From a neuroscience perspective, our brain requires constant signals and reprogramming to help us make new choices. The signals can often start from reading something, saying it out loud, and choosing to believe that IT IS possible!
Our minds accept as truth, the critical statements we tell ourselves, but they can also accept our positive statements and thoughts we think. The words we speak and think hold great sway over the kind of life that we create for ourselves. Many people live their lives plagued by negative thoughts and never even realise this. They tell themselves and others that they are doomed to fail, “not good enough” or “not worthy of love”, yet they are amazed when their reality starts reflecting these words.
Just as the subconscious mind accepts as truth the critical statements, we tell ourselves, it will also positive statements. The subconscious mind does not know the difference between what’s real or imagined.
I have to credit the affirmations I chose to say daily that helped me on my healing and manifestation journey and radically shifted my life and played a key part in helping me choose another reality. I have affirmations as part of my daily rituals and part of my spiritual toolkit.

In today’s episode, I DON’T take you through a process of HOW to set your goals or new year resolutions, instead, I show you a DIFFERENT approach. The reason resolutions don’t work is that they are set on the premise that something is wrong and needs to be fixed. That’s based on negative self-talk.

In this episode, I answer a question a podcast listener asked me, she talks about feeling angry and suffering from anxiety all the time. She has been practicing meditation, breathwork, yoga, and doing other things on her spiritual journey to help with the emotions, but still feels angry and anxious all the time and she wanted to know what more she can do to not feel these feelings and emotions.
There is so much I can talk about when it comes to emotions and that is what I talk about today, I share how emotions get trapped in our body and what happens when we have unprocessed emotions and why they need to be felt in their entirety in order to be released. I talk about escapism and what using numbing and coping mechanisms will do to you in the long term and how dangerous this is for your emotional and mental well-being. I also offer a quick short 5-minute practice you can do to release anger and anxiety or any other emotion you are feeling.
So when we run away from our emotions they actually begin to chase us, or the demons within us grow so big and ugly and we are forever running away from them!! as it's easier to do that than to deal with them, easier to just suppress them, brush them under the carpet and forget about them. Over time this turns into so much anger and sadness and can lead to depression and anxiety when we are recycling instead of releasing emotion.
Don’t let the fear of feeling keep you from healing, just know that with this pain of sitting with your emotions and then having strategies to release them so they don't have a grip on you, you’re setting yourself up for even higher levels of joy, peace, and love than ever before.

Your Dharma is your divine purpose, your Dharma is your ultimate Soul's journey in this lifetime.
Dharma is a Sanskrit word that loosely translates to righteous living, but the original word itself has a far deeper meaning than its direct translation. The ancient Hindu scriptures of The Vedas describe Dharma as inner wisdom or cosmic guidance that governs not only the individual but the universe itself.
For you to follow your Dharma, all you need to do is to follow that inner guidance, easy, right? not always.
The reason why you might find it difficult to listen to that inner voice is that there are so many other voices competing for your attention. Today I am bringing on a guest Nehal Chohan who talks about how she found her purpose and pivoted from living a life that everyone expected of her, and to having a successful career that she went to University for and also did a masters in. She left a successful career working in a law firm in London and moved to the other side of the world for 2 years, when she came back she thought she would walk into the career she had left before, but instead, she took the leap of faith to leave her career and follow her dreams and follow her purpose and started her own business from what was just an idea. She tells us how she started her business whilst still working her day job.
We had such an interesting conversation about alignment, when to know when you are in alignment and when you are not, and when you know, deep in your gut that something isn’t right! How we listened to our intuition, what happened when we both listened to our intuition and where it led us.
We talked about the signs to look out for when you are misaligned with your values and your career, the signs to look out for that your purpose is calling you, and how we took the leap of faith and left our successful careers to start our own businesses.
At the end of the episode, I take you through a short exercise on how to do a life inventory, to know if you are living your true purpose.

There’s one question I get asked a lot and that is “Sukie, how do I find my purpose, or how do I know if I am truly living my purpose?”
When we find our ‘uniqueness’, most call it ‘purpose’, I feel the word 'purpose' is so overused and causes too much confusion and frustration, I call it living in ‘ultimate alignment, living a soul-aligned life’! It’s Reconnecting with your true self allowing your inner compass to lead.
There’s nothing more painful than trying to live your life the way everyone expects you to live it, betraying your own soul just so you can please the world around you.
It’s true that our families, friends and the many people around us expect a lot of things from us, but it’s also true that we have our own hearts to please and our own life’s purpose to fulfil. If we waste our lives trying to be whatever everyone expects us to be, we can no longer honour the relationship we have with our own heart and soul, with our inner divinity, and we can no longer fulfil our own destiny.
Soul alignment is not a static place, it’s a constant tuning into your inner knowing, letting go of old ways that don’t serve you and nurturing what makes you happy.

Welcome to part 2 of this 2 part series on burnout, if you haven’t already listened to part 1, which is episode 79 called ‘What is being out of alignment and burnout costing you? In that episode, I talk about what burnout is, the physical, emotional/mental signs of burnout, and how to recognise them.

I used to be addicted to work. I was ALWAYS in work mode, nights, weekends, early mornings, and even on holiday, I couldn’t switch off!
Two burnouts later and now post-burnout, I’ve learned a thing or two about overworking, not only is it not sustainable…It’s not preferable.
Not just for you…
But for your employer.
For your work.
For your long-term success.
For your relationships and family life
For your physical, emotional, and mental health.
Long term… NO ONE WINS WHEN YOU ARE OVERWORKED
As I’ve recovered from burnout and built these skills myself, here’s what I’ve learned:
Resting and relaxing are the keys to unlocking your greatest successes.
You have to give your brain a break from all the doing in order for it to function at its highest level.
If rest and relaxation feel unattainable, that’s okay, I was there once myself, but I promise it’s not.

