The Dream World Podcast is about focusing on sleep & dreams to better your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. It is an interactive podcast, where anyone can join the conversation about exploring consciousness. Our goal is to bridge the gap between science and spirituality and normalize talking about dreams. We cover a variety of tips and topics on how to take care of the mind and body both in waking life and in the dream world. With an open mind, we investigate stories, anecdotes, research studies, myths, facts and everything in between, in order to explore the universe & all its mysteries🧠🪐 We love talking to oneironauts (dream travelers) and learning about their experiences with lucid dreaming and other out-of-body-experiences. ⛈ To join our community, go to https://thedreamworldpodcast.com/💡How can we learn from our dreams and apply it to our waking life? We as humans spend an entire THIRD of our lives asleep, where we sleepwalk through our dreams just as mindlessly as we walk through life. In our dreams, we visit another dimension called The Dream World. Wake up. Pay attention. 👩🏽🚀 Dreams are gifts that have a lot to teach us. Even nightmares can be transformative. “Lucid dreaming has considerable potential for promoting personal growth and self-development, enhancing self-confidence, improving mental and physical health, facilitating creative problem solving and helping you to progress on the path to self-mastery”.-Stephen Laberge. ⚡️💡 We often hear stories of people who’ve learned from their dreams or been inspired by them, such as Paul McCartney’s hit song “Yesterday” coming to him in a dream or of Mendeleev’s dream-inspired construction of the periodic table of elements, suggesting that dreams are more than just a byproduct of sleep. 🎙The Dream World Podcast was ranked #1 Lucid Dream Podcast on the web in 2024.

IASD provides a Dreamwork Ethics Statement
as a guideline for anyone who wants to discuss dreams responsibly.
Developed in 1997, it aims to honor the dream as well as the dreamer, and is used as the gold standard in dreamwork worldwide. Read the full ethics statement on asdreams.org/ethics-and-confidentiality
Here are 7 key takeaways:
1. Respect the Dreamer’s Integrity
Ethical dreamwork helps the dreamer work with his/her own dream images, feelings, and associations,
but doesn’t tell anyone what their dream means.
The dreamer is the decision maker when it comes to the meaning of their own dream. Listen, ask, reflect, and invite the dreamer to
draw their own conclusions.
2. Create a Safe Space
The dreamer should be forewarned that unexpected issues or emotions may arise in the course of the dreamwork. It might start as ‘just a dream’, but may end in an unexpected conversation. Even if it’s a short chat, make sure you
can’t be overheard or interrupted easily.
3. Keep the Privacy
Information and mutual agreement about the degree of privacy and confidentiality are essential ingredients in creating a safe atmosphere for dream sharing.
Assure the dreamer that you will keep what’s discussed to yourself, unless they tell you otherwise.
4. Let the Dreamer Lead
A dreamer’s decision to share or discontinue sharing a dream should always be respected and honored.Be mindful of body language, hesitations, or a
repeated ‘I don’t know’, as signs that this
conversation might be at it’s end.
5. Consider Multiple Options
Every dream may have multiple meanings. There are social, cultural, and transpersonal aspects to dream experience. Different techniques may be reasonably employed to touch these multiple layers of significance.
Instead of looking for one “true” meaning, help a dreamer explore different associations and ideas.
6. The Limits Of Dreamwork
Be mindful of the limits of the conversation.
Dreamwork outside a clinical setting is not a substitute for psychotherapy, or other professional treatment, and should not be used as such. If the conversation requires it, remind the dreamer with empathy that this isn’t therapy, and maybe get a nice cup of tea together.
7. Tradition Matters
IASD recognizes and respects that there are many valid and time-honored dreamwork traditions. We invite and welcome the participation of dreamers from all cultures. There are social, cultural, and transpersonal aspects to a dream experience. Invite the dreamer to educate you on their views on dreams.

Our deepest wisdom is sensation based: fluttering in the belly, a heavy heart, an open heart, the sensation of electricity running through the veins. Through sensation, we renegotiate the boundary between receptivity and resistance. Through sensation, we activate our inner resources and mobilize transformation. There are many names for this way of knowing: inner voice, inner wisdom, intuition, gut feeling, inner truth, felt sense.

