Jerimiah Mahan is a runner turned powerlifter, turned hybrid athlete. Jerimiah has a sub-70-minute Hyrox under his belt as well as a 500 lb deadlift and a sub-5-minute mile in one day. Matt Kempson is a professional OCR athlete who has a vision. He wants to push people out of their comfort zone to increase the quality of athlete in OCR. Matt believes that athleticism should be the goal of every participant on the course and wants to incentivize them to perform at a higher level.
He has also led by example by moving away from a successful athletic career as a long course racer to focus mainly on short course races.
Matt is a deep thinker about the sport and has some well throughout opinions that he shares during the episode.
On top of his athletic prowess, Matt is also an engineer who has been designing obstacles from scratch. With his work at Kempson Designs has a goal of driving people to higher performance.

If you're a runner; you've probably been injured. An injury can be a setback, but it can also be an opportunity. Getting hurt does not have to be a deterrent for hitting your goals.
Luke Bosek is a prime example. Luke is an Ultra Endurance and OCR athletes who found running later in life. What he also found was a slew of injuries.
But Luke smashes cross-training while doing everything he can to rehab. And Luke rarely loses fitness comes back to racing.
Luke joins Rich and John to share how he has overcome injuries to be one of the best OCR and Ultra runners in the country.
