Every decision you make…. TEST. Everything you deep your truth… TEST…. Everything you are working to align with…. TEST. They are coming one right after the other. Yes help you to grow and to determine where more growth is needed.

This we can be a full on emotional roller coaster on top of feeling the intensity heat up all over the world with global situations.

You’re going to feel intense pressure around important situations in your life and in your business. The emotions are often coming from a lack of control and feeling like everything is falling apart. Things are not falling apart. What’s important for you to understand is that often times things have to fall apart so that they can come back together.

Trust me things are not falling apart things are being worked out for your greatest good.

As this feeling of overwhelm comes in there are several things I want to remind you to do.

1. Look at what you really fear and why. This will help you to curb your responses and over reactions.

2. Where are you trying to control the outcome. Is it a lack of trust? Is it a lack of Understanding? Is it fear for your safety?

3. What can you do about things work out right now? (hint. Most of the time there is NOTHING you can do. If there is than let go of fear and take action…)

4. What is important in this moment that you can control.

5. Take action on the things you can.

6. Let it go and surrender. THIS IS CRUCIAL.

This week there is some explosive energy moving in with the potential to shake up your world. But it doesn’t mean things are destined to be bad. In this energy reading I walk you through navigating this energy and how to get it to work for you.

This week the energy is going to come in to shake things up and force a change. In no uncertain terms is this to be derived as bad, but rather transformative in growth and awareness.

Each shift you have made over the course of your life, and most importantly one the last 18 months has newfound power and this week you’ll be able to use what you know about yourself to navigate through the energy that is surfacing. It is all about standing in your power and connecting to your truth.

I want you to know that this energy is moving things forward. There has been a stalled energy for the past couple months, but as this energy comes in, you’re finally going to feel things shifting and moving forward towards a new future for you and everybody else.

But what does forward look like?

This is a time for you get to decide what it is that you were creating and what it is that you desire. Use this energy to build design and commit. That means that knowing what your truths and beliefs are will help you to be able to decide how you’re going to move forward and what it is that you are going to be committing to as you as the process unfolds.

This is not an easy time but I promise you it is going to be worth it.

This can be a week filled with results and success if you play your cards right. In this week’s reading I help you see how to be prepared and what to do to achieve the results you desire.

Overall reading

This week the energy is picking up speed and intensity. It’s causing you to get even more committed to what it is that you align with.

There’s going to be a surge of energy that will be pushing you forward and asking you to do bigger things. These bigger things are things that have already come into your awareness and things that you have clarity on. So this week it’s not gonna feel as if you’re being pushed out of your comfort zone.

As this energy comes in one of two things can happen.

1.It can give you the push that you need to stand in your power and take action on the things that you desire therefore achieving results.

2.It can have you pulling back in fear uncertainty and doubt.

In order to be certain that number 1. happens, that you’re standing in your power and you’re moving forward, there a few things that you must do as you start your week. The first thing you must do is get centered and prepared right away. This means that you get clear on your direction and what you intend to achieve. Second, it’s important to recognize when you are experiencing resistance and fear. Things will come up to help you to move forward, so anything you’ve not cleared yet will resurface to help move you ahead!

As this energy comes in you could face stumbling blocks which bring newfound clarity this week. That’s OK. The stumbling blocks are helping you to clear away things that are keeping you from moving forward.

This is a week that will not be stretching you. It will just be asking more commitment and more aligned from you. It’s asking you to show your dedication to what you have already decided you are creating and choosing in your life.

Overall, this week is full of achievements and forward movement as long as you’re working in alignment, standing in your power and getting excited about the future.

This week it’s going to feel as if you’re standing still while everyone else is moving, achieving and succeeding. This is only your perception.

In this reading I’ll tell you what you need to know and how to clear up your perception so you can see truth more clearly.

Overall reading

This week you are being asked to slow down and think things through before you proceed. Even though you’ll be feeling this slowing down energy, there is still a lot going on and a lot needs your attention. It doesn’t mean to try to get it all done all at once.

Because of this heavy energy and this slowing down, you’ll have a desire to check out and disconnect. Disconnecting will serve you well, as long as it just from time to time and not extended period’s of time.

WIth this energy you will be experiencing some internal battles as you start to really be stretched into new things. These new things are also going to bring an increased level of anxiety about decisions you’re making and how to proceed forward.

This week you are also going to find there’s a very high tendency for overwhelm exhaustion and fatigue if you don’t pave yourself and et go of the stress.

Although stress is going to be prevalent for most people, your level of stress depends on your ability to detach and let go.

As the stress moves in it’s going to bring with it lots of self judgment regarding your progress or lack of progress, even if you know you’re doing great.

