This week, we step into Pisces season, the final season on the zodiac wheel before the astrological new year. It's a time for reflection, inner exploration, and aligning our lives with what truly brings us joy.

As we move towards the Spring Equinox, this is the perfect opportunity to release what no longer serves us, making space for fresh beginnings. The last quarter moon in Sagittarius will highlight our desire for freedom and adventure while revealing what has been holding us back. With Mercury squaring Jupiter, we may experience an overactive mind—an invitation to expand beyond limiting beliefs. By the weekend, Mercury trine Mars will inspire us to turn obstacles into motivation, pushing us towards our long-term goals. This is a week to listen to our intuition, embrace inner wisdom, and prepare for the bold moves ahead. ❤️

This week Venus moves into Aries, bringing a fiery, passionate energy and a determination to follow our desires. So I thought I'd bring you something a bit different this week, and we do some affirmations to help you to believe in yourself and go after what you want. You can either listen and let these words wash over you, feeling the truth of them deep within, or you can repeat them aloud or to yourself, after me. I've made this one short and sweet so that you can do it every day this week. Just wait and see the difference it makes.

We've got another really big, bold, beautiful week this week. Last week was a big week around 'you', around real self-discovery and beginning to know, own, accept, understand and love all of yourself. This week now brings the embodiment of that. It asks us to really anchor that into being and will lead us into this year as more of who we authentically and truly are. Please use the energy of this week. It's time to reintroduce yourself. Many of us try to fight against nature at this time of year, we're already exhausted after December festivities. Yet we push ourselves out there into a cold, dark world to hit the ground running, when it's likely still hard and frozen over. I think that's why many of us slip up in January, or are at least exhausted by the time the year and nature begins to truly come back to life in March. How much more in flow would we be if we granted ourselves the grace of pausing, retreating and resting in January, if we turned our awareness to true self-care and laying the groundwork for the year ahead through self-reflection, self-awareness and giving ourselves what we need to be able to grow into the best version of ourselves that we can be. We are now in the final waning lunar cycle of 2024, this is our final big release point of the year as the moon wanes over the next two weeks.

This is also the darkest time of year as we move towards the winter solstice on Saturday. This is a time where we should to be conserving our energy for what's ahead. I know this is a very busy time of year, but if you can carve out just a little bit of time this week to go inwards - just like nature right now - you're really going to feel the benefit as we move into new beginnings with the winter solstice and the return of the sun, and the traditional new year. ❤️

We have a beautiful week again this week, ending with the Sagittarius new moon on Sunday 1st December. First of all, a public service announcement, Mercury is going to station retrograde on Tuesday. But as always, we are not going to fear the retrograde, in actual fact, this Mercury retrograde is a beautiful retrograde that is here to really, really help us to slow down and take notice.

This is one of the times of year that we fight against nature the hardest. Everything in nature right now has gone into deep stillness, deep silence, deep beneath the earth to begin to nourish and nurture and gather and rest. And this is the time of year that arguably we then do the exact opposite, the whole world around us lights up and we're called to go here to there and I honestly believe that is why we normally get to the end of a year and we are so frazzled and burned out and exhausted.

This is a week to slow down, go inwards, explore your inner world. Hold yourself really gently, and align with your deep dreams and desires.❤️

We don't have a lot of planetary activity this week but what we do have is major, starting the week with a Mercury cazimi on Monday, and of course, the Libra new moon solar eclipse on Wednesday. This eclipse can bring huge shifts, closing out old chapters to allow you to create new beginnings.

So it's a big week ahead, a week that's going to pivot us into a new timeline, a new dimension, a new beginning, a new version of us. And things start to get really exciting from here because you get to write what comes next in the story of your life.

✦ About this week ✦

We've got a big shift in energies this week. You'll be happy to know it's going to help us to go down a gear after all the big Gemini energy - which has been wonderful for ideas and inspiration coming in, but it's also felt like a lot, as it's felt like we’ve been pulled in many different directions.

Over the past few weeks we've been working energetically with our minds and the noise in our heads and how our thoughts create our reality. We've been very up in our heads, in the busyness of our heads, in the busyness of the outside world. The shift into Cancer season is going to help us to now slow down a little bit.

This week we have the summer solstice, the longest day of the year, on Thursday. Use the solstice to look at who you want to be and what you want to make of the next six months. We also have the Capricorn full moon on Saturday, the first of two Capricorn full moons, which is really powerful, powerful energy. This full moon is going to help us to build something for the long term and to look at our long term goals.

This week is going to give us a really beautiful opportunity for a lot of inner healing, a lot of inner growth and a lot of self discovery. We've got a dreamy week this week that's going to help us to really work with the energies of
the Jupiter cazimi. This is going to start to put things into motion and help you to believe that you're worthy and deserving of what you want, perhaps starting to explore or change certain beliefs you hold and notice if they're not aligned with where you want to go in life.

We do still have an awful lot of solar activity going on too  - solar flares and solar storms - and I know many of you are feeling this, so go gently with yourself at the moment. Give yourself plenty of time to rest when you feel that you need it, as this is going to help you to be able to integrate all these other energies that want to come through to help us to really begin to move forwards in a new way.