Burnout is much more than you think, it’s not just feeling tired and dragging yourself out of bed to work each day because you have to. Burnout may also not just be a cause of being a workaholic and you relate it to your work life only, it could be a combination of factors from different aspects of your life.
Do you know what burnout does to your emotional, and mental health?
You are probably aware of some physical symptoms of burnout but we have to go deeper than that and see what it’s doing to our emotional and mental well-being.
In this episode, I talk about what burnout did to my physical, emotional, and mental health, how I recovered from it and learned to recognise the signs, and how this eventually led to me taking the leap of faith to leave the corporate world and my career as a lawyer and what I did to heal from the corporate world.

In our fast-paced, society, it can be far too easy to push ourselves too hard. With pressure from nearly every angle to be successful in almost every way, it sometimes feels like being overwhelmed is the new norm. But it’s not, burnout is real and it can be dangerous when you don’t take any time out for yourself to address your needs.
In this episode, I talk about what burnout is, the physical, emotional/mental signs of burnout, and how to recognise them.

I honestly believe that the number 1 most important skill everyone should learn is to MASTER THE MIND!
Because if you don't master your mind, you will just be ignoring your thoughts, and not dealing with your unwanted thoughts effectively is the same as ignoring them. That's the path to stress, burnout, and depression.
Ultimately, mastering the inner game and taming those thoughts isn't really about quieting the mind at all. It's not about what you think, it’s about how you respond to the thoughts you have.
The solution to an overactive mind is not to try to stop those thoughts, the solution is to learn how to respond to those thoughts the right way. Basically, when unwanted thoughts come, you have 3 options and that is what I talk about in this episode.
I also take you through a 10-minute guided meditation where you will be trained to not just witness your thoughts, but actively detach from them. The aim of this meditation is to bring you inwards and to increase your focus and attention.
There is an important misunderstanding about meditation and one of the main misconceptions is that you are supposed to stop all thinking and thought.
Thoughts are constantly cycling through at all times, and we don’t zoom into each and every one, our brain will filter many thoughts throughout the day, they will just come and go, what this means is that we are choosing on some level, when and how we interact with our many passing thoughts.
If we are feeling overwhelmed or needing more peace, meditation can create the space for us to simply witness our thoughts, not stop but slow our thinking and come more fully into the present moment. Understanding how to become a witness to our thoughts can be a bit challenging for us, and today's meditation will help you better understand this concept.

This phenomenon can leave you feeling overwhelmed and when it brings up feelings of anxiety, depression, and self-doubt, you may need a helping hand through it.
The voice in your head gets the loudest when the desired goal is close. All the effort that has been put into a particular project suddenly gets thrown overboard. This happens especially when the change and growth that come with the goal are directly knocking on the door.
Along with these internalised thoughts and feelings, there are external signs you may recognise in yourself or others. These include:
• Minimizing positive feedback
• Afraid of being outed as a fraud
• Feeling unworthy of success
• Overpreparing
• Not trying for fear of failure
• Distrust of others
• Blaming accomplishments on luck
As you can see, the phenomenon can show up in many ways and can have a major effect on decisions and actions.
Are you consciously or unconsciously creating your reality?
Today I give you tips on how you can consciously create your reality and how to recognise when you are stuck in that unconscious pattern of negative thinking and how you can use your mental and emotional energy to your advantage.
I also talk about how you can tell what your predominant unconscious thought are.
Every single day, whether you are aware of it or not you are creating your reality. The goal is to start acting as a conscious creator of your reality. When you are unconsciously creating your reality, you assume everything that is happening to you is out of your hands. You might assume the challenges affecting your life can’t be changed.
It’s so important to remember that our unconscious thoughts are so powerful and are constantly being projected into the Universe. The more repetitive the thought, the stronger the ability to manifest it becomes, and when thoughts are charged with emotion they manifest more quickly. Emotions are a powerful energy field since they are centered in the heart.
You are a magnet to your predominant thoughts and habits, whether positive or negative. Conscious creators know exactly how to turn anything that seems negative into opportunity.

“I AM ENOUGH” 3 very powerful words❗️
I didn’t understand the power of these 3 simple words until I did an exercise my coach asked me to do ages ago, to write on my mirror in lipstick “I AM ENOUGH” and I didn’t as I thought it was silly and I felt silly doing it and then thought to myself what if someone sees it, what will they think. So I just used it as an affirmation instead, which has been nowhere near as powerful as the shift I got from writing this in my mirror yesterday.
Sundays are my self-love and self-care days, where I consciously have practices that I will do, even though every day is self-love and self-care, Sundays are when I do it consciously and make time out and 'ME TIME'. Even I get knocked out of my peace from time to time (even with all my coaching tools and techniques in my back pocket) and start questioning LIFE! and why obstacles and challenges seem so insurmountable sometimes, my takeaway from them each time is what have I learned and how have I grown from this.
We all have self-destructive thoughts 🤯 that don’t serve us and hold us back from reaching our highest potential. A regular one I see and hear in most of my clients is “I’M NOT GOOD ENOUGH” or "I'M NOT WORTHY" they may not use those exact words, but the language they are using around these deep-rooted beliefs are "I'm not good enough", "I'm not worthy" stems from something more deep-rooted in the unconscious mind that they are not even aware of.
I am so grateful for my coach to teach me this simple yet powerful practice which instantly empowered me and shifted something inside me and does now every time I look at my mirror.

