In 2001 Jim began studying esoteric subjects and has sought personal experiences as a means of validating his understanding of the breadth of reality. What began as an interest in near-death experiences expanded to include other spiritually transformative subjects.

Jim has attended four residential programs at The Monroe Institute (TMI), participated in numerous programs sponsored by the Rhine Center, spent 2 weeks at an ayahuasca retreat in Peru, and has engaged in multiple holotropic breathwork sessions.

If we are to connect with the spirit world and be able to separate the feeling of our own soul's energy from the subtle energies outside of ourselves, it is first vital to become sensitive to and aware of how our soul's energy, apart from our bodies and physiological systems feel.  Sitting in the power enables us to reconnect with our spirit bodies, remember our true nature and blend our energy with that of the greater universe, with source energy.  Sitting in the power connects us with our higher selves, which ultimately helps us to hone our intuitive abilities and to know ourselves, not as we have learned to do here in the physical world, but to rediscover our pure essence independent of our earthly persona and corporeal envelope.    It is recommended that you do this meditation as often as possible, and that you incorporate this practice into your regular routine.    Sitting in the power has been a vital part of my growth as a psychic medium and I have been doing it almost daily for years.  If this one resonates, feel free to do it again and again, or try others found here on YouTube and mix it up.  Just be consistent and watch your spiritual abilities strengthen and grow.  I intend that this meditation bring you peace and confidence in your own intuitive abilities.

Heidi Craig’s Near-Death Experience (NDE) occurred on May 29, 2004, after having her youngest son.  She was 34 years old.  Her heart stopped while she was in the OR and she “woke up” in heaven….or what she likes to call “home”.  She says that there are no words to truly express the feelings of love, joy, peace, warmth and contentment that she experienced.  She received three messages, over and over again.  It is because of those messages that she wants to share her story and spread the messages of peace and love that she received.      

She experienced a lot of challenges since her NDE occurred, including getting divorced, being laid off three time within seven years, experiencing financial hardships, and at one point she thought that she was going to live out of her car.  The gift of her NDE and the messages received helped her get through all those rough times.  Heidi no longer fears death and she knows that we are one, we are connected, and that our souls live on.

Chris Batts Is an author and motivational speaker. He has also been featured by Johns Hopkins University Press. In his book, "Boom-The Life and Times of a Suicide Near Death Experiencer", he speaks about how he was thrown in a dumpster by his biological mother at 6 months old. After losing her to a court judge, he then grew up in many different homes where he was treated horribly. Having had his confidence and self-esteem shattered by years of abuse, Chris chose to take his own life. Chris eventually became so depressed that  he jumped out of a moving car, attempting suicide. During his NDE, he met angels face to face who tried to deter him from taking his own life. His main message is to spread love to anyone who may need it as well as deter those who are suicidal away from it.