Explore the inner fabric of yourself and start to pay attention to your breathing. People typically use breathwork to improve aspects of their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Breathwork is a Central Nervous System regulator and health optimizer. We use various breathing techniques to either up-regulate or down-regulate the CNS. It's incredibly effective at assisting those suffering with stress or anxiety. Conversely, the breath is used to create optimal physical conditions for performance and recovery. Sam Johnson is here telling me about how breathwork changed his life around, and how anyone can get started exploring this space. Breathwork can be healing and it can also be a means of exploring consciousness beyond the physical body.

Stephen LaBerge developed this method during his dissertation research to increase willful access to the lucid dreaming state. To read more about how to do MILD, click here

Do you ever wonder what Lebron James dreams about? I wonder if he uses his dreams to improve his performance in the game. I am willing to bet money that he does. In this episode, Eric Spirko and I talk about practicing skills in your dreams and enhancing athletic performance in waking life using lucid dream training (LDT). There is now an understanding of how visualization impacts performance and confidence, and there is research that lucid dreaming can be even more impactful for this reason. It is not only a visualization but a fully immersive practice environment. Lucid dreaming is also an exercise of patience and persistence. Lucid dreaming, like sports, is a skill and you need consistent practice to become good at it. Eric and I also talk about how to use dreams for physical and emotional healing.

AI technology is a hot topic these days as we are watching it evolve before our eyes. AI can be used in any industry, even dream work. An AI system for interpreting dreams could be abusive if it were treated as a higher psychological authority; as an oracle of truth rather than a helpful tool. However, there are also many benefits when used correctly. Can a computer program interpret your dreams? If it could, would that be a good or bad thing? Where do YOU stand? Join the conversation, leave a review & follow us on social media!
Today's guest, Joanna Kowalewska, is a certified dreamwork professional and Yoga Nidra facilitator. She is the founder of Blue Lotus Queendom, and also wrote an eBook, delving into the integration of AI in dream interpretation while preserving the invaluable connection to our inner wisdom. You can download her E-book for FREE here.

The dream world is another dimension that we access while we sleep. Dream work allows us to innerstand the depths of our psyche and spirit. We can uncover parts of our past, present, and future. Through working with our dreams, we can heal trauma, get insights into our personal relationships, improve our lives, and an infinite amount of fun activities. We spend a third of our lives asleep which is usually neglected. Many people sleep walk through their dreams with little to no lucid awareness.
Our mission is to show you how your dreams can impact your life and act as your internal therapist. Not only will you learn to lucid dream on a consistent basis, but also to analyze your non lucid dreams, how to incubate different types of dreams, and so much more. To do this, we create not only an online course, but also a community that is safe for the discussion of dreams. This is the most extensive dream university curated by experts all over the world!
Testimonials:
I started the online course and I had a really productive LD last night! I am working on a new project outside of my specialty at work, and I have to create operative manual. So last night I dreamt that one of my co-workers was giving me markers and paper, and I became lucid. Then in my dream, I drew a simple scetch that describe the different aspects of the manual. I woke up, drew it and now I have the baseline of the manual.
-Yam (student)
I started having lucid dreams after watching these videos! I am so happy that I finally did it after trying for months. For all the people who think they cant lucid dream, YOU CAN! I never gave up, and I got alot of help from the Dream World University.
-Weitze (student)
Im so grateful for this community. I love reading everyone’s adventures and how you explore consciousness. You all inspire me. I started listening to the meditations in the course, and my dreams are back to being clear after a period of not having dreams at all.

"The only thing that is real is love. Love is the ultimate reality"
Sara Phinn is an artist, writer & performer who uses her dreams as inspiration for her work. She sees herself as a channel simply gathering the raw data from what she sees, and bringing it to life. Her art is a beautiful collaboration with the universe, and the universe simply uses her as the paintbrush. Sara creates mostly VR and digital art, and you can check it out on her website.
Sara is an experienced lucid dreamer and psychonaut. A psychonaut is someone who explores altered states of consciousness. In this episode she tells us incredible stories about her past lives and vivid dream memories she holds in her heart forever.
Also, research has found that people who use virtual reality and play video games are more likely to become better lucid dreamers. On her youtube channel, DreamSeed_VR, Sara shares some recent studies that confirm the connection between lucid dreaming and virtual reality. She also explores introductory techniques to induce lucidity from normal dream states.