The title is correct, yes! I said ‘good posture’. In today’s episode I bring on a guest expert to talk to us about ‘aging audaciously’ why ‘good posture’ is bad for you and could be stopping you from slimming down, toning up, and feeling pain-free, and what to do instead.
We should all be aging with ease and grace and WITHOUT living a compromised life, there are so many aspects of AGING AUDACIOUSLY, and today’s guest shows us what she calls “Age Audaciously!”
Today I Interview a 'conscious living 'woman Tracy Seider, who started off her career as an Editor and Desktop Publisher and worked for a specialist magazine before starting her own specialist editing and production company at the age of 26 which is really impressive!!
Then at the age of 47, she pivoted in her career when she was having challenges with her health and pain in her body. After learning the secret of what took her pain away, she went after her passion and started her coaching business where she is now a Movement and Posture Coach and the creator of her ‘Reshape Method Program’, which is changing the lives of so many women, who are fitter, stronger and slimmer!
I learned so much from Tracy on this episode about what ‘alignment’ is and how to connect with your body on a deeper level.
She gave a lot of value on how you can feel comfortable and confident in your body and how to ‘age audaciously’ and why ‘good posture’ is bad for you and could be stopping you from slimming down, toning up, and feeling pain-free, and what to do instead.
She is passionate about raising awareness of how we should be looking after our body, whether you are going through the change or not, and if you are in a job where you sit at a desk all day, or you are having aches and pains that you can’t just explain. You may have tried many therapies to ease the pain, which goes away for a few days, and then it’s back, then this episode is for you.
If you don’t have time to go to the gym or hate going to the gym, then you have to listen to what Tracy talks about, how strenuous, blast it in the gym classes such as Bootcamp and HIIT are doing to your body. She talks about her ‘Reshape Method’ program which she created and is changing the lives of so many women. How we should be taking a ‘whole being’ approach to movement and how you can implement these moves even sitting at a desk all day long.
She takes people on a journey from an ‘exerciser mindset to a movement mindset’ and whole-body movement because that is how we change our alignment.
Did you know there is a difference between posture and alignment, and even if you think you have a good posture, you may have stacked your body in such a way that you are causing more damage to it than you are aware! She talks about how wear and tear and muscles don’t work properly and how tiny tweaks and what she calls ‘MAGIC MOVES’ make a massive difference.
Tracy said that since she made these changes in her life and started living more consciously, she is stronger, healthier, & trimmer at 52 than I was 10 years ago! And aging audaciously!

Your life values are those that, once you identify them, help you with decision making and provide the building blocks for your character, specifically the one you want to have.
Let’s start with the definition of personal value. Personal values are the things that are important to us, the characteristics and behaviours that motivate us and guide our decisions.
Values are really your guiding force, they direct everything you do, your perspective on life, your beliefs, and consequently, every action you take.

This meditation is an 11-minute visualisation journey to meet your future self and get some guidance and wisdom from her. This meditation will connect you with your higher self, where your intuition comes from, it will take you on a journey to discover the true you!

I will be explaining why decluttering is so important and why you need to let go of what no longer serves you.
How decluttering is the fastest way to clear blocked energy not just in your home but also in your energy system, and how it makes room for your desires to manifest.
When you are working with the process of decluttering you are actively working with the Universe and the law of vacuum to create space in your life to welcome in the new. This is a really magical and miraculous process and when you have done it you will wonder why you hadn’t done it sooner.
When you understand the concept of law of vacuum you’ll find that it sparks this new energy and new inspiration for you when you go through the process of decluttering and moving that old energy to make way for new energy, because when you have made that space, you know that you have created space for new things to come your way.

This is one of the three questions I ask you in today’s episode. I give you three short but powerful questions to ask yourself to re-evaluate and review your 2021.
Will you be brave enough to examine where you need to release, clear, cleanse, & create space for the new?
Remember If you want to manifest a brand new life, you can't bring aspects of your old life with you that do not align with your vision!
As the year draws to an end, we’re at that time of year when we plan into the future and plan what we want to achieve, accomplish or experience in the New Year. I see each new year as an opportunity to create powerful change. Where It’s the perfect time to re-evaluate everything and what really matters to you.
Although the New Year won’t magically erase what happened in 2021, and things will not just snap back to “normal” on the 1st January 2022, but the New Year is an energetic portal between you and the Universe that means SO much more than setting new year’s “resolutions”.
It’s not just an opportunity to set new goals, but also a time to take inventory of your life up until this point.
I entered 2021 with a great sense of excitement, clarity, and purpose. I knew exactly what I wanted out of the year and I knew what it would take to get there.
The most important lesson that 2021 taught me is that nothing is certain.
We move through life making plans and we forget that tomorrow is not promised to us. We live like we have all the time in the world. Yet we forget that every breath is a blessing and every moment is a gift. 2021 has reminded us all that nothing is certain and everything is subject to change
I have some very special rituals that I practice every New Year’s Eve. These rituals set my year in motion and send a major message to the Universe that I’m ready to attract what I desire!
But first I have to take an inventory and reflect on what the previous year has taught me, what has been my biggest lesson, and what it is that I want to let go of and not take into 2022 and this is what I talk about in today’s episode.