Here are three ways to shift your perspective:

1. See things through clear eyes. - Sometimes you aren’t the one with the clear eyes. If you can’t clear the misconceptions or fear, ask a trusted friend, colleague or associate to help you change your perspective na see what’s really going on.
2. Stop watching others - When your eyes are constantly on others you fail to see their reality and only see what they desire you to see. This is often only the highlight reel and not reality.
3. Look at how far you’ve come this past year or even just in 2021 alone.- I know you’ve made progress, but are you seeing it for all that it is?

This week it’s going to be important to get your footing and feel stable in the changes that have occurred so you can feel foundationally strong for the changes still to come.

This week you’ll face stumbling blocks and setbacks but only if you try to control or force what’s not meant to be.

In this reading I’ll share how to completely avoid most of the stumbling blocks.

The energy is intense and heavy. A feeling as if you have to really push to get things moving. Some things feel as if they are at a temporary standstill and this is OK. It doesn’t mean that they’re not meant for you it simply means there’s more that needs to happen first.

This week don’t waste your time trying to force what isn’t ready yet. Move on to something more productive. When you try to force things, they normally don’t turn out the way you want them to. When you take a step back and allow, things unfolds for your greatest good and for your benefit.

This week you could face some turmoil and conflict because of the thick energy. When interacting with other people or new situations, make sure that before you react you take a step back and look at the situation and then you can respond correctly.

Now the reason this energy is happening is because if you look across the globe there is an unsettling energy building up again and will continue to build way into April. I’m not telling you this to make you nervous. I’m telling you this so you have an idea of how to avoid the conflict and the struggle so things continue to work out the way you would like them to.

Be aware and watch how you respond to everything. This week slowing it down and being more conscious will benefit you greatly. Something the guides brought to my attention was cancel culture and the fact that it’s causing lots of anger, fear and a need for validation. Whether you’re involved in the cancel culture or not it can still affect you. Remove yourself from situations that bring you more stress and more struggle focusing, on what it is that you want to see unfold in your life. In order to get out of this energy also focus on gratitude, compassion and understanding. These three things will help you to change the energy around you no matter what that energy is.

There’s going to be a slow down this week that will allow for self reflection and adjustments. However it is important that you’re still showing up and taking action.

In this episode I walk you through balancing out your energy and how to do the inner reflection was still moving forward.

This week there is going to be a drastic shift in the energy that you are feeling right away. There’s going to be a slow down of the energy however is also going to have a slight having to it. This thickening or heaviness of the energy is going to cause you to feel a little bit weighted down. But even with the heaviness you’re going to feel like there’s less responsibility on your shoulders.

Now mid-week there’s going to be a very emotional time where you’re going to be questioning yourself. This will have you moving into self-assessment, moving into uncovering what it is that you would like to change about yourself and what you’re doing.

This week there’s going to be a lot of focus on the ego energy but it doesn’t have to be that way. You have the ability to shift this from ego to heart space simply by adding compassion, understanding, getting excited for the future and letting go of the past. Your goal is to re-define yourself which is heart space driven.

Business

This week in your business it’s important to work on your business and not necessarily in your business.

Last week we spent a lot of time growing your business making connections but moving things forward. There was a lot of working with clients, offering services and promoting, which was so helpful. You showed up and did all the things that were meant to do. This week is about redefining and doing the structural aspect. Working through your systems, working through your funnels, working through planning out content for the future.

This week is about slowing down of events but not of your time. That means that there will be less going on to distract you and take you away from the things you want to work on, however there will be more time focused on planning and strategizing for your business and for where you’re moving forward.

As we head into March there’s a big energy around moving forward, but that energy can also bring confusion about what’s best for you at this time.

Tune in to this weeks energy reading to hear all the details and understand how to attain clarity.

This week is bringing more of that fast pace energy and lots of changes. You are going to see changes in areas of transformation of self and soul. There are going to be shifts. There are going to be eye-opening clarity and some much needed forward momentum in your life and in your business.

However, as things unfold you are going to be pushing way out of your comfort zone in all areas and it will feel like it’s hard to keep up. It also has the possibility of feeling scary and like you’re not ready. It can bring confusion about what you are really meant to do, what you are ready for, and what you need to let go of.

The energy is not just asking you to get out of your comfort zone and show up this week, it is also asking you to make a permanent change. There is no more of these little changes or bouncing back and forth. This is about making a change that you’re going to keep in your life moving forward.

What you’ve been asking for is here but you have to make the commitment. These permanent change are a way for you to show the universe that you are committed to showing up in your life and in your business in a different way. The universe is basically asking you if you are ready for more greatness. You making commitments, showing up and taking action is giving the universe a big yes to that question.

One of the things that you want to look out for this week is the fear. Fear will pull you back into the old way but only if you let it. The fear that’s coming up can be easily dissipated by you showing up, doing what you need to do, changing the thoughts and beliefs about yourself and taking that action even if it’s in fear. Then, looking back and seeing all you’ve accomplished and more.