Legendary minds like Salvador Dali, and Thomas Edison used their liminal dreams to boost creativity and solve problems in their work! Guess what, you can do this too! We are all natural liminal dreamers, and we pass through this phase every time we fall asleep, or wake up!
What is hypnagogia? How can we learn to navigate the in between phases of sleep where we are half awake and half asleep . What is the science behind this phase of sleep?
Jennifer Dumpert wrote the book Liminal Dreaming. I am so honored to have her as a guest. Thank you Jen, for putting up with my hectic schedule and terrible wifi connection!
You can find her website, and books here
At the edges of consciousness, between waking and sleeping, there’s a swirling, free associative state of mind that is the domain of liminal dreams. As we sink into slumber, we pass through hypnagogia, the first of the two liminal dream states. In this transitional zone, memories, perceptions, and imaginings arise in a fast moving, hallucinatory, semi-conscious remix. On the other end of the night, as we wake, we experience hypnopompia, the hazy, pleasant, drift that is the other liminal dream state. Readers of Liminal Dreaming will learn step-by-step how to create a dream practice, integrating the deeply unusual half-waking dream states of hypnagogia and hypnopompia into their lives in personally meaningful ways. Working with liminal dreams can improve sleep, mitigate anxiety and depression, help to heal trauma, and aid creativity and problem-solving. Liminal dreaming practice is also far easier to learn than lucid dreaming practice, making it possible for the reader to begin working with these dreams this very night.

An Omni dreamer is someone who is lucid in every dream they have. Today I am talking to an omni who explains what it is like to be consciously aware 24/7 while awake and asleep. He talks about what he does every night with full control of his dreams, and the persistent dream realms that he can create.
If you are lucid in every dream you have, and you never have dreams in which you are NOT aware it is a dream, you may be an omni. Join our discord to find more omni lucid dreamers and share your experience with us!
In this episode, we talk about how lucidity is a great way to get to know yourself better inside and out. We also try to start to set some criteria for what constitutes as ludidity and how we can identify an omni. What are the nature vs nurture factors that determine how natural someone is at lucid dreaming?

Today my amazing guests are Carla & Yasmeen, who have both stepped up to spread awareness within the online spiritual community.
With the ability to connect with thousands and even millions of people instantly, social media has revolutionized how we communicate. Apps like Tik Tok shorten attention spans to make us consume quick and easily digestible content. It is designed so that people want to stay in the app longer, instead of leaving to further their research elsewhere. Unfortunately, the revolution of social media is a sharp double-edged sword and there are many dangers of fast spreading information, leading to pipelines of white supremacy within the spiritual community online.
Many black creators experience a great deal of censorship online. Those who are outspoken about white supremacy and racism have many times found their content removed or taken down for violating community guidelines.
The origins of the New Age Spiritual movement started as an inspiration to music, politics, education, social justice, and therapy as part of the 1960s opposition to mainstream consumer capitalism. While New Age spiritual movement encouraged universal peace, hope and love, there have been a number of new appropriations of New Age spiritualism by right-wing and far-right organizations.

In this episode, we talk about how lucid dreaming is about understanding the continuous flow of conscious awareness that begins in your waking life. Lucidity is a scale and there are various levels of conscious awareness and dream control. By practicing mindfulness in our daily life, we can train our minds to become more lucid in our dreams. However, we need to remember that lucidity is a gift, and there is value in observing the dreams for what they are and trying to see the bigger message instead of always trying to control them for a certain outcome.

Have you ever wondered what happens to our consciousness after we die? How many lives do we get to live, what dictates this process, and how much do we really know about it? Dreams are a great way to tap into your past lives and learn more about how far your soul has come. Reincarnation is a key belief in Hinduism, Buddhism, and many other belief systems around the world.
In this episode, we talk about past life regression dreams and how we can use our dream space to take a look at where our soul has been before this lifetime. We also talk about how to develop the practice of lucid dreaming and develop your dreamwork skills. This is an excerpt from one of our amazing interactive Clubhouse Chats. Join every Tuesday Here.