One of the most common reasons we are so tied into making our parents, or others happy, is that we were not properly mirrored when we were children. We were not honored as individuals in our own right, with a will and purpose of our own, and as a result, we learned to look outside of ourselves for approval, support, and direction rather than look within.
When we come to realise that we may be living our lives in an effort to make our parents or others happy, we may feel shocked or depressed by this information, but we can trust that it is coming to us at this time because we are ready to find out what it would mean to live our lives for ourselves.
Following the call of our own soul and refusing any longer to be beholden to someone else's expectations is your birthright!
It’s easy to get caught up in the expectations of others or the pressures we put on ourselves, but the truth is, our souls will always lead us down the right path, but the only way is to go inwards, a journey many of us fear!! to go inwards create space, stillness, and silence, and listen to that little subtle voice of our soul, reconnect with it, and let it lead the way.
The good news is that the part of us that was not adequately nurtured when we were little girls, is still there, inside us, like a seed waiting to sprout and blossom, and allow its inner contents to unfold its truth! Welcome to the ‘Chakra Series’, we are now on our 6th Chakra for balanced expression!!
This is the seat of your intuition also known as your ‘Intuition Energy Centre’. When most people think of the third eye they think of the spot just between their eyebrows on their forehead, this is the superficial activation site of the third eye, the actual third eye chakra is at the very top of the spinal cord, it is at about the same height as that spot between your eyebrows, just further back inside of your head.
The aspects of the third eye chakra are ‘spiritual awareness’ and ‘capabilities of the mind’, this energy centre is associated with sight, not just physical sight, but ‘insight’ and ‘intuition’.
The essence of the ‘Intuition Energy Centre’ is to see, to see things beyond their physical shape, form, or function.
Maintain an open connection to your third eye chakra and its energy to release the wisdom within. This sense of your inner vision is what guides you through life, creating a deep awareness of the physical, the spiritual, and the emotional aspects of life to help you gain manifestation of your goals.
In other words, the third eye chakra is the pulse of your intuition, your ‘gut instinct’ and your wisdom. When this energy centre is healthy, balanced and in alignment, you trust your instinct and understand why you make certain decisions and you act on your internal compass or sense of direction.

Welcome to the ‘Chakra Series’ – Week 4 – Forth Chakra – Heart Chakra
We are now on our fourth chakra, the last three weeks we went through the first chakra – The Root Chakra (Episode 50), the second chakra – The Sacral Chakra (Episode 51), and the third chakra – The Solar Plexus. if you have not started from the beginning, I advise you to go back to these 3 episodes.
The heart chakra is the middle chakra of the seven main chakras. and bridges the lower chakras (which are focused on material/physical matters) and the higher chakras (associated with spiritual matters).
It represents the love, compassion, and forgiveness we feel for ourselves as well as those around us. When it’s open, you’re likely to find it easy to experience feelings of love, joy, gratitude, and appreciation for all people in your life (including yourself). This is the chakra that influences our ability to give and receive love.
This is one of your most important chakras as it needs to be open and in a state of gratitude, in order to receive from the Universe.

When balanced, each of the seven chakras provides powerful benefits to you and your life!
There are seven major chakras, which are points of energy within the body. Each chakra represents different aspects of life, emotions, and physical attributes. The second chakra and the one discussed in today’s episode is the Sacral Chakra and is representative of creativity, passion, pleasure, sensuality, and manifesting energy.
The four areas which are most closely linked to the Sacral chakra are creativity, relationships, emotions, and sexuality.
I’ve talked a lot about the importance of maintaining chakra health and energy over the past couple of episodes and gone through the benefits of balancing your chakras, and what blocked chakras could be costing you! and the impact it has on your emotions and behaviours.
Keeping your chakras balanced and flowing is essential for promoting peace and harmony within both the body and the mind.
But I understand that taking on chakra work can feel overwhelming for those who haven’t dipped their toes into the magical pool of energy healing and the chakras. That’s why I’ve created this chakra series to help you get into the transformational power of chakra work.

This is my second episode honoring international yoga day which was celebrated on the 21st of June and the theme this year is ‘Well-being’ and it also fell on the same day as the start of ‘World Well-being week’, which is running from the 21st June to the 30th June. So as promised in last week’s episode today I will be taking you through a guided practice of Yoga Nidra, which is a deep relaxation exercise and it is one of, if not the best stress reduction techniques, which I will do shortly.
In Yoga Nidra you are completely relaxing and revitalizing your entire system, allowing the body to heal and access energy, it also helps you to manage stress, relieve pain and attain peace of mind.
So I am going to guide you through a different type of yoga today, it will not be your typical asana class, you don’t have to watch me, as you will be in Shavasana throughout the practice and even have your eyes closed.

Today I am celebrating International Yoga Day, which is celebrated worldwide each year on the 21st of June, and it has conveniently fallen on day one of ‘Wellbeing Week’ this week, which also started today, and in honour of that and my own wellbeing, I am bringing you this special episode!

It combines asanas, which are body postures, relaxation, breathing, and meditation with psychological, moral, and ethical practices.
In Sanskrit, the word ‘yoga’ means ‘union’ which reveals the core purpose of the practice of yoga which is to unite your mind and body.
So, if you want to bring health to the body, increased vitality and calmness to the mind, and a greater sense of peace and harmony, incorporate a practice of yoga in your life.

Your personal boundaries have one very important intention, to empower you to create the kinds of relationships you want in your life. Setting your personal boundaries can sometimes be difficult to master, or we don’t have the courage to speak about boundaries because of controlling or dismissive behavior traits.
Having a clear vision of who you are and what matters most to you are the key ingredients for success and happiness. However, it takes courage to protect your personal values, and embrace your authenticity.
Setting boundaries is a necessary skill for living an empowered life and to honor your true needs, as well as, ‘nip in the bud’ draining or toxic relationships or behaviors and TELL these people how you ‘want’ and ‘don’t’ want to be treated.
You know what the impact not having boundaries can do on your wellbeing, it can have a bearing on your self-esteem and confidence. We might love these people in our lives very much, but we don’t have a healthy relationship with them.
You might be asking yourself the question, what are boundaries? why do we even need them? and why are they important in our lives?

All you have to invest is 1% of your day in meditation, we have 1440 minutes in a day and 1% is just 14 minutes a day, the other 99% of your day can be more productive and more enjoyable.