Remember what you’ve been asking for and trust that you’re ready. This is the Universe giving you what you asked for.

This week in your business is going to be a very busy time for acceleration and growth. This week should be all goal oriented while still going with the flow and allowing. That means that every single day you’re waking up, looking at getting things done at a faster pace with more certainty. You will most likely have more on your plate this week which is all OK. It will also help keep the fear down.

We are closing out February with a lot of energy as results, action and healing all start picking up and becoming more and more important as the week moves ahead.

In this episode I’ll share with you how you should be showing up and what to watch out for as the energy gets intense.

Overall Energy

This week is going to feel intense. There’s going to seem as if there is a lot going on all at once. So many things are going to be coming up and asking you to make a decision.  You’ll be asked to look at your todo list and see what there is. As you get going, you could be overloaded with things to handle and at times it could feel like you can’t keep up.

Other times this week it’s going to feel as if there is NOTHING going on and that you are falling behind and not doing what you are meant to be doing.  During that time you’ll feel the same pull of intense energy. This feeling of everything going on, but then again nothing going on at the same time has the potential to cause frustration and fear. This intense back and forth energy keeps your adrenaline high so that even when little is going on you’ll feel rushed like you should be doing something.

During these down times focus on letting go of the stress, trusting the process and allowing yourself the time to do what you NEED, not what you SHOULD do!  This will help to lessen the intensity of the energy.

Stress and overload are not going to help you accomplish things. It’s actually going to hold you back. Overcome this by uncovering where the origin of the stress is.  Address it first, even if it’s uncomfortable. Make the phone call, set up the meetings, post that content, have that discussion, whatever it is that is important for you to be doing now, take care of it so it’s no longer weighing on you.

This week Monday and Tuesday should be used for healing and releasing, take the time to let things go and close doors. Then move ahead into action. With each releasing, take an action. That helps to solidify the energy of moving forward.

One you’ve done your healing, let it go.

Don’t let things pile up and get overwhelmed. This is very much an action and immediate results time. That means that you should be taking action DAILY!  So much energy is going to be on you showing up and doing what is important for movement forward, and for you to achieve results. Go after what you want. This is not a week to downplay or hold back on your dreams.

This week is all about the power of love.

Love has the ability to heal all things and as a lot of the old wounds begin to surface focusing on love will help with the healing process.

In this video I’ll be sharing what you can do to make sure you don’t ignore what’s coming up while still taking action in your business.

The energy that’s seeping in is forcing old ones to come to the surface. These wounds present as memories, situations, triggers and evening photos and conversations with others. They are coming up once again to be shed for healing.

There are a lot of big changes that are beginning to take form energetically. You must release the things that you are holding onto from the past, to be a match for what is coming. If you aren’t a match, it doesn’t mean you are going to miss out, it means that the transition with the changes will be more challenging and stressful and could cause a slowing down of events for you.

Over the next 2 to 3 months these changes will build, expand and become apparent to many. Healing allows faster adjustment and a smoother transition into the new norm!

This week is all about the power of love.

Love is the most powerful healing energy around. It’s really all you need, especially as we begin to navigate this week. If you aren’t sure what or how to heal, simply use the energy of love. It’s available to everyone.

Where love is, fear, judgment and anxiety can’t be. So whenever you are feeling any of these undesirable emotions, focusing on love with move them out.

Love is expensive which means that a little of it goes a LONG way and will begin to move into all areas of your life.

Bring Love in to what ever needs a boost of energy, especially you!

This week it’s vital you focus on self love and acceptance. This will shift your confidence and cause growth in your business.

This episode is going to help you understand all the energy that supports the growth and the results that you desire to see.

This week the energy is asking you to slow it down.

The focus is still going to be on action, but much more aligned and desired action is being called upon. The energy is asking you to enjoy what it is that you do and to have fun. You don’t wanna be caught up in heavy energy, caught up in things that do not bring you joy or happiness in your work. By putting your energy into what you love, you allow it to grow at a faster rate.

The energy of trepidation is coming in and will cause fighting between your head and your heart. This is causing you to believe that your plans have slowed down, that your goals have shifted and that things are delayed. However, this is not true it’s just a false belief and fear coming up that’s from Ego. As you shift from head to heart your perspective needs to shift as well.

Two weeks ago I spoke about anxiety energy. This week we are asking you to be wary of it again. Asking you to recognize where your fears are. The Universe is helping you by showing you where you’re holding yourself back and are holding on too tightly to the past narrative that no longer serves you or serves us as a whole global community.

This week it’s important for you to recognize what’s possible. Recognize the power that you have and the abilities that you hold and then go out and do what it is you do best.