We are explorers of our own consciousness & we are more than our physical bodies. Every Tuesday on Clubhouse, I host a room in the Lucid Dreamers Club about dreams, consciousness, and beyond! Join for free here.
I actually met this episode's amazing guest speaker, Jaime, on Clubhouse, within the halls of an amazing community of dreamers, healers, and conscious explorers. Jaime Lunquist-Munoz is an expert in lucid dreaming and Out-of-Body-Experiences (OBEs). Jaime has trained with legendary leaders in the industry such as Robert Monroe, William Buhlman, Michael Raduga, Jay Shetty, Mike Dooley, and Clare Johnson. He is a best seller published author for contributing a chapter in the book Sacred Surrender. His next book, Revolutionary Leaders, is available now here on Amazon & Kindle.
In this episode we talk about:
Why is fear programmed into us in order to prevent us from realizing our true potential?
How do social frameworks play a role in our fear of exploring consciousness? Your subconscious is your internal therapist that uses your dreams to speak to you! Strengthen your intuition to build your own practice that resonates with your core values.
What is the difference between astral projection, Out of Body experience, and Lucid dreaming?
Lucid dreaming is all about dream control and transformation. Similarly, it can help us take control of our minds and transform our lives. How can we use lucid dreams to manifest our best possible life? Imagine also teaching the next generation of children to use their dreams and tap into their consciousness at a young age, where they are more spiritually in touch.

In this episode, Jared & I talk about how to analyze your dreams on a deeper level, instead of trying to look up the meaning of common dream symbols. Dreams are not logical or literal, so it is important to step away from the over-rational way of looking at things. Through this journey, we learn to be compassionate with ourselves and others. Jared is a Jungian Depth Coach who I met on Tik Tok and we have similar goals of spreading the word about healing through dreamwork and other spiritual practices. Ben Gabelman is a motion designer currently living and working in Atlanta. Ben has a long history of using his dreams for creative inspiration in his projects. In this episode, we talk about our dream journals and how it has played a role in our lives and journey as motion designers.
Ben's short senior film ANIMA, details a shamanic journey through the dream state. The film is a mediation on the relationships between the conscious and sub-conscious mind, illness and mortality. The film was inspired by a series of dreams as well as shamanic art from various cultures around the world. The word Anima is the Jungian term for the subconscious personified. Jung believed that the Anima is only perceptible to one's self through the dream state.

We talk about how our dreams, both lucid & non-lucid, have given us ideas and information that have completely changed our path in life. If you’re an artist, get lucid in your dreams and try to work on some creative blockages; paint with Salvador Dali, learn new techniques and tools with no limits, and ask your dream to show you what your best selling artwork looks like!

Intrinsic Motivation & Becoming the Captain of Your Own Life
The Dream World Podcast Book Club: “New You! Who Knew?” David Edwards
Available on Amazon and www.davidredwards.com.
David was CEO of a Community Health Center creating the leading integrated, person-focused, primary care center in the country. He realized that many people are missing core skills that if they had would make their lives so much better. He left a well-paying job and embarked on researching and writing a book to help regular people learn the principles and skills needed to become the captain of their own life.
David talks about how he has witnessed and contributed to the evolution of healthcare systems. He saw the need for a health system designed to actually heal. This is one that takes a whole-picture approach, looks at the patient as a whole mind-body & soul, involves nature in the environment, and focuses care around the patient’s needs. Nature has many metaphors that can teach us life lessons, and incorporating it into our healthcare aids healing and alignment.
He started to teach others how to become the person they want to become by being the captain of their own life and relying less on external motivation or stimuli. He has studied the models of external and internal change and how it affects our thinking patterns and lifestyle. Keeping up with the change around us and in society is necessary to feel free and happy, but it is also important to navigate the change we direct in our own internal person. The person we are becoming evolves every day. Internal motivation goes a long way against obstacles when trying to achieve your life goals. How can we bear healthy fruit in our lives like a cherry tree with strong roots?
Podcast Episode 9 reference: Signs of Reincarnation- The Evidence Based Research & Limitations of Science (With Jim Matlock)
Timothy Francis Leary was an American psychologist and writer known for his strong advocacy of psychedelic drugs. Evaluations of Leary are polarized, ranging from bold oracle to publicity hound. He was "a hero of American consciousness"
10 principles of intrinsic motivation: Values. Awareness. Learning . Intent. Planning. Action. Belief. Self kindness, Mindlessness. Judge less and think more.
Awareness is an authentic attempt to become conscious of what is within and
around you. It is a relaxed and interested attention to what is happening. The
opposite of being aware is to be ignorant, blind, oblivious, or simply unaware.