Today I am talking about the different waves of emotions you experience when experiencing a loss in your life. Grief can arise from many life situations and when we experience any kind of devastating loss, whether it is the loss of a loved one, a job, or a relationship, feelings and emotions may arise within us that are overwhelming or difficult to cope with.
While it may feel like we are caught up in a never-ending spiral of sadness and emptiness, it is important to remember that the grief we are feeling is not a permanent state of being. Rather, grief is part of the process of letting go, which in many ways can be a gift, allowing us to go deeper within ourselves to rediscover the light amongst the darkness.
The emotions that accompany any kind of loss can be intense and varied and everyone experiences these waves of emotions in different intensities and lengths.

A limiting belief is fundamentally a reason or story you tell yourself as to why you can't HAVE or BE or DO a certain thing. So in today's episode, I am bringing you a replay of an interview and group coaching session I did on 'How To Clear Limiting Beliefs'

Other than you have probably heard of affirmations and mantras to be new age buzzwords, do you really know about the power behind them? And the deep meaning of them?
Do you have affirmations or mantras that you use and that have changed your mindset and your life?
Our mind accepts as truth, the critical statements we tell ourselves, but it can also accept our positive statements and thoughts we think.
The words we speak and think hold great power over the kind of life that we create for ourselves. Many people live their lives plagued by negative thoughts and never even realise this. They tell themselves and others that they are doomed to fail, not good enough, or not worthy of love, yet they are amazed when their reality starts reflecting these words. Just as the subconscious mind accepts as truth the critical statements we tell ourselves, it will also accept the power of affirmations. The subconscious mind does not know the difference between what's real or imagined.
You have probably heard of the famous phrases “Words become things” and “the quality of your life is based on the quality of the questions you ask yourself” and truly our outer life is a reflection of our inner life!!
I have to give credit to the affirmations I chose to say daily to myself, that helped me on my healing journey and radically shifted my life, and played a key part in helping me choose another reality.
From a neuroscience perspective, our brain requires constant signals and reprogramming to help us make new choices. The signals can often start from reading something, saying it out loud, and choosing to believe that IT IS possible.
I am certain that seeing and reading and hearing my affirmations out loud daily helped me make different choices.
Affirmations are a powerful tool for creating our desired reality. We consciously and subconsciously invite opportunity into our lives when we say affirmations. Trust in the power of your affirmations, and you will very quickly create what you have already stated to be true.
You may not even realise that you are already daily saying negative affirmations to yourself like "I am not good enough" or "I am not worthy of love", or "I am not clever enough", or "I am so unlucky" "I am always in debt" and guess what that becomes your reality!

Today I want to talk about emotional resilience and emotional EQ (emotional quotient) and why it’s more important than IQ. I felt this episode was timely for Stress Awareness Month which has been held every April since 1992 to increase public awareness about both the causes and cures for our modern stress epidemic.

Happy Spring Equinox my lovelies, we are finally and officially out of winter.
This is the perfect time to readjust and realign as the earth’s energy supports you to surrender to find your new centre and state of being.
You know the famous cliché, “I’m going to have a spring clean” and that might involve decluttering your home, having a deep clean of your home, packing away your winter wardrobe, bringing out your summer wardrobe, getting ready to go into the garden and do some spring cleaning in your garden.
Well it’s also time for a decluttering of the mind and body and what decluttering of the mind and your energy body does is create more space, more clarity for you.

Our last day together, I hope your journey has been an insightful and enriching one. Today we will be meditating and exploring the technique of using a mantra to help us transcend the mind and bring us to that deep place of stillness and inner peace.
Once we let the mantra go, we will set an intention for you to end this course and begin your independent meditation journey.
Mantra meditation is a technique that helps you to take your mind to quieter, calmer levels, mantras are repetitive sounds used to penetrate the thinking mind, they are sounds that when repeated begin to bring stillness and awaken the energy in our bodies.
Many traditional mantras come from the Sanskrit language.
The word mantra can be broken down into two parts: “man,” which means ‘mind’ and “tra,” which means ‘transport’ or ‘vehicle’. In other words, a mantra is an instrument of the mind, a powerful sound or vibration that you can use to enter a deep state of meditation.
Everyone can use mantras! It does not fall into one religious group or following a particular practice. It’s universal and can be practiced by anyone, while people practicing Buddhism and Hinduism tend to use it more.
Non-religious people should not feel pressured that mantra practicing is for religious reasons only. The positive benefits of mantra can be practiced by anyone regardless of religious belief.

In today’s meditation we will cultivate an inner state of peace and serenity. This meditation will calm your racing thoughts and bring you to a calm and harmonious state.
This stillness meditation practice involves relaxing the body to help the mind come to rest by itself, to simply "allow" it to happen.
Inner stillness is a place that our heart can speak without our mind running it off the road. In order to be still we first have to be still enough to listen.
When we quiet our mental and emotional state, we can hear the voice of our heart and intuition. This is when our Soul can deeply communicate with us and his will help us make better choices and outcomes in our life.
When our mind finally let’s go, inner stillness is where we land. From there we can reset and upgrade the experience of our life. The earlier we learn the value of inner stillness, the less we need to experience the struggles and more stressful ways life.
Inner stillness creates an energetic environment for supporting our journey to higher consciousness that can unleash the transformational power of our love and compassion.

Numerous studies have shown that when you can create feelings of gratitude, interesting things happen to your mind and your body. You experience more feelings of joy, your energy levels go up, you develop higher emotional intelligence, you have more forgiving attitudes to other people, depression rates go down, you experience less anxiety, you sleep better.
It is so important to reflect on things to be grateful for and if you do this gratitude practice daily, you will radically see a difference and feel a rise in your energetic vibration.