This week there are two overwhelming energies that are coming forward.

The first is anxiety and the second is patience.

In this video I’ll walk you through all you need to know to stand in your power with trust this week.

As you start the week it’s going to feel as if there is some thing you’re missing or forgetting. Something you are not seeing. This feeling of anxiety and overwhelm is surfacing from a past event that needs to be healed and cleared.

This feeling is going to be constant and can be very distracting. It can cause you to react to things instead of responding in your power and trusting the outcome.

Anxiety over your life or a situation this week is going to have you wanting to figure things out right away, but that’s not going to be beneficial. As this overwhelming anxiety comes in you’re going to want to get rid of it and you’re going to want to settle things quickly, but patient is key. Patience is what’s going to help you to uncover what it is that’s underlying and what it is that needs to be healed.

Remember, these feelings are surfacing from past events and past traumas that are ready to be released. If you try to rush the process you are goin to miss things and you won’t actually do the healing.

There could also be a feeling of needing to be somewhere else or doing something more. Impatience is triggering a response deep inside of you. This response is a lack of trust.

Look at where and with whom you are lacking trust as trust is incredibly important this week. The more you lean in and stand in your power the more trust you will have for the events that are unfolding in your life.

Business

This week it’s important to give space to what is needed. Do not rush things in your business. This is a time to let things unfold the way that they’re supposed to.

However, it’s important to point out that it is still an action focus week. Some of the things you are working on may be taking more time and need more planning. Be sure to dig into what needs more time and what is ready to go forward right now.

This week emotions are running high and there’s a strong energetic pull toward needing your opinions and beliefs heard.

In this video I’ll show you what to look out for and how to not get sucked into the drama, and conflict energy that is around everyone.

When you look at the energy this week it looks as if every emotion is bubbling to the surface. You are going to be feeling some very strong and impactful emotions that have the potential to disrupt your day and to push you off course.

There’s a lot going on but you don’t even have to be watching or listening to all the world drama to feel the energy.

Energetically the world is in a pressure cooker. All types of emotions are coming to the surface. As a global community we are in a transformational period and are in the process of making huge shift in many areas. His shift is happening for everyone and as it does things must be released. The releasing consists of emotions, old beliefs, manipulation energy and actions.

But people don’t like change and as the energy of change becomes stronger and stronger the emotions will get more and more powerful.

So what can you do?

1. Recognize how you’re feeling and what emotions are going up. Don’t ignore them and don’t be too consumed with your day and avoid them.
2. Release the emotions you are feeling that are disempowering without lashing out or directing those emotions at another.
3. Choose how you want to feel. Do not make excuses that you can’t or it doesn’t work for you. You have the power to choose Every time!
4. Take an action that supports how you want to feel!

There are also emotions involved in business this week as well.

Some frustrations are coming to the surface to be addressed in regards to not feeling like you’re moving fast enough. This is not the truth. You’re not seeing things for what they are.

Put things down, take a step back and see things differently. Again, you have the power to do this.

Once it’s cleared it’s time to start making decisions and taking serious action.

Success is something that everyone craves. It’s something we all work toward in life.

But how do you actually achieve it?

What does it take to truly be successful?

In this episode I share with you the three things you must look at in order for you to create a day, a week and a month that are all productive and reach the level of success you are working to achieve, and what that level of success actually looks like.

This episode is all about being organized and staying productive. I often find that people mistake being busy, doing an unlimited amount of things and showing up everywhere as being productive.

But that’s not what true production looks like. Here I walk you through three aspects to being truly productive and organized so that you can show up in your business in a way that allows you to reach true success.

1. Determine what being successful looks like for you. - If you do not know this you can not achieve it. People often don’t know what success really is. Freedom, money, fame, result, impact, feeling in flow, having an affect on others, effortless life, all of those things can constitute success. What is it for you?

2. What does your business need to achieve this level of success? - Each business needs something different. Each business requires a certain amount of time. Knowing what your needs specifically will allow for greater productivity and increased flexibility.

3. What do you need to show up daily in the energy of success? - It’s not just about showing up and forcing yourself to do what is necessary. There are things you can do for YOU that will support your energy, mindset and physical needs to achieve this level of success.

4. Create that perfect day, week and month to achieve the goals and success that you desire. - You get to decide what each and every single day looks like. Start deciding that today.

I know that you have the ability to achieve all of the success you desire. But wishing for it and actually planning to accomplish it are two very different things.

There is going to be a lot of high flying energy this week that will support big ideas and advancements for you and your business. In this reading I’ll explain exactly what to do with the energy and when to make your move!

This week there’s a lot of excitable energy around that’s available for you to tap into to create and to make moves in your business.