Holly Emmerson, from @DreamOracleHolly talks about how to understand your dreams by looking within and tapping into your highest self. It is better to analyze your emotions, patterns, and overall vibration of a dream before analyzing objects and characters. Because the dream world consists of the collective conscious, messages from dreams can be messages for the individual, for others, or for the collective. When you learn to understand your personal dream language, you can start to break down your dreams and truly use them to better understand and navigate your waking life. Many times, our heart and intuition will tell us more about our dreams than our mind will.
Holly created the Dream Oracle School, which helps others tap into their dreams, and awaken their own inner dream oracle. Enrollment opens Feb 28th 2022.

For more information about Dr. Aspy you can find his site & lucid dreaming video course here
Dr. Denholm Aspy has conducted both of the largest and most in depth lucid dreaming studies in the world that have looked at actual induction methods. He is also interested in the research of meditation, psychedelic therapy, and mental health. Although everyone has different brains, and we all have our own personal dreamwork success methods, there are a combination of different types of induction methods that are proven highly successful. Through his research, Dr. Aspy has found that a combination of supplements, external stimulation devices, and the reliable classic cognitive techniques: MILD + WBTB, Reality test is the best foundation for a lucid dreaming induction practice. He has guided his students to try a range of various techniques. He also gives great advice and scientific explanations for how to stabilize your lucid dreams and not wake up too quickly.
In the second half of this episode Dr. Aspy talks about his interest in the renaissance evolution of psychedelic therapy for resistant mental health disorders in a safe and reliable way. The mental process has shown that it can literally re-wire our brains in a therapeutic way to form new connections with past traumas.

It is your birthright to be empowered by your dreams! Dreams of the departed can bring us deep healing and closure, as well as allow us to continue a relationship with our loved ones from across the veil of life and death. Dreaming is a door for so many possibilities of soul growth, such as soul recovery, time travel, shadow healing, communication with ancestors, manifesting and so much more. The dream world is a space we can share with others both while we sleep and while we are conscious. We can set intentions for our ancestors to guide us through these adventures and we can even have shared dreams with our friends and family.
Our guest today, Jaime Foster, is an expert lucid dreamer & dream healer who is trained in helping people re-enter their dreams in search of deeper meaning and healing. She talks about her experience training with Robert Moss, who laid the foundation for her work with communal dream therapy and soul recovery work. Many people might say they don’t dream, or haven’t in a very long time, and that is a good place to begin to search into past dreams for where their soul may be stuck.

In tonight's episode, I am talking to Jack Delamater , The founder of The Dream Joint. His products are the perfect gateway into lucid dreaming and are sure to bring you incredible experiences that you won't soon forget. He prepares great prerolls with natural ingredients!
www.TheDreamJoint.com
Jack and & talk about the different natural ways you can induce your lucid dreams with herbal teas, smokables & supplements. We also talk a bit about what it means to intuitively be in touch with your dreams as well as your waking life consciousness.
Herbs & supplements mentioned in this episode:
Calea zacatechichi is a medium sized shrub that is used to induce psychic dreams & help remember dreams. The dried leaves and stems have been smoked, applied topically, placed under the pillow, made into a tea, and ingested as capsules.
Blue Lotus Flower The effects of lotus flowers date back to ancient Egypt with their wines and medicines; and have very similar properties to small amounts of other psychoactives.
Mugwort can help those with disrupted sleep, specifically those who wake in the middle of the night and have difficulty falling back to sleep.
African Dream Root (silene capensis), is a herb native to the Eastern Cape of South Africa where people have long used it to treat fever and delirium and stimulate lucid or vivid dreams
Entada rheedii (African Dream Bean) A perennial climbing vine that is used by African traditional healers to induce vivid dreams that enable them to communicate efficiently with their ancestors. The seed increases one’s ability to fall asleep and stay asleep, as well as producing longer lasting, more vivid and memorable dreams.
Galantamine & Huperzine A increases levels of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine therefore helping to promote memory and recall. Their primary effect is to block the normal breakdown of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine. Huperzine-A is a highly purified product of Chinese club moss. It’s been used for centuries in Traditional Chinese Medicine for the treatment of memory loss. Acetylcholine is associated with REM sleep phases and memory. So, when it builds up, your dreaming recall does too!
Choline bitartrate & Alpha GPC(L-alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine) have been demonstrated to improve mental focus, increase awareness and attention. It is also involved with lucid dreaming during REM sleep for enhanced learning during dream states. Choline is known to be important for memory functions as it is a component of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine responsible for short-term memory. Short-term memory allows you to pay attention to what is going on around you at the moment.

