Savasana, also known as "Corpse Pose," is one of the most fundamental relaxation poses in yoga and meditation practices. And it involves lying flat on your back with arms and legs relaxed, palms facing upward, and eyes closed.
The goal is to let go of all physical and mental tension, entering a state of deep relaxation and stillness.
I see it as the ultimate relaxation pose, a moment to let everything melt away and just be.

A personal practice that has profoundly shaped my mornings, is before I get out of bed, I place my hands on my heart and ask myself, “What’s my intention for today?” Sometimes, my intention is to be gentle with myself. Other times, it's to stay grounded, lovingly focused, or simply to pause and breathe throughout the day.
Slowing down and setting intentions helps us guide our actions, thoughts, and emotions throughout the day. It aligns us with our values and brings purpose to each moment.

When I sat down to record this meditation, I was immediately brought back to a time in my life when I didn't give myself permission to dream. I believed that life was what happened TO me. The good, the bad and the ugly. But I've learned over the years that much of my life is what happens by me. And I can choose to dream big and rewrite what's possible. I can let go of all the stories and limiting beliefs and I can co-create with the Divine. For me, this is a life-long practice, and one I never do perfectly. So, this is for all my fellow dreamers. What I've come to know about fear is that we all experience it. We all have fear. It's part of a basic human emotion. But, I've also learned that the key is to make sure that fear doesn't have YOU. And that's just quite a dance. Doing that dance of having fear, yet fear not having us. So, I hope you enjoy today's meditation of doing that dance and releasing those fears.

Yoga Nidra is often called yogic sleep, and is an amazing technique to release stress and tension held in the body. It is said that One hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to four hours of deep sleep because we go through all of the brain wave stages you typically go through during sleep only in a compressed amount of time.
During the practice, stay completely still and listen to my voice as I will guide you through different parts of the body and rotation of consciousness.