The thing to know about excitable energy is that there’s two aspects of it. One, is it can be a really good way to advance ideas and progress in your business by tapping into that excited energy looking forward to what’s coming, feeling the joy and allowing the momentum of he energy to move you forward.

But there’s also the excitable energy that can turn into fear-based, can turn into Ego power and control based energy. This Ego excitable energy is not one that’s going to help you to move forward so be aware of which energy, either excitement or true fear-based energy you are tapping into.

In order to avoid the fear-based energy you are going to want to remove feelings of lack, competition and jealousy. You also wanna alter inconsistencies in your behavior. Those really high up, then downs, and the excited then scared waves are what causes you to remain stuck and having to repeat things over and over again.

You want to stay consistent and committed and you want to be showing up daily, so institute some rituals and structure, some morning routine, some afternoon routines and new ays of showing up in your business to help you to stay committed.

Also want to have patience for the process. There’s lots of things that are going on, lots of things that are unfolding and it is a process as everything works out.

In your business.

You should work to institute a plan this week that you will be following through on daily. Don’t just try things and hope they work. Have a clear set plan and getting all of the details and create a strategy to achieve what it is that you’re looking to achieve.

There’s lots of opportunities and ways to go about achieving things new ideas and advancements in your business. Make sure you look at what is best for you. There’s so many ways to do business so don’t commit to all of them. Choose the one most aligned. Remember slow and steady is going to win the race.

With all this excited energy this week, there’s going to be a feeling of exhaustion, lots of work, so much to do and not enough time. Be sure to take time for you. Time for what it is that you need, time to relax, time to re-focus, time to stay committed and make sure you have those patients.

Welcome to 2021 and an opportunity to set a new stage for yourself.

People set goals, intentions and new years resolutions and often don’t reach them because of things they can control. In this video I’ll tell you what you need to do and be aware of this week so as you can start 2021 in the right energy.

This week is going to continue to be intense but also fast moving. You’re gonna have a feeling that you have to jump right in and be the first to do things. The first to launch a program, the first to speak on a certain topic, the first one to get those clients.

This week it is SO important to have that excitement and enthusiasm, but it’s also very important to stay centered and connected and NOT just jump in without being int he right energy and taking your time to make sure you’r din alignment.

This week it’s important that you feel instead of think your way through your day. Stop trying to logically think your way into your life and what you believe you should be doing.

In order to stay more in alignment you want to be sure to remove the feeling of rushing. Rushing means you have fear around something not being available to you or not working out.

Remove the feeling of needing to get it done quick. Often that feeling means you have a fear of not trusting and a scarcity mindset.

Alignment is crucial for being able to attain your goals and keep the energy supporting what you are doing. When taking action be sure to move head when it feels light and free.

2021 is going to be all about calculated action, aligned action and not forcing.

This week also good to spend time getting excited for what you’ve planned for this year and all that you want to accomplish. While you do that it’s important for you to look at fears and resistance around them. We often jump in, without clearing the resistance, and within a short amount of time, the passion dies.

To prevent that, this week allow for steady build and check alignment.

We all want 2021 to be a better year than 2020. To do that there are some key aspects to be aware of and to take action on right now.

This is the last week of the year and in this reading I’ll share what you should be doing to be completely ready to step into 2021.

Main Energy

This week there is a potential for physical symptoms to show up for you.

Symptoms can include headaches, muscles aches, joint pain, injuring yourself, stomachache, runny nose, cough, or anything that you can think of.

What these physical manifestations are asking of you is to slow down and pay attention. They want you to go within and look at what you are not giving your attention to and what you are pushing away because it makes you uncomfortable.

There’s a likelihood of the physical symptoms to increase if you’re not aware of yourself and what you need to work on. There’s also a potential for a total slow down in your life on all levels this week if you’re forcing or pushing and not flowing.

In order to navigate this week successfully and in an energy that is supportive of what you need, you must take time for you this week.

That means slowing down, doing self-care, journaling, doing things that help you feel better and more fulfilled.

There’s still a lot of intense energy around and it is continuing to build as old layers and beliefs that you hold onto are being shed. This is going to help you to move into 2021 with the focus you need.

We are in the middle of the full moon right now and so there is even more energy surrounding you regarding inner reflection and change. This full moon is all about taking care of you doing what you need to so it’s stressing the self-care aspect.

There’s a basic message this week that everything is being focused around. Stand in your truth, remove anything that takes away your power and brings you fear.

This week is a great time for reflection, contemplation, and to evaluate your life and business.

It’s time to make drastic changes and commitments. That means on all levels. Changes are never easy and in order to make substantial changes you must release od ways of thinking, doing and being.

This is also a great week to invest in you and your future.

There are some major energetic shifts happening around you and within you in the coming days. In this video I’m going to tell you exactly what to expect and how to maximize the transformation aspect of all this energy.