This is the first episode of our new series: The Lucid Dreaming Crash Course brought to you by The Dream World Podcast. In this series we will go over step by step tips on how to increase your lucid dreams and get the more out of your non lucid dreams as well! So if you are a beginner, or you already have lucid dreams and want to expand on it, this is perfect for you! This episode goes over the Mnemonic Induction Lucid Dream (MILD) technique! Throughout this series we will dive deeper into how to induce lucid dreams and build your own dream work practice. We will cover routines, sleep cycles, supplements & oneirogens, meditations, things to do while lucid, the science behind dreaming, the spirituality behind dreaming & SO MUCH MORE! Tune in weekly for this special series found only on The Dream World Podcast.
In the Mnemonic Induction Lucid Dream (MILD) technique, one rehearses a dream and visualizes becoming lucid while repeating a mantra expressing the same intention, such as: “Next time I’m dreaming I want to remember that I am dreaming.” For best results, it should be performed while returning to slumber during the Wake-Back-To-Bed (WBTB) technique, whereby one sets their alarm clock to one or two hours before their normal waking time, gets up for a few minutes, and then goes back to sleep.
This is one of the most reliable and versatile things you can do that can lead to amazing dream experiences. The great thigs about this method: All you need is a few minutes before bedtime. MILD is also complimented by WBTB and reality checking, but it can do very well as a stand alone method.
The MILD technique works on what we call 'prospective memory' – that is, your ability to remember to do things in the future. By repeating a phrase that you will remember you’re dreaming, it forms an intention in your mind that you will, in fact, remember that you are dreaming, leading to a lucid dream. There are other ways to help work on your prospective memory, and one of them is setting targets to try to remember things in the future.

Ryan J Burton is a Meditation instructor & the Host of a podcast called After Awakening. He has been on multiple meditation retreats that have helped him deeply understand why incorporating meditation into his lifestyle was game changer. We talk about the benefits meditation can bring to your life and emotional state. As humans, we have a series of experiences that happen in linear time, which have a beginning and an end, that makes up our life. Meditation can awaken you to be able to understand life beyond the construct of our 3d reality, and see life from a higher, more accurate perspective. We can become in touch with who we are behind our thoughts and emotions and dissolve the boundaries of what and who we think we are. Mindfulness meditation and formal sitting meditation are just two of the many ways to practice meditation. Different forms and schools of meditation have different goals, and benefits. We encourage everyone to find their own path and personal practice.
Ryan also talks about Dream Yoga, a form of meditation that can help enhance dreams and lucidity. Dream yoga is a practice of combining meditation with sleep, particularly while first falling asleep, in the hypnogogic state, or when you first wake up and experience the hypnopompia state. You experiment with dream meditations and study your mind using the medium of dreams. As you pass in and out of the border of consciousness, and dreams come and go, Dream yoga meditations can help you realize the clear light of consciousness that lies beneath it all. Ryan mentions Samadhi, the highest state of consciousness one can achieve through meditation. It consists of a yoga practitioner reaching spiritual enlightenment where the self, the mind, and the object of meditation merge together into one.

Our guest, Rachel, talks about her experiences as a lucid dreamer while pregnant, and how she used her lucidity to practice giving birth & be more prepared to ensure a smooth birthing process. Pregnancy can be a stressful, powerful and spiritual experience for many women, and learning to use your dreams to ease your mind can help you not only prepare for your new child, but also understand some of the emotions you have been feeling as a result. It is this kind of mindful birthing experience that places mother and baby in a great position to elevate the consciousness. We also discuss some strategies for reality checks and active meditation in your waking life that can help increase your frequency of lucid dreams.
Supposedly, the pineal gland produces large amounts of DMT in babies, up until around puberty, and is thought to be the reason for young children's imagination & a different perception of reality. In addition to deep sleep and dream states, there are other points in our lives when we release DMT in high enough concentrations such as birth, labor, death, deep meditation, cosmic sex, lucid dreaming and near death experiences. I believe that having a higher consciousness or awareness involves being able to experience both worlds- the spiritual plane and the physical plane, simultaneously or to move between the two planes through your own will.