In today’s meditation we will be building on the techniques we have learnt so far, and incorporating a technique to explore our emotions. Emotions come and go just like our thoughts do and are part of our universal human experience.
Each time we are confronted by a certain feeling or emotional response, just as we are with our thoughts, we are given a choice in how we wish to react. Today I will teach you how to identify and name certain emotions, and feel the physical sensation feel attached to it. It will help you understand where the emotion lives in your body and change your reaction to it. Developing a deeper sense of self-awareness can help you master your emotions.
The core of every symptom, stress and disease are emotions and memories that are buried in our subconscious mind.
Our trapped emotions are the source of everything that ails us, so it’s so important we understand how to remove negative emotions and restore them with positive emotions.

DAY 2– WITNESSING YOUR THOUGHTS
In today’s meditation you will be trained to not just witness your thoughts, but actively detach from them. The aim of this meditation is to bring you inwards and to increase your focus and attention.
It’s quite likely that your mind has been busy on day 1 and I can’t emphasise enough how normal this is, some days will just be quieter than others. This is an important misunderstanding about meditation and one of the main misconceptions is that you are supposed to stop all thinking and thought.
Thoughts are constantly cycling through at all times, and we don’t zoom into each and every one, our brain will filter many thoughts throughout the day, they will just come and go, what this means is that we are choosing on some level, when and how we interact with our many passing thoughts.
If we are feeling overwhelmed or needing of more peace, meditation can create the space for us to simply witness our thoughts, not stop but slow our thinking and come more fully into the moment. Understanding how to become a witness of our thoughts can be a bit challenging for us, and today's meditation will help you better understand this concept.

WHY GROUNDING IS SO IMPORTANT !
This episode is part of my meditation series, in my last episode I explained that there are so many different techniques of meditation.
Throughout this meditation series over the next few episodes, I will be going through some of the different techniques with you and recording meditations into the episodes so you can get a feel of some different techniques and see what works for you.
Today I will give you an experience of a guided meditation.
Grounding is the practice of being fully present and alert in our physical body. Its the process of connecting to our surroundings and keeping our focus on the physical reality
And not just to have a successful meditation practice, but to help you navigate through day to day life with ease and flow and being grounded and centred can also really help with nerves, to really calm you, so if you are about to go into an important meeting, if you have to do a presentation, or having an interview or sitting an exam.
Grounding, which is sometimes also called 'earthing', It’s the physical connection between the electrical frequencies of the human body with that of the Earth's. It's a great addition to any meditation practice is an important practice to help you feel balanced, safe and connected.
There are many situations in life that can throw you off-centre and create imbalance. Some of these can include stress, overwhelm, fear, anxiety and if you are particularly sensitive, even other people and large crowds.
Thankfully, there are many ways to ground and centre yourself and in this episode I tell you what grounding is, give you some different practices of grounding and take you through a guided grounding and clearing meditation.
Grounding is a technique that brings us into this present moment and awareness to your body and breath grounding you in the present, it is the practice of being fully present and alert in our physical body. It's the process of connecting to our surroundings and keeping our focus on the physical reality.
When your mind is overstimulated and your thoughts are running at a million miles per hour, you cannot reach the deeper brainwave states you need in order to reach the subconscious or get into the meditative state when meditating.
You might feel like you can’t switch off, your energy is pulling you in many directions, you may feel scattered, almost like your body and your mind are both separated, and your body is doing one thing and your mind another, it can leave you feeling quite depleted.
If all this is going on for you, you may find it hard to sit in meditation, as you might be feeling agitated and feeling tension in your body, feeling disconnected, feeling heavy dense energy in and around your body and with all these discomforts, your meditation practice will fail and this is why so many people give up after a few weeks.

As we get ready to usher 2020 out the door, let's take a year in review on what the pandemic has taught us. This year has been a year of awakening for many of us. I also talk about the ascension symptoms you will feel when we are unleveling and upgrading our spiritual journey.
I also take you through a ritual to complete 2020, and start the New Year 2021 with awareness and intention.

If you have been following the 31 day challenge and have worked through all 8 phases of the moon, whether you were in my private facebook group or following the Moon Challenge through the 'Moon Series' on this podcast, we have now come to the end of the challenge. Today I will finish with a Full Moon meditation and ritual.
Whether you are starting with the Full Moon ritual or whether you started with the New Moon Ritual, hopefully you are in the cyclic swing of things.
The Full moon is a time to release, a time to let go and a time to surrender. It’s a popular time to manifest and create that space for manifestation to appear in your life, whatever your intentions are.
Through this ‘Moon Series’ we have used all the 8 lunar phases in October to plant the seeds, set the intentions, take the action necessary and then to harvest the fruits of your manifestations.
Full moon meditations are a powerful way to harness the energetic power of the moon's light. You can do a full moon meditation before any of your rituals to set up the right mindset and align yourself with what you want to accomplish.
So hopefully you have been through the New Moon meditation and ritual we did on the 16th October which was all about new beginnings, setting intentions, finding clarity and setting goals on how you want to live your life, how you want to feel, who you want to be surrounded by, what you want to be spending your time, all of those incredible things that come along with the intention setting process.
If you have come here for the Full Moon Ritual and did not do the New Moon Ritual and haven’t set an intention yet, no problem at all, we will be setting one today before starting the Full Moon ritual, so that you have something to release to the universe today to remind them of your desires so you can let them manifest into your reality.