Today is a special planetary alignment that’s not happened in a very long time and although I do not do planets or astrology, I’m reading the universal energy to help you to understand what’s coming about in the next several days.

The energy is preparing you to move into a year where you are more aligned with the truth than you ever have been before. This is not a time to hold onto fear, anger or greed and the energy is working to help you release it. It’s asking you to do the work and be present so that you can heal and release.

But it’s also asking you to slow down in order to speed up. Slowing down means to be purposeful, connected and to be action oriented.

In order to be action oriented, you must take very deliberate and thought out actions that will create big energetic shifts that result in your movement forward faster.

This week there will feel like there’s a need to hustle, for fear, for anxiety, regrets, grief, and lots and lots of judgment. Check int o explore reasons behind what you’re feeling.

Spoiler alert….. The underlying energy is a lack of belief in self.

Energy moving in is fostering greater confidence, connection and conviction towards greatness, which will allow for a very deliberate shift in your energy to allow for a powerful force within you for 2021.

It’s gonna be important for you to pay attention to how you feel and respond. Go easy on yourself and take time to relax. Remember it’s asking you to slow down.

This week should be focused on doing the preparation work for who you’re going to be in 2021.

You always have a choice as to who you are and what you do and in this video I’ll give you pointers on how to decide what that is going to be for you and how the energy will support that transformation.

This is very important as we build toward the new energy coming in for 2021 that you placed extra attention on you and who you are / will be moving forward.

This week energy is going to bring you back to a deeper connection to your heart. This is going to help with the shedding of who you are no longer willing to be. The energy and situations all around you are going to help to expose things about yourself you’ve been avoiding and denying. This energy is going to help you to bring more clarity and purpose to your life.

It is important to you grow as it will help to open up some of your deepest desires and long-term goals, bringing the drive to achieve them up even more powerfully.

But this is not without fear and resistance. It’s going to be important that you look at all of the fear and resistance that is being brought up during this week. It’s going to be important that you give the fear and resistance attention it needs. Stop pushing it away and ignoring it. that will do nothing for your growth. Feel into it and allow it to leave.

This week there is going to be more back-and-forth energy. It might feel like you’re moving forward then you’ll be forced to take a few steps back. It’s all part of the process, allow and let go.

There will be a tendency to judge yourself. Turn that judgment into evaluating were you’re at, how you got there, and what you are going to do to move beyond this point. Placing blame is only going to hold you back.

Get excited about your dreams and your possibilities.

Business Focus

Your business could start to take a backseat this week as you focus on you.

Do not allow this or avoid responsibilities. Showing up in your business is VITAL.

Often work seems to be a daunting and overwhelming task when we have bigger things going on but work will help the pull you out of the slump. Look at how your business can support and foster your dreams. Make a plan and stick to it by taking immediate action.

Frustrations around progress, results and achievements can come up. See them for what they are. Do not make something bigger out of them. For they are not. They are exactly what you needed to get to where you are today so you can MOVE FORWARD!

Make a commitment to make steady progress forward and stick to it.

This week is full of important work to help maintain momentum and growth that you will need as you get into 2021 and the building up of energy right before the transition.

Truth is important.

It’s often the compass we move through life with. It helps us to know how to take action, what to believe, who to align with where to give our attention and when to adjust.

This week is going to bring a heightened level of stress if you allow fear or anger to take over. In this energy reading I’m going to help you to understand exactly what you need to do to stay grounded, to stay focused, and stay centered, so that you can decide what’s going to bring you the best results for you and your life.

OVERALL ENERGY

There’s going to be a slow start to the week as people do a lot of preparation for what’s to come. There will be a tendency toward boredom and discontentment that leads to overactive mind chatter and fear-based thoughts.

You overactive mind is going to increase your distractions and your internal conflict. I suggest that you slow down the mind and put attention on daily tasks and prepping for what’s to come in your life.

“What’s to come” is the focus of this week and it’s not just about this week and everything that’s coming, but there is a big shift in energy moving in as tension builds both internally and externally. You’re going to feel the heavy weight of that shift. There’s also going to be a rise in stress and conflict and in anger. There’s going to be feelings of being misunderstood and not being taken seriously and being disrespected.

It’s going to be crucial to focus on your own well-being while still staying aware of what’s going on around you. It’s important to stay grounded and calm.

Business Focus

This week continue to move forward implementing changes and letting go of what no longer is aligned. It’s important to stay present and committed but not over giving or under value who you are and what you do.

Time is of the essence as we move forward so stop putting things off for later or because you are feeling too busy OR that you’re not ready. Now is the time to take action. There are things that need your attention and their time is now. Commit and don’t let distractions get in the way of your accomplishments. Don’t let what’s going on in the world around you get in the way of what it is that you would like to accomplish and what it is that you want to see unfold in your life.