Our guest on todays episode is Joshua Andre, International motivational speaker on universal manifestation practices & business consulting. Joshua guides his students in chasing success and manifesting your 7 figure businesses. We go into a great existential conversation about the universe, the laws of reality and how to make the best of the crazy life simulation we live in! Regardless of your goal in life or your attachment to material things, we all need to make money to play this game of life. Joshua and I chat about how to keep motivated in life to manifest your goals. We also talk about theories of parallel realities & the nature of the universe and our 3d reality. We live in a cyclical world of balance, and we are here to learn to navigate and channel energy. Dreams are just one of many tools we can use to be our best and highest self: How to stabilize your lucid dreams & avoid nightmares.
We are spiritual beings living a human experience, but what is our purpose? We should not even stress about the future & achieving some great accomplishments but rather be purposeful in every present moment. Appreciate your current state, equip yourself with the tools you need to become a better and happier you every day.
What is the difference between Manifesting for spiritual fulfillment vs financial fulfillment? If you are manifesting and praying for a certain result, but still feeling stuck, how can we bride the gap between your manifestations in the astral realm and seeing results in the physical world. How to make your manifestations effective and paired with actions using the law of attraction & vibrationally aligning with what you want to manifest.
Remember, You are divinely guided & everything you experience happens for a reason or a lesson. Are we even meant to understand everything in life, or just experience it?
With so much information out there, what do I believe and follow? remember that Everything stars from self, and every answer you need is within you. Seek truth, your own truth, by seeking within yourself.

Our guest this week is Jim Matlock, a Research Fellow with the Parapsychology Foundation of New York City. Jim talks about the scientific and parapsychological evidence behind reincarnation, Behavioral Signs of Reincarnation, Birthmarks and Physical Signs of Reincarnation , past life memories, the interval between death and rebirth, karma, the process behind reincarnation, its history, and more fascinating topics! He wrote a book called Signs of Reincarnation, which provides the first comprehensive look at the belief in reincarnation and the evidence for past lives from historical records, anthropological studies, and contemporary research.
The mystery and process of reincarnation and near death experiences (NDEs) are not just spiritual theories, but rather backed up by a lot of scientific research and evidence from around the world. Many children around the world have dreams and memories of their past lives, that can actually be verified with historical accounts of people who have passed. Children are more connected to the spiritual world, their minds are fresh and more open, and they haven't yet been brainwashed by the rules of society.
In this episode we talk about the biggest questions of life, what happens after death and in between lives? Do souls chose their families, & are they born with certain personalities or are those traits conditioned by our environment as science has been previously led to believe? What are the various ways we can remember our past lives, and what is the purpose cross culturally? Our brains and bodies may die, but our subconscious minds live on for lifetimes to come. ESP (Extra Sensory Perception) Is one of many ways that spirits communicate with each other & with the physical realm as well as through dreams and mediums. Jim answers these questions from a scientific standpoint, analyzing what the data has proven thus far. How has quantum mechanics & spirituality thrown a wrench in many old scientific materialistic beliefs? Consciousness is more than just our physical bodies & there is a lot of new science to prove it. Science advances one death at a time, and the world is starting to wake up and look at the facts.
Jim's Facebook group Sings of Reincarnation
"After several hundred lifetimes, we graduate from the Physical plane and move on to the lessons of the Astral, Causal, Mental, Messianic and Buddhaic planes. And finally, we rejoin the All that Is where we started. Then we can remain there for eternity or we take another run through the curriculum again. We tend to return with many of the same souls time and again.
Now. The basic idea of karma is not punishment. Karma presents the opportunity for development; to make use of opportunities that were not taken advantage of, to fill in gaps of ignorance, to enlarge understanding through experience, to do what should be done. Free choice is always involved. Knowledge and development, rather than punishment, self-punishment. Strong elements of your civilization are built upon ideas

