Stevo is a music manager and A&R at United Masters. He could borderline run for Mayor given how well respected he is in the Atlanta community. MARCO PLUS is one of Atlanta's hottest up and coming rappers. Recently cosigned by J.I.D, MARCO's name is certainly buzzing around the city. There is no doubt about it: the kid has BARS. He's also got a hook game to match. It's no wonder why Jonny Shipes wanted him at Cinematic. With as much weed as MARCO smokes, it looks like he fits in nicely with Shipes' Smokers Club crew as well. In this episode of the One More Time Podcast, we interview Redd Push who talks about the remix for Money Mu's "Hittin" going viral, being the best A&R in Atlanta, Troy Carter as a CEO, and more!
Redd Push is one of the top movers and shakers in Atlanta's music scene and is someone who values relationships more than money. Currently, he manages Money Mu and is Sr. Director of A&R at Venice Distribution company founded by the legend Troy Carter (yes, the guy who was on Shark Tank). Redd got his start as a party promoter and ended up playing an integral role in helping artists break into the ATL market. Eventually, Redd found himself managing Sy Ari da Kid and really started to prove himself as an A&R by being extremely hands on with the music. What he ended up doing with Money Mu's "Hittin" record is proof that artists need to stand on songs they made and not give up on them so easily. Tane Runo is a platinum producer originally from Columbus, Ohio. His music journey started at a very young age. Inspired by the likes of Lil' Bow Wow, Tane did the child rapper thing for a minute but he also produced his first beat at the age of 4. He would eventually move to Atlanta, continue working on his production and consistently compete in beat battles around the city. With no placements under his belt, his talent caught the eye of A&R J. Hill and ultimately landed him a pub deal. Whereas he has Travis Scott, Earthgang, Nicki Minaj and more placements on his resume, it's safe to sat Tane is just warming up.Â

Getting his start interning at DTP's studio, he was sweeping floors, cleaning up dog poop and doing food runs. Childish Major was working out of DTP as he transitioned into an artist and valued Da'Shawn's honest feedback / ability to "work a room" enough to trust him with his career. One thing is for certain though: the man's pen game is strong. Whether you look at the his verses from Two-9 records or his solo projects like "Free Jace", it is no surprise that artists like G Herbo, Njomza, Kash Doll, and more trust him as a songwriter and Dreamville put his bars on one of their singles from ROTD3, "Costa Rica". In this episode of the One More Time Podcast, Kelechi talks about winning a Mountain Dew contest that changed his life, hip-hop and Afrobeats genres blending, going home to Nigeria for the first time, supporting Jidenna on a national tour, and more!
Kelechi is a first-generation American artist born to Nigerian parents. Starting out as a Christian rapper named Submit, he rebranded to his government name Kelechi after realizing his music was becoming increasingly autobiographical. He built a successful music business from there with recording / mix engineering added to a resume of well received records and tour support for artists like Wale, Chance the Rapper and Jidenna. After 10 years of pure rap, Kelechi has embraced a new sound leaning into the Afrobeats / Afropop genres and is feeling almost like a brand new artist. H3NRY and Playback Ben chat about what each means to them, the core differences / similarities, and the role they play in the creative process.

In this episode of the One More Time Podcast, Drumma Jai talks about selling mixtapes at a car wash, dealing with prejudice in a small country town, making drums out of anything he could find, an impromptu trip to SXSW with Authentic Empire and more!
Drumma Jai is the first producer guest on our show. He was born and raised in a small country town in N. Florida where he dealt with tons of prejudice as a bi-racial kid. After seeing the drumlins at FAMU, he immediately fell in love with the drums (no surprise based on his name). Believe it or not, Jai got his start DJing by after selling mixtapes out of his Tahoe that had enough sound system equipment for an arena concert. He made his way to ATL and DJ'd the club scene when he met Boomman and the Authentic Empire crew. With records on Foogiano and Euro Gotit's latest tapes, it is safe to say Drumma Jai is just getting started.