Chakra

The chakra of the week is root chakra. This is about being grounded, about being centered, about creating security with-inside your own life and trusting in your actions that you take.

Overall this week is going to be a test of your patience, your trust, your faith in your self, so lean into the energy.

This week you’re going to feel a little lighter, a little clearer and a lot more focused on your own personal needs and desires. There is still an intense energy of fear that is bubbling up so don’t get sucked into it. In this reading I’m gonna show you exactly how to stay focused, stay grounded and stay productive in your life and in your business.

Overall Energy

This week is going to be a busy week. There’s going to be a lot of things showing up things that are going to be needing your attention and a lot of opportunity for you to participate in different activities and different events.

But this is also a week that’s going to be super important for you to be incredibly productive. You’re going to want to be in the flow and more purposeful in the things that you do and the activities that you show up in. There’s going to be a lot of focus on getting things done and taking action in your life to move you forward but this is also a week where you will feel more relaxed. That relaxed feeling is only because there needs to be more of a focus on self. As you lean into this week and you find the flow be sure that you are giving yourself adequate time and attention. That focus on self is going to help you to re-distribute your energy and attention away from worldly activities and more to your personal life.

The energy is still raised, it’s still intense, but a lot of the energy is dissipating as people begin to get distracted with their selves. This is a good thing. This is going to allow you to get clear on your belief in self and what it is that you truly want to do.

There is a potential where you could feel as if there is so much to do and you’re running out of time. This is where that relaxing energy needs to come in. It’s going to be important for you to take a step back and realize what’s needed for you at this time; mentally; emotionally; and physically. There is a huge pull to get things done and be more clear in your actions and your desires. Use this energy to your advantage.

We are not out of the energy yet and this week could prove to be just as intense as last.

This week the turmoil and aggressive energy is going to continue forward as people shift and change. There’s going to be a huge lack of trust that begins to seep in. THis lack of trusting energy can show up in any area of your life, be it relationships, business, personal growth or finances. The lack of trust is demonstrating a fear and uncertainty in the future and ultimately uncertainty of self.

When we know self we are no longer questioning future. We know what we are capable of and what we put do to accomplish it.

This week there is also going to be miscommunication which leads to misunderstanding and conflict. Do your due diligence and remember that perception is only that which you are able to see right now. Expanding one’s perception and belief allows for deeper understanding and more profound realizations.

There’s going to be a lot of noise this week so do your best to find quiet time to find your truth.

Business

This week focus on expanding and building your business. Focus on what you can do to make a bigger mark with your business. Time to use your voice to be heard. And it’s not time to wait on others or for the perfect time. Focus on moving forward and building. There is so much to be thankful for. Find that gratitude daily. I

nvesting in yourself and trying something new are also very much supported.

This week is all about throat chakra energy. It’s learning when to use your voice and when not to. It’s learning and understanding why you are using your voice. And how are you choose to use it.

There’s heavy intense energy moving in fast this week that will be causing anger, aggression and outbursts of violence and we are going to cover how to navigate through it as you stand in your power.

In the spiritual world, as we seek fulfillment and alignment with self we are taught to release judgment. We work to let judgment go and to lean into compassion, understanding, acceptance and love.

What I’ve found is that people tend to give their power away in the process of releasing it.

This is NOT a good thing.

Although judgment holds us back, is a biased view, and always carries a negative energy causing more unfulfilling situations to perpetuate into our life, discernment is crucial.

Discernment allows us to have a deeper understanding of the truth while still maintaining boundaries, compassion, aligned choices and success.

In this episode of The Carrie Cardozo Podcast I help you to understand how detrimental judgment is to yourself, your business and your future while guiding you to see just how beneficial using your discernment is.

Intuition is that inner knowing of something that doesn’t use logic or reason to have an answer to any question you ask.

As a business coach I believe EVERYONE should learn how to use their intuition to get the answers they are seeking and I encourage them to use them.

As psychic I teach people exactly how to tap into their intuition, expand it and trust it.

Intuition is a shortcut to getting the results you desire in your business (and all areas of life) and is most aligned with you and your purpose. It enables you to reach new levels that you have not reached before, and to trust and believe in yourself in a much more profound way.

This week there are going to be rapid changes that unfold in your life and certainly in your business. Some of those changes will be unavoidable, but a lot of those changes are going to be ones that YOU have the decision to allow or to prevent.

Changes are uncomfortable.

Changes bring uncertainty.

But changes also bring shifts toward the unfolding of your destiny!

As you move through this week these changes are going to be important and the more you allow and embrace them the more your life will move into alignment with your bigger dreams and purpose.

There has been a huge shift in focus and attention on the heart space right now. There are things that are surfacing and coming to awareness for all of us that must be addressed from conflict with others to questioning what we are doing at this time. Emotions are running rampant and there are relationships that are needing love and attention.