For centuries people have pondered the meaning of dreams. Early civilizations thought of dreams as a medium between our earthly world and that of the gods, and that they had certain prophetic powers. Most of us know what it feels like to experience Déjà vu, or an uncanny feeling of premonition, a flash of insight into the future that seems to have no rational explanation. We often dismiss these feelings as luck or a creepy coincidence, but what you may not know is that there is compelling scientific evidence that backs up the accuracy of at least some of these precognitive experiences. While we sleep, our subconscious minds continue to work on problems our conscious minds have failed to solve. How can we learn to interpret our dreams & dream symbols?
In this episode we dive into where science and spirituality meet, such as CIA research on remote viewing % Extra Sensory Perception (ESP).

Lucid dreaming and the law of attraction - they go hand in hand! Through the power of a lucid dream experience we can communicate with our subconscious, manifest our desires, break bad habits and find answers we've been seeking.
Creation & summoning in a dream is a form of immediate manifestation. Whereas in waking life, it is not always that fast because there's time for your emotions to be balanced. Without this buffer period, every emotion and every thought would attract something instantly. However, manifesting your dream life in waking reality really does get easier when you have already repeatedly experienced what it feels like to get what you want within a lucid dream.
What does it mean to create your own reality on both sides of the consciousness spectrum? How can we incubate a manifestation plan into our dream world?

Today's episode is an open discussion hosted by Amina & Ashaba. We propose the topic of what happened to all the ancient Gods such as the Egyptians, Greeks & Romans? The classical Gods once had temples, priests and followers, whose belief gave them power. Where are they now, or do they walk among us? How do we as a collective consciousness connect with higher powers in today's society? How can we tap into our own powers as creators? We also dive into different religions and philosophies to explore the truths among them all.

Ever wonder if we can dream in multiplayer with our friends and family? Well, we can and its called shared (or mutual) dreaming.
The phenomenon of shared dreaming is not as rare as you may think, and is becoming increasingly prominent especially as more people start to practice lucid dreaming and intend to reach the dream world together. Mutual Dreaming suggests indicates that some dreams may posses elements of a consensus reality. Dr Stephan LaBerge of The Lucidity Institute believes that mutual dreaming experiments in the lab can test the objective reality of shared dream worlds. Dreaming of others, especially while lucid, really contains an essence of that person's soul, rather than just your brains projection of who they are to you.
In this episode, Vilma, Martin & I talk about shared dreams, and even techniques such as PAL (or Partner Assisted Lucidity) breaks down that wall of private minds and turns lucid dream exploration into a social event.

What REALLY happens at the edge of consciousness? Dreaming is more than just a byproduct of sleep. Once you learn the basics of lucid dreaming, you can solve problems on demand and on a whole new level, not being limited by your logical conscious brain. In this episode we talk about techniques for lucid dreaming, beginner tips, and a bit about the science behind dreaming.
“Lucid dreaming has considerable potential for promoting personal growth and self-development, enhancing self-confidence, improving mental and physical health, facilitating creative problem solving and helping you to progress on the path to self-mastery. If you want to learn to paint, summon Rembrandt. Go fishing with Hemingway or Hesse and talk about that novel you’ve always wanted to write”. LaBerge, “ Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming” 1990
“The process of creation is accompanied by the capacity to communicate with the most primitive layers of the unconscious. When this capacity to communicate includes the ability to ask the unconscious — in the form of the dreaming mind — for artistic inspiration, then the lucid dreaming artist may have a certain advantage over the non-lucid dreaming artist”. Chasseguet-Smirgel, J. (1995) ‘“Creative Writers and Day-dreaming”
While dreaming, there are no physical limitations to what can be created or done. The dreamer can do the “impossible”, enhance their skills, seek new ideas for stories or creations and even summon legends or mentors.

In this episode we talk to Demi, a weekly lucid dreamer! We discuss lucid dream experiences, as well as astral projection and some of the differences. Lucid dreaming = becoming conscious while already in the dreaming body. Astral projection = being aware of the entire transition of consciousness from the physical body to the dreaming body. Or put in another way: falling asleep consciously. In the end, there is really no battle. They are very similar in their end result, but they take different routes to get there.
Demi also introduces us to a "Pathworking" technique for lucid dreaming, in which you meditate right as you're falling asleep, and visualize a path taking you to your desired dreamscape.
