The whole point of offering a subscription is that you’re trying to get people who love your products or services to subscribe and to stay loyal to your brand. This is important because the goal is to attract customers who have a higher lifetime value for your shop rather than customers who only casually make purchases from you. That being said, no two customers are exactly the same and Matt dives into the two different customer types you might encounter in your business.