Recently there has been so much chaos in our world, fear-based energy and worry which can often time lead us to feeling unsupported, unbalanced and unaligned with ourselves. Our world is changing into new energy and I know that everyone can benefit from some support, guidance and just Palin honesty. So in Episode 8 I discuss the 8 key steps to navigate, succeed and manifest in this new energy. It is time to step into this new energy and own who YOU are!

But the big question everyone is asking is how can you navigate through this new energy?

The first step is to disconnect from fear!! There is so much fear-based energy being spread through the media and even person to person revolving around the major issues happening in our world right now. Disconnecting from this fear-based energy does not mean ignoring all that is happening, it means choosing not to be fearful of everything but instead, working through the fears to see the truth of the situation. Fear blocks truth and disconnects us from being aware and conscious of what is really happening. Once you step out of fear and find your truth, you are able to feel more balanced and stand in your power to make decisions and opinions for yourself.

This is so important when moving through life. Think about how often this new fear from media and friends has held you back from doing what you once loved.

The second step is to ground yourself in nature daily. Now this might seem simple, and it is, but it is also crucial to balancing and centering your energy. All you need is Five minutes out of your day to go outside, stand in the grass and push your energy into the Earth. Nature and the Earth itself is a powerful tool and allows your energy to be cleared and returned back to you so you can feel more connected and certain in who YOU choose to be.

In Episode 8 I give you SIX more tools just like these you can use to feel connected to yourself and focused in this unsettled time.

In the past, and even still today, psychics are often seen as gimmicks, as entertainment, or as scam artists. People can hold great fear and resistance to doing anything professional with a psychic because of the lack of respect and integrity around the industry from the past.

There has been a LOT of mistrust in the psychic community and rightfully so.

I have seen people pretend to be psychic, to not tap into the energy correctly, and to prey on vulnerable scared and hurt people.

It’s appalling really.

But on the flip side, and one thing I am passionate about, is allowing people to truly see what psychics, ones with integrity and honesty, have the ability to do for you and your business.

Psychics have the ability to tap into energy in all areas, from personal to business and growth to success. We can see what a partnership and deal might look like or where the expansion of a company might not be planned for the right time.

Psychics can be amazing assets to help you make the important decisions and restructuring of your company but should not tell you what you HAVE to do.

I truly believe whole heartedly that you can manifest anything you desire in your life. You can have the money, the house, the partner, the car, the success, anything. What holds people back is their knowledge of what it actually takes to manifest these things and more.

In this episode I share with you the 5 simple steps you can follow to manifest anything you desire and why it’s so important to follow these steps.

Step 1 - Remove all limiting beliefs you have around yourself and what it is you desire. That means any negative self talk, anything that’s holding you back, any habitual language and narratives you have that are not supporting what you desire.

Step 2 - Stand in your power. Connect with a deeper aspect of yourself to build that new level of trust. You must see yourself in a different light, build a deeper relationship, and own your abilities and who you really are.

Step 3 - Get crystal clear on what you are choosing to call in. This is KEY! The Universe will bring you what you ask for, but if you are not clear on that you might end up with a picture of a horse you want to manifest and not the real live one!

Step 4 - ALIGN, ALIGN, ALIGN!!! HUGE part. Probably the most important aspect. You must be aligned in order to actualize what you want into your life. That means your vibe must be a match, you must stay in the energy, and it must be for your highest good!

Step 5 - Focus on the end result. You can often times get caught up in the how, which then increases your doubt and blocks your desires from showing up! If you focus on what things will be like once they manifest, then you have got this all in the works and just allow for it to come in.

Follow these five steps and watch your manifesting increase immediately!

Welcome to Episode 3 of The Carrie Cardozo Podcast. In this episode I share the 40 life lessons I’ve learned in the last 40 years.

I truly believe that there are times in our life when great reflection is needed and when we are being asked to look at our life in an honest way and for me it was this year.

I don’t know if it was the number 40, or the change in decades, or even just all the events of 2020, or possible all of that mixed together, but I’ve done a LOT of reflecting.

I’ve done a lot of looking at what my life has been like and what I’ve learned along the way.

Often times we can experience things in life and have it impact us in the moment but never really embody it or change our ways. This keeps us stuck and repeating the same things over and over again. But when we truly embody what life has given us, what life has shown us, then we have the tools we need to move forward in a much more aligned and impactful way.

Some of them were painful to learn, some of them I had so much resistance to, but all of them have shaped me into the person that I am today and I am forever grateful for them.

I share these lessons with you in hopes that you too can begin to see and acknowledge the lessons that you’ve learned in your life or ones you might be forgetting, and how mush they have helped you along your path.