The two most potent phases to work with in the lunar phase is the New Moon and the Full Moon, listen to my previous episodes in the 'Moon Series' where I did a meditation and ritual:

So now the moon is in its 2nd phase, the Waxing Crescent. It occurs right after the New Moon
As the sun starts moving closer to the new moon, it starts to become illuminated again. A crescent appears and it waxes or “grows bigger” into a first quarter moon. ‘Waxing’ means that the illuminated portion of the Moon is increasing.
Today, I’m focusing specifically on the energy of the waxing moon, or what I like to call the 'Make-It-Happen Moon'. This phase lasts about 14 days and It occurs right after the new moon phase and ends at the full moon. Each night during the waxing phase, the moon grows a little more. It’s also a visual representation of how we use our own power to take our desires from idea to reality and the phases and steps we have to take to achieve our own personal growth and goals.
The waxing moon represents intention, hopes, and wishes. After recharging under the
new moon, your intentions and desires are ready to be planted. So this is when you should be developing your intentions, and laying the mental groundwork for your next project, this is the call to take action.
This phase is less about ritual and more about taking the actions to actualise your intention. Remember performing ritual cannot produce your dreams if you take no action to make them come to be. This is when the “seed begins to sprout.”
The waxing moon phase after the new moon helps you to bring something new into your life. As the light is coming back into the moon, it is also coming back into your life in form of new energy, new intentions and new power for creation.
The new moon is a time for setting intentions and the waxing phase is great for manifesting and making progress towards your goals. The full moon is all about celebration. The waning phase helps with releasing.
I take you through 3 steps on how to use the manifesting energy of this lunar phase:

As the new moon is the first phase of the lunar cycle you are now getting ready to prepare for a new cycle.
So the themes surrounding the new moon are new beginnings, fresh starts, and clean slates. This is also a great time to start new projects.
The new moon is the most fertile day of the lunar cycle each month. If there was a perfect time for initiating anything new, NOW is that time.
So You should be using this time for an intense reboot, filling up and recharging under the energy of this new moon and emotionally throw all unwanted thoughts out.
Living life in keeping with the lunar phases has a special meaning to women as the Moon is feminine and we are emotionally and physically, following the same phases. We experience different emotional states the same way the moon travels around the Earth.
The more attuned we are to these phases and how they affect us, the better we can harness the different energies, rather than wasting more energy fighting against them.
New Moons are like a zero starting point and the best time to start something new, get clear on the future and bring fresh energy into your life.
This phase brings the energy of new beginnings and creativity. It is a gift from the Universe given to us to assist in bringing in new opportunities and If you pay attention, you will find that your creative abilities are heightened and new opportunities come knocking at your door so Starting a new adventure is always best during this phase of the cycle.
I take you through a New Moon Intention setting and manifestation ritual at the end of this episode.

So now the moon is in its 8th phase, the Waning Crescent. This is the final phase of the entire moon cycle, and it occurs right before the next new moon and the next New Moon is on Friday 16th October.
Now the fraction of the moon that is illuminated is decreasing from a semicircle at Third Quarter until it disappears from view entirely on its way to becoming a New Moon.
So what does this this means for you?
The light is almost gone and you’re ready for rest and recuperation.
How to make the most of this phase? the theme is to ‘Surrender’
It’s time to Surrender to the universe and take some time to align yourself with the energy of calm. Relax, the need to control everything especially if you have set manifestations, any desires or goals for the month and trust that all will be well. Releasing the blocks to your manifestations, desires or goals is often about surrendering.

Today I’m excited to share Tina Anderson’s wisdom on this topic of ‘Fear v Love’, which is such a pertinent and important topic in not only living as a Conscious Woman but living in light of all the uncertainty we’ve been suddenly thrown into.

There could be no better time to do a Moon Challenge than now with everything that is going on in 2020. We have entered the last quarter of 2020 and the Autumn Equinox and we are kicking off October with a bang with a Full Moon on the 1st October, a New Moon on 16th October, another Full Moon on 31st October, This is a rare occurrence to have 2 Full Moons in one month and usually only happens every 2.5 years.
As the Full Moon is energetically the strongest of all lunar phases, it also brings out our strongest emotions. Full Moons are the best time to take inventory of what no longer serves us and where we can make more space for something better to come in.
Full Moon is the most powerful of Moons to help you to let go, let go of unwanted habits, people or circumstances. Get out a journal and pen to paper write down what you'd like to release from your life, and what is no longer serving you, asking the Full Moon to assist you with it in a harmonious way. Then burning the page outside, gives you a feeling of liberation.

October 2020 is going to be a very intense month as we have 2 Full Moons and a New Moon in one month which is a very rare event, it doesn’t happen very often, this cycle comes around every 2.5 years, so it’s a very special month.

The Moon works in distinct ways on the earth and most felt and seen on Full and New Moon days, when she moves the tides of the ocean and allows our emotions more easily to surface.

So, today let’s dive deep into that Moon magic and what I am going to talk about is

· What you should and should ‘NOT’ be doing when its Full Moon.
The Moons energy depending on its phases (or faces that we see in the night sky) these can affect our energy, emotions, mood, our menstrual cycle, and even our sleep. So how can we harness the Moon’s energy and have the awareness on how it is making us feel and act?
Women have a profound connection to the moon because In astrology, the moon is considered female, and can affect our emotions, and monthly cycles.
We are affected by her pull; we feel powerful under her gaining energy and strength from her presence and It's all a matter of learning how to live your life by each moon phase.
These different "faces" are the result of the way the Sun lights the Moon's surface as the Moon orbits Earth.
The Moon can only be seen as a result of the Sun's light reflecting off it, as it does not produce any light of its own.

The yin and yang are all about the balance between two opposites, and this is something many of us struggle with, is finding balance in our life. One of the reasons you are craving more balance is because you are operating day to day from your more dominant energy, so either your masculine energy or your feminine energy.
Is feminine energy or masculine energy your strength? Do you even know?
Yin refers to the feminine energies in life, and yang refers to the masculine energies in life.
This is a fascinating topic of really understanding yourself and feminine and masculine energies go so deep, and there are so many layers to it once you start learning and understanding this topic, but by the end of this episode you will have an understanding of:

So today I’m talking about what to do when you are facing the battle between your Logic versus Emotion. You may think it's logic that has more power and influence over the decisions we make in our life and the experiences we have, but in fact it's emotion that have more power, listen to find out why.
I’ve got an important question for you today? Do you have a fear of success? Even if you think you don’t, you still need to listen to this episode.
Between the ages of 0-7 years old, we are programmed by what we are taught and what we see. The problem is that we are carrying around and operating from beliefs that are not ours, and our beliefs drive our behavior.
Neuroscience has proven that your brain does not align your beliefs to fit your life, it aligns your life to fit your pre-existing beliefs. In other words, your life out there is a direct reflection of your beliefs that you currently hold to be true, and most people try and change their life by changing the world out there, but what you need to do is to change your beliefs.
Life is the projection and reflection of your beliefs, so the beliefs have to change first and that's what we're here to do in today’s episode. We're going to be talking about how to reprogram your mind with 3 powerful questions.
There are a number of mindset strategies for beliefs that I use with my clients and these 3 questions are what I start with to elicit old beliefs that are programmed into them.
We start by talking a little bit about the power of the subconscious mind. As you may or may not know, and the figures on this vary from as little as 3- 5% of your brain’s processing power, is used by your conscious mind. The other 95 – 97% is your subconscious, unconscious, and automatic.
By far, our greatest processing powerhouse is our subconscious mind. Scientists will tell you that the power of the subconscious is perhaps a million times greater than that of the conscious mind.
We are all programmed as children and this is what shapes the adult that we become today.
Who you think you are right now is nowhere near what you capable of!
If you continue to argue for your limitations, you’ll get to keep them, and do you want that?
You must stop creating from your current circumstances if you want to experience infinite possibilities and success in your life.
Continuing to cling to whatever you think is limiting you! will only make you repeat your same experiences over and over again, It's just like running on a hamster wheel.
You think you're trapped, but don't realize that you created the wheel and also chose, again and again, to remain inside it! You can't experience infinite possibilities when you continue to argue for your limitations.
What you truly want to do in your life, comes down to us figuring out what our core beliefs are. The first thing you need to do is examine your core beliefs and see if they are the actual core beliefs that you want to hold onto and if you feel aligned to them. If they’re not, then getting rid of them and then replacing them with new core beliefs is what you need to do.
We get our core beliefs from our parents, teachers, family, partners, peers, and religion and most people get to the point in their life where they are feeling stuck or lost and don't even know that their core beliefs were holding them back.

Today I talk about 5 ways to start living consciously and reconnect with your Soul.
So how do you live a conscious lifestyle?
To live consciously means that you're creating your life consciously rather than drifting along passively. It means you are aware of your true desires and you're able to direct your energy to realization of those desires.
Do you ever have a feeling that you’re drifting through life, and not going where you want to go? Or that you don’t know how you got where you are today?
Living consciously is about taking control of your life, about thinking about your decisions rather than making them without thought, about having a life that we want rather than settling for the one that is expected of us.
Deciding to live consciously could be the single most important thing you do.
Are you living unconsciously now?
Ask yourself the following questions … if you find yourself saying yes to many of them, you might want to consider trying conscious living:
1. Are you in a job that you fell into rather than the job you want?
2. Are you doing things that are given to you rather than what you love to do?
3. Are you spending your time doing busy work rather than what you want to do with your days?
4. Do you wish you could spend more time with loved ones?
5. Do you find yourself wasting your time doing things that aren’t important rather than focusing on completing the things that are important?
6. Do you go through your days not thinking about what you want out of life and how to get it?
How to Live Life Consciously is not something you can change overnight, its a lifestyle, a skill, an art. It’s not something you do just once, but a habit that you can form for the rest of your life.
It sounds simple, but it’s amazing how few people actually do this, and it’s amazing how easy it is to live life on autopilot, and just do what we always do because that’s what we’re used to doing. And it’s easier that way, even if our lives are difficult.

Fear and anxiety is something that many of us battle with on a regular basis and not just because we are in uncertain times, but these are 2 emotions we are guaranteed to feel and experience in times of crisis and change.

Going through an awakening is one of the most confusing, lonely, alienating, and can even be quite traumatic, but also one of the most beautiful experiences in life. In today's episode, I take you through the signs of going through a spiritual awakening.
The unsettling and equally beautiful thing about spiritual awakenings is that they occur at the least expected times. There is no way you can plan for them. They lurch into your life and shake everything up like tornadoes.
But the hidden gift buried deep within them is that they occur at the precise time that you need them the most.
Spiritual awakenings are the soul’s cry for freedom. Listen to its call and your life will be transformed into something meaningful and significant. Refuse its call and your life can feel empty and unfulfilled.
Change can be hard and painful But let me tell you on the other side of being more conscious and awakened is….FREEDOM……. FREEDOM with living your life authentically and in alignment with what your Soul is craving.

Creating this podcast was a great big audacious goal that I set over a year ago, and it took a while to bring it to life! because I was too scared to step outside of my comfort zone! and my inner critic and fear had a lot to say in bringing this passion project to life! This podcast is not just for me to share my voice but to help other women find theirs and to step into their power and uplevel their life to become a QUEEN! We have never lost our voice, but just merely silenced it, or it’s been silenced! This is for all the mothers, sisters, and daughters (that I never had, but if I did I would have raised them to become a Queen in her life!) LIVE A LIFE TRUE TO YOURSELF! becoming more conscious and self-love are the core ingredients to the realization and importance of embracing your own unique path!
Limitations only exist in the mind, every morning we have 2 choices, continue to sleep with our dreams, or wake up and chase them!!!
